3. Let it stand for 20.minutes, turn it over from time to time

If after 20 minutes the blood is still loose and hasn't coagulated...danger. give antivenom

If the blood is coagulating by 5 minutes,.most likely no venom in the body. Still monitor though

There can only be one legal code in the country. They should form a new country of their own if they want a separate law. No wonder!!! Must be really hard for Mr. Haruna. I don't think Isiaku thought he would win in court. I mean, Shekwolo has been the one campaigning as the APC candidate. I'm not sure the voters even realized who they actually voted for.

It seems the Curfew prevented traders and workers who are mainly non indigenes from coming from Satellite towns and villages in Nasarawa and Niger States from coming to Abuja to vote. Most of them obtained their PVC in FCT.
