No one should refer to anyone as Pres-Elect until the Congress has finalized the vote, unless a contender concedes. It's simply not true. We have no Pres-Elect! But we do have a President!!!

Why would someone congratulate a criminal for stealing unless they are crooked too? 12th amendment on January 6th. Everything else is just squawk talk.

I mean, maybe they were right to call the last 12 presidents with that title, but we are having a disputed election, right now. What's the rush? Just let the system play itself out. There certainly was glaring fraud and it needs to be investigated and pronounced upon, by a court of law...

Most candidates Concede because they knew they lost fair and square and there was no widespread fraud, no 1000's of affidavits from actual people willing to give statements under oath, there were never voting machines tied to the internet, we didn't have wide spread mail in voting from a bunch of states that had never even attempted anything on this scale. We didn't have corruption in plain view like major US keeping ONLY Republican Poll Watches outside and refusing to let them in to watch, we didn't have Covid to use as a reason to change all the rules last minute without going through the proper procedures that have been established in the constitution. I could go on and on about double standards, but I think that's enough to call this unprecedented.

That said...

Why are there so many RINOs out there, too many without a backbone to stand up for what’s right, our values, our constitution, and our country, they give in to the pressure of the deep state Washington bureaucracy who many are comprised by China! The state has actually become enemies of the state!

We're going to see more of these geriatric rhinos coming out with nothing on their minds except raking in more millions. They will do or say anything to keep their coffers filled without a thought to what is happening to their country. Both parties play together and stay together, undermining the American people every step of the way.

I am so disappointed in our elected officials on both sides. What a truly sad time for the American people.

Wait, overturn the results - Ha you mean give it to its rightful winner - President Trump. Biden stole the vote! It was never legit to begin with.

Correcting the election outcome is the right thing to do. The fraud and criminal activity is rampant. The courts are throwing out cases purely on procedural matters. They're not looking at the evidence. If this isn't corrected in Congress, surely some form of Martial law will be applied given the level of interference and division in the country.

A coup involving senior Democrats, mainstream media, big tech and foreign influences. Plus, the great division in the US and potential violence as a result. From what has been publicly released, there is solid evidence to enact martial law. As I understand it, President Trump could exercise this under the executive order he signed in 2018. But, that would have to be an extreme and last option. Who knows what will happen, but you can see communism playing out now with fake Biden win... that's what I'm concerned about, his choices.

Anyhow...

We are all entitled to use the law / constitution to the greatest benefit. And to see Mitch McConnell intimidating the Republican senators to not stand up leads me to believe the rumblings that Mitch has some connections to Dominion. That would explain a LOT. No wonder he doesn't want any of the Senators to "make waves" on January 6th.

The House votes by state delegation with each state receiving one vote. Since Republicans control more state delegations, Pelosi would not have the majority. The vote in the House is different than in the Senate.

Our elected Republicans better start standing up, speaking out and fighting for this administration. We Republicans elected you to do OUR will, not yours. You were elected to be our voice and we have spoken. Now go get back what is being stolen from us.

Says he will object to electoral college on January 6 at 1 p.m. He just said the question is ...which Senator is willing to also object? Senator Cruz will... without a doubt. You have this quite wrong. Historic votes whenever there had been a successful challenge to the January 6th electors count in the past show that the joint session breaks up to the upper and lower house to vote whether to accept the challenge or not. From vote records, its all the house members votes that get counted, not delegations as you suggest, as well as all the senator votes. So the House will definitely vote to reject the objections, and there are already many GOP Senators who are appalled at what Trump is doing, who will also vote to reject the objection. Recall several Senators, GOP and Democrat alike are personal friends with Biden, having worked with him when he was a Senator. They will cross party lines and vote for Biden. Also, the GOP is likely to loose the Georgia runoffs because many Trump supporters won't vote, handing control of the Senate to the Democrats.

I predict these Democrats will pretty early on push Biden (who is a moderate) out, and ram through laws to make the US almost unlivable for anyone that is not a radical liberal. Anyway, time will tell. What is sure is that the US, as with every empire's rise and fall, is in its final phase of rigor mortis.

Today, the electoral college votes will be sealed and sent by special carrier to Washington where they will remain sealed until January 6th when the House and Senate will come into a joint session to open the votes. The media is going to make you believe that it's all over and Joe Biden is now officially president...

On January 6th, Nancy Pelosi will sit down with the rest of the House members as she has no special power or authority over the hearing... Vice President Mike Pence will have all the authority as president of the Senate for that day and will accept or reject motions to decide the next steps by the assembly.

Remember... Mike Pence is in full authority that day as written in the Constitution. The ballots will be certified today but that means nothing...

The votes will be opened and at that point one House member could, and most likely will, raise their hand to object to the Vice President on the state of elector's votes. That objection could cover fraud or any other reason, and with the seconding of that objection everything changes. Everything!!

The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will be only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!! The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats 20 delegation votes.

If this scenario runs true, President Trump gets re-elected.

The Democrats, the media, social networks and globalists around the world will come unhinged and chaos will erupt. Bigly.

President Trump is trying to do the right thing and go through the courts first, expose all the fraud, but we all knew that none of the courts, even the Supreme Court wanted to touch this issue with a 10-ft pole!

This is why our forefathers were so brilliant because they knew something like this could happen someday. So, don't listen to the media and all their deception and lies. All you have to do is read the Constitution and you know that the law, policies and procedures in the end are on our side.

It’s already been proven that kids are not super spreaders. I don’t understand the uproar around this 2 y/o not wearing a mask? A 2 y/o doesn’t even know how to make complete sentences. Much less understand why they need to wear a mask. This is getting ridiculous. They clearly don’t seat people 6 feet apart. But will kick someone off over a mask. It literally makes zero sense when United's own website says children 2 and under don't have to wear a mask... so they violated their own policy.

I saw the video and it was absolutely disgusting. I can tell very little watched the video because the dad was trying to hold the child with the mask on the child's face and they said that wasn't good enough, but now everybody wants to criticize the two parents that were kicked off the plane saying they weren't following the rules ...when In fact.. they were!

Why are we teaching our young children that this “New Normal” is okay? Why are we mask shaming two year olds of all people. These people need to stop being “Mask-holes” Their germ-o-phobic delusion does not need to be everyone’s reality.

I get COVID is real and we need to stop the spread. We don’t need some stupid “One size fits all” approach. Each one of us has our own individual needs and issues with the mask wearing that need to be taken into consideration. The airline in this case was just down right WRONG!!

Everyone is on a power trip and ready to report their neighbors for infractions like good little commies do.

You know what this "pandemic" has shown me? That people take any reason to be hateful to someone. Wanna know why the country is divided? Think about the people you have spread your hatred to over a mask? And a 2 y/o not wanting to wear a mask at that. The kid is 2. If the virus scares you so bad that you need to hate people over a mask ...YOU are a bigger problem than they are.

And...

If you’re using your brain, getting on a plane is a gamble regardless. Every person on that plane will be removing their mask to eat and drink etc.. we are breathing the same air with or without a mask.

Praying America finds truth. I literally have no idea how this ends, but if states and government are not bound by our constitution, their own laws, justice and fairness, we are nothing better than corrupt 3rd world dictatorships with a better facade.

Although I have the upmost respect and appreciation for our President, I really am less interested in a president and more interested in preserving our American democracy / republic so that citizens maintain the control and their liberties, not self-serving elites who pretend to work on our behalf.

I do believe this will not stand as is. I believe the results from the dominion voting system will tell us all we need to know. And as the results were manipulated, key states will be forced to correct fraudulent results.

We’ve had our individually cast vote cancelled by dead voters and “errors” in other states. How can we ever save this democracy from those wishing to impose their views on us through voter manipulation?

If you fight evil and it seems like it keeps winning - you have to fight harder! Don’t give up! Rome was not built in a day!

On that note....

President Trump, you may have to use the tools from our forefathers, claim what you have to, but please don’t concede Sir. Our vote MUST matter now or we will never vote again! Now we know why less than 50% of the population vote.

Mr. President, you are the very definition of America. You are the first President in my life time who openly expresses valiant love and pride for our country, the first to truly care about our military people both past and present, the first to stand up for the middle class and actually identify with our struggles and needs... even though it's not been your lifestyle. So President Trump is close to uncovering something else by the Democrats. Everytime he’s close, they start this crap.

Countersue, and push for info from that D.A.'s bank. I'm sure it has a few questionable deposits. Isn’t it Weird that this is exactly what is happening to them and it’s coming out that there is actually proof of it.

It’s none of the public’s business regarding Mr. Trump’s taxes or finances. Do you think for 1 second that he has not been audited multiple times in his life by the IRS? Ten years straight of his taxes being audited. If there was any wrong doing, it would have been outed.

Amazing how the Biden’s and Clinton’s and Obama’s become these super wealthy families with only a government salary, yet these phony af lefties go after businessmen who were successful before politics.

Remember how Obama weaponized the IRS against conservatives? Yep here we go again. They’re out to punish President Trump, he had the nerve and dared to stand up to them and changed things. Now they want to drive him into the ground so no one ever dares again. They know the American dna so very little.

I sincerely believe if people continue their attack against this man, our President... the people of America will rise up and defend him with everything in them. We’ve had all we can take and when someone has fought for us and defended us the way Donald Trump has for four straight years, we won’t sit by and watch.
