Either you have your brain eaten by a rat or you were born brainless if your buffoon sef think this
https://www.google.com/amp/www.vanguardngr.com/2017/03/ohaneze-unjustified-fear-army/amp/
Message differs from the one from Ibekwe.

All he did was switch the ohaneze to ipob. The content of BOTH article is condemning the push against army investigating themselves on the matter of excessive killings if innocent individuals.

Learn how to read, comprehend wtf you read before opening that your gworo mouth.
If you are going to make logical and sensible comparisons, you should copy and paste the similar portions in both articles instead of your irrational and unintelligent bables.

Ikeg:
They calling him yoruba for a reason.

Last month a yoruba by the name of Israel Abiodun wrote an article with almost similar content. People berated him and told him to mind his business as he is not igbo. Then all of a sudden, Charles ibekwe shows up to say almost identical message as the Abiodun. It does not take a genius to figure that either Charles ibekwe is isreal Abiodun or Abiodun paid of Charles ibekwe to submit hisearch rubbish using his name thus the "you're not igbo, mound your business. " that clustered his earlier article that had it thrown out in the garbage won't surface in this one. Sad thing he didn't realize, if it smells like a rat, walk like a rat, squeaks like a rat then it is obviously a rat even if he dresses like a cat.

No igbo on this planet will condemn ipob on this even ohaneze supports their decision on the matter. Why would the army investigate accusation that's on them. It's like you accusing Mr of shooting you and I investigate my damn self on whether I shot you or not. Does that make sense? If the army was truly serious, they would have accepted the offer to have an indeoendent, foreign company to do the investigation therefore no bias on any part of both group.
If the army was actually innocent, that's the first thing they would have agreed on. In addition, they wouldn't have tried to bribe people to protest in front of Amnesty International office in order to scare them off. If your hand is clean, you won't act guilty no?
Stop lying. There's nothing identical about both write ups.

Trash written by a hungry nonentity!
Their claims at that time included bunkum like Trump promising them the actualization of a defunct Republic. Trump’s to do list allegedly included freeing the remanded IPOB gang leader, Nnamdi Kanu even though he is standing trial for grievous offences.

The outcome of the election worsened the mass delusion of IPOB members who behaved as if one of the world’s most enduring democracy runs on whims. Yet this delusion revealed a sinister dimension to the extent they will go to propagate lies in pursuit of a failed agenda. We are not talking about some off the cuff inaccuracies here but something more profound.

They went to the pains of photoshopping misleading texts unto pictures of President Trump holding up declarations he just signed – the texts of these frauds are always to the effect that the US was demanding Biafra independence.
The man was actually on point because IPOBS did everything he wrote and we read the same trash posted by ipob elements on NL who I think are the real nonentity.

Only fraudulent and sick people make up stories just to deceive other people and promote chaos.

2. The topic is not about PMB or certificate so lean how to read, comprehend and follow simple discussion.

So, your leaders can fornicate, commit adultery, splash gifts and money of mistresses as long as they are not doing it with public funds?

You sound morally deficient and bankrupt too.

Am not against starting a project but the projects were just too many. Azin amosun started lots of projects at the same time, he didn't envisage the recession.

The projects are good, even the 60 billion own too but let's take it a step at a time.

Atimes if you are not able to finish some projects in due time, it will create hardships. like the lafenwa - Rounda road. Transporters have increased their fare on that road

But the good news like i said is that work will resume this week
There is nothing like too many.

The only gap between the projects and reality is funding which is now available.

Amosun shouldn't have started all these flyovers at the same time.

Okay fine, We agree he never anticipated the recession but constructing more than 15 flyovers simultaneously in the state was wrong..

Now there's no more money to complete them .

When you know you have projects that you have not completed you went ahead to start another N60 billion road projects.

That's misplaced priority.

But the good news is that the government said work will resume again this week
Starting is better than not starting an also, starting means you knw what you want to do and your heart is in the right place.

Funding comes and goes and cyclically, but the projects are there to be completed when ever funding improves regardless which is more like a commitment.

Starting is better than not starting anything regardless how many hi delved into and last I checked, many many more projects have been commissioned including model schools, housing estates, roads and bridge.

Good news is, funding for the projects is looking good and improving.

Did they tell you that he was invited to answer questions pertaining to the running of the glorified committee he is heading huh Or did the loudmouth tell you that he spoke on behalf of the so-called PAC huh So as far as he is a Nigerian, the parliament of the people can make him appear before them ; whether you call it summon, bench warrant or subpoena is just pure splitting of hairs
There is no blanket authority in the constitution that says the Senate can summon any Nigerian beyond their scope of responsibilities.

Freedom of speech and expression is a constitutionally granted rights and it's not subject to any oversight unless you have your own special constitution that says freedom of speech and expression is part of Senate oversight according to the Nigerian constitution.

We've covered this ground before all the way to the supreme Court where same issue was settlled against the Nigerian Senate.

I wish I could see this face of the person laying this argument, it would have helped to put a lot things in perspective, but leave that.

Ministers who have been summoned to explain things to the Senate, under which arm of government do they function? The legislature ba?

There are extant powers as states by the constitution and there's good old fashioned influence. So if President Buhari asks Sagay to appear before the house and apologise he will not go?

The impasse at the NASS is now a matter of international debate, especially when clear attempts to blackmail the Senate has been established......

At this rate, the Senate could ask for their 3 djinee wishes and Buhari will supply it. The only reason the man is still president is because the house has chosen to stand by him, come what may till 2019.

The President - with the help of some of its support staff - has committed clear impeachable offences, if at this stage they want to unite against him, it will be too bad.

Dont be surprised, after you talk finish, you hear for news say Sagay showed up.

Shebi they summoned Babchir, he dey form say "I no dey come". The same Babachir has now written back to ask for a new appearance date. Is he a legislator or a member of the National assembly?

No be una fault, na free/bonus data plus anonymity bring wahala. If to say you dey see me dey discuss in realtime, you for just pause on that crap you dey vomit just now........
Your flawed rant is a reflection of your poor understanding of the Nigerian constitution, separation of powers and legislative conduct, obligations, and scope of duties.

1. Senate is allowed oversight functions per government operations, policies, and programs, but never oversight on comments and opinions by any Nigerian.

Read the Nigerian constitution per freedom of expression.

2. You are free to show us where in the constitution stating that the Nigerian senate has oversight functions on speech, opinions and protected utterances under the freedom of speech and opinion act within the Nigerian constitution. I know you can not show us anything because there is nothing like oversight functions on speech and opinion.

3. If you are going to site examples, try come up with sensible, logical and rational argument and examples.

David Babachir Lawal's issue with the senate has to do with government operations and functions especially per issues surrounding contracts which the senate is allowed to oversight and not common protected speech and opinion made by Mr Sagay.

4. Lastly, ministers are summoned based on the operations and policies of their ministries and not based on constitutionally protected speech and opinion.

Mr Sagay is not a minister and his opinion or speech wasn't a government program, function or policy subject to senate oversight so stop confusing yourself or trying to sound smart when in fact you are exposing your ignorance and shallow understanding of the topic of discussion.

Mr President, if you are bereft of ideas on how to tame the Senate...

Then do this now.....

A simple solution:

go after Saraki with all venom and you'll be dropping the cat among the pigeons. There will be outrage among the Senators at the outset but when the assault is sustained, most of them will see opportunities in adversity as somebody will have to replace him. That is when betrayal will assume the front seat.

You know, all of them are survivalists. Self preservation is the ultimate human trait as it drives most of our actions. Arrest Saraki this night and all hell will break loose tomorrow. Senators will threaten fire and hailstones, refuse to sit and all the sort.....but let Saraki spend the weekend in the gulag and you'll be shocked at the songs that some senators will start singing on Monday.
