Lagos launches 100 air-conditioned Internet-enabled buses

In pursuit of its resolve to ease travel within the metropolis, the Lagos State government in conjunction with LAGBUS Asset Management Limited, one of the operators of the Bus Rapid Transport, on Tuesday launched 100 air-conditioned, WIFI Internet-enabled buses.
The new buses, which are called Metro Bus, and are expected to ply the Sango-Oshodi, Obalende- Ikorodu, and Island –Epe routes, will hit the road soon.
The buses are expected to be increased to 1800 servicing 47 routes within the metropolis and are aimed to provide comfort and safety as well as reduce time spent commuting.

What happened to your Aresa ID. I can see you are gearing up to licking Ambode arzzz as usual. You and the rest of your tactless zombie crew castigated Jimi Agbaje when he mentioned this in 2015

doe it not take a creative Man to manage "money" i.e wealth. Come to Rivers state that's rich also and see if you can tell the Same story.
They have a very different mentality, the way of life and expectations in Lagos and leadership is not the same.

Wike is a crude, unsophisticated and obnoxious joker who should never be the governor of any state, this is why even though Rivers is the richest state after Lagos, but little or nothing going on in Rivers state, even most of his governing time is spent looking back and fighting his predecessor day and night just like his close friend in ekiti spends all his governing time fighting other people left and right instead of governing.

There are real governors in Nigeria and there are worthless governors too.

How is free WIFI better than good roads, quality education, security and health care?
Progress and development don't stop with what you listed or were you told the government is not spending on education, building roads and bridges, spending on security and healthcare?

The mentality that you must not boil water for gari or make eba on the side until you are done cooking the soup is lazy and incompetent.

One progress and development feeds off the next. This is why leaders in Lagos state are always miles ahead of others inm Nigeria.

Abeg rise above elementary thinking.

Kennydoc:
Your thinking and submission are flawed. The scam isn't in whether girls were abducted or not, but rather it's a question of who really abducted them. Where were the girls kept all these years?

When you talk about the Christian - Muslim animosity, never forget that Northern Christians are a minority, and considered grossly insignificant by the Muslims, especially in a state like Borno that is predominantly filled with Muslims.

Just an attack by Boko Haram is enough to silence any community that wants to raise their voice in the North East.

North Central states like Plateau, Nasarawa and Benue have a Christian majority, so they can stand their ground over some issues.
So, the scam after so many years, we still don't know that BH kidnapped the girls?

And why should we broadcast out to the world where they were kept when our men are still out there fighting and hunting down the same terrorist?

Exactly what are you and the twitter joker are going to do with the info about where they were kept? Are ou going to head up to Sambisa to go kill or capture the terrorist yourself?

Opposition in Nigeria today is very very laughable.

Sometimes I just don't get you people?
Politics › Re: Femi Aribisala's Question About The Chibok Girls (See Tweet) by deomelo: 10:54pm On May 11, 2017
Any clown and idiot can ask question, including this no common sense and thoughtless man.

They didn't allow press interviews for obvious security reasons? We know the girls were kidnapped by Boko Haram so what's the meaning of the ignorant question?

And where the girls were kept is not for us to know, that's for security operatives to know and I'm 100% sure they've debriefed the girls and sourced valuable info from them

Info about who captured them and where they were kept should be limited to the military and law enforcements

Our men and women in uniform are out there chasing and killing terrorists and sadly we are losing some of them in the process, but this idiot, buffoon and unpatriotic clown want to put info out there to alert the terrorists and let them know we know where they are and we are on our way to get them.

This kind of dumb move is the reason terrorists set trap for our troops, this is how we lose our soldeirs.

I really can not stand these half baked clowns trying to suound intelligent, but always end up sounding dumb and ignorant.

Thanks for the quotes.

Like I said, I am well within my rights to read implied meanings from posts. Any posts at all. Again, stop acting as though you are the one I quoted, or, are you?
You are well within your rights to say whatever you want, same way others have every right to challenge your flawed posts.

You don't have to quote me before responding to your post, it's a public forum and I can respond to anybody and any post so get over yourself.

I guess if I had mentioned PDP in my comment peace would have reigned. I'm sorry, I still stand by what I wrote. Get over it!
It really doesn't matter what political party you peddle, it's still going to be the same broad and unnecessary generalization.

See, there are hundreds of such people here on Nairaland, who begin to rave immediately their political parties or heroes are mentioned. I have been here long enough to know how they reason and write.

The guy called the bereaved man a "mad man". What else spurred into him saying that? Obviously, a sore nerve was touched. At least, I think so.

The guy wrote what he wrote and I read meanings to it, which I am at liberty to do, at least, given the tone of discussions among Nigerias on this platform. And I think I was well within my rights.

If you think I read the guy wrongly, fine. But I know how people's psyche work on this platform.
Stop digging hole and burying yourself even deeper.

The poster did not say anything about politics and did not name any politician, he or she just expressed his her opinion without politics or politicians so why tag him or include him in your fabricated hundreds of people on NL.

Like I said, you don't have to like his opinion or the way he expressed himself, but you shouldn't have turned his opinion into politics or claim he expressed his opinion based on political party affiliation or love foe any politician simply because the poster did not express any political opinion.

Like they say, Making Generalizations is a Sign of Ignorance.

You know, I wasn't referring to you when I wrote my post. I was specific about that guy and his ilk. I'm surprised why you are getting worked up.

Before calling me a hypocrite you should have gone through my profile to see if I have blind affiliation to any party.
.
But again, the moment a nerve is touched people get worked up and start throwing words around. I hope you are not the guy who I was referring to, though.

Please, grow up and rise above extreme partisanship; it makes you see everything as black or white, and takes away the capacity to reason.
How do you determine people's ilk based on politics and political affiliation even when they did not say anything about politics or name any politician? You attacked and generalized without any proof about the posters political affiliation so that makes you what exactly?

To start with, it's ok not to like what the poster said or how he expressed his opinion, but the poster did not say anything about politics and he did not name any political party, but you used his post to generalize and attack the poster and others with different points of view, you blamed their opinions on politics and their association with certain political party. You turned it into politics and even named political parties and individual when in fact the poster did not make any political statements.

If you really are non partisan, then why turn a non political statement into a political and arty affiliation argument?

Unless maybe you don't now the meaning of partisan.

Of course, he'll call the bereaved a madman. Many of those guys support APC with every token of foolishness they can muster. The moment they hear anybody call out APC or the President, their brains go on unconditional recess.

He did not even understand the bereaved man before calling him a mad man.
And the PDP/ipob with every token of foolishness they can muster. are the ones foolishly jumping all over unverified Internet story and using a possible tragedy into APC/PDP lunacy battle.

Look in the mirror you hypocrite.

ya, that is the point, the circumstance in this case is not worth it
....but you don't know what the circumstances ware and why they blocked the roads.

We do know of course that the APC leadership gathered in that area for a major party event so what if law enforcement agencies in fact responded the way they did because of received credible intelligence and threats against the folks at the meeting and general breakdown of law and order.?

Let's not get ahead of ourselves with emotions and sentiments.

Funny post I copied from the man's twitter page.

@Anambra decides.

Funny how the fake and disingenuous crocodile tears sympathizers in this thread are all ipobs taking advantage to criticize the government and APC.

Very very true.

The man is not a PDP fan for sure.
