Hello Good people,
Please help me out of depression right now.

Earlier these month, great opportunity showed up, I was to assembly foreign equipment for one big politician in my state. The architect that got the contract contacted me as an engineer, we went to the site, take the measurement, ready to kick start the work. We've negotiated the price, you know Nigerians most demand for cut, which we agreed certain percentage.

4 days to the date set for the money to be transferred, she stop picking my calls, stop answering my chat on whatsapp.

Before then she'll be calling to ask if I'll be able to fix the equipments, she'll ask me questions like; how are you going to do it, what an what will you need, how many workers will work with you etc.

The guy that connected me with her happens to be a friend. I was updating this guy on every progress. At a point this woman start passing information through this guy to me. I was wandering, why can't she call me direct.

To cut the whole story, The woman went an gather some people including the guy to do the work, after all my efforts.

Ever since I finished my training 3yrs ago, have not gotten some thing to do an this job will have being good break through for me to get my own place. My rent's about to expire, difficult to feed etc.

I've never cry my entire life like this, for the past 5days I've being indoors because no job.

I'm really depressed. I've tried every thing to get it off my mind but no way. Never had this experience.
Please pray for me.

Fellow Nairalanders, a lot has been going through my mind concerning suicide, like why does it seem like the only available option when we are fed up.

Anyways here is my little story, I am Fed up and afraid, afraid of the loved ones I will be leaving behind, afraid of the afterlife (if it really exists), afraid I have failed alot of people.

It is easier to commit suicide, anyone can do it, but it's selfish not to consider those you leave behind when they see your body, so the beat thing is to jump into the water with heavy objects tied to your arm and feet so you can sink in forever never to be found, just leave a letter telling everyone you have gone to Italy and will be back, atleast it's better than jumping into a moving car!!

Who needs my body parts, perhaps I could donate it before leaving, or who needs someone for rituals??
Should I even collect loans from all this loaning apps, accumulate it and send to mama??

When you pass by the street and see that poor man/woman living in an uncompleted building, borrowing from people, complaining everyday and you tend to believe that he is in that state due to his own fault, my friend with all sincerity, you are veritably right.

Poor people are poor by their own choice, poor by their own doing and not really by circumstances, at least a one third of them. They're usually the very architects of their own misfortune.

Why am I saying this?

It's because poor people love pleasure too much and people who love pleasure excessively will not go far in life. It's just that.

Whoever gives his/her days to pleasure, who loves and seeks enjoyment first will forever remain in the congregation of the poor.

If you're a guy or lady, reduce the rate at which you please yourself and invest more in yourself for your future happiness. Time is everything and shouldn't be wasted on temporary enjoyment.

Use the time you have now to establish yourself or else...

I live in a close. My house is inside another close. In fact it's a close inside a close. You won't even know people live there becos the close is kinda hidden.

These boys are a complete nuisance since they moved into the area. They have no respect for those living around.

They are always packing their Cars infront of my gate purposely to block me from coming out of my house.
They make a hell of Noise.
They behave like complete Touts and Agberos. You can't even have a reasonable conversation with them. (So nobody should suggest that)
All they know is how to on generator from morning till night.
They live in a Flat where they pay about N400k and above.
The Landlord doesn't live there.
When they throw party, it is the worst. They will block the entire frontage with their numerous cars leaving no place to pass.

In fact they are a complete nuisance. I dislike them with passion.

I mind my business in the area 100%. If i look at u and u dont look reasonable or behave well, I avoid u.

If they can mind their own business without infringing on other people's right, we won't have a problem at all.

I want to end it all once and for all becos they think I can't do anything but I want to show them that my silence is not stupidity.

I need help on inviting the Law into this matter. If possible EFCC.
