Andre Uweh: The in thing is: Bini for Binis. Ishan for Ishans, Etsako for Etsakos and Igbo for Igbos.
Anambra state is 98.5 Igbo. The 0.4 Igalas in that state speak Igbo fluently and do not have any problem with Igbo language.
Unlike in Edo state where Igbankes do not speak Bini or in Etsako areas where the natives do not speak Bini.

This won't mean that the Amayanabo is the head of port-hacourt and that port-hacourt is an Ijaw town. rather it just means that he will be the head of Ijaws in PH.
