PE1 to the end in 1 year? Really?
why not. There are students that passed PE1 in one sitting and passed PE2 in the following diet in one sitting.

So, ICAN can be completed in one year. Myself I finished ican within one and half years. The only paper i repeated in ican was FA2.

How long does it take, for a graduate of a tertiary institution, to go through the ICAN exams under the new syllabus?
It depends on you. It can take you 1 year, it can also take you as much as 20 years.

But on average, majority finish ican within a period of 5 years.

FYI fool he didn't but the private Jet it was bought for him. There was a time students couldn't pay their tuition fees at rccg's University and the V.C was about sending them off. He asked the V.C not to and cleared their fees go and ask!. Do you know there was a time this man gave out all his gratuity because 'God' told him to do so? He is now here enjoying the labours of his sacrifice you expect him to continuue to suffer because bastards like you can't make it in life?? He runs a private University, manages camp and missions with church offering and genorous giving unlike the federal Goverment that manages deteriorated federal universites with oil money. So he should reduce the fees to 20k and let animals like you later rubbish him of subpar education. THINK BEFORE YOU TALK. I WONDER HOW IMBECILOUS SLOW POKES LIKE YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?! America fyi is a country where paastors come out as lesbians, gays, have their dickkkk pictures leaked, dress like club goers, a place where choir members twerk in service. Mtcheww you are a fool if you don't know o.
Your outburst does not project you as a born again child of God.

While I am against insulting men of God, at the same time I try to weigh the opinion of people.

I am a born again child of God but I have to very truthful to you. Adeboye made a general statment, more like prophetic uterances. What distinguishes a prophesy from prophetic declaration is that the former is SPECIFIC while the latter is more of a wish or prayer.

If Adeboye had called out an indigent member of the church and told him that he will build a house or buy a car next year, that to me is prophesy.

If Adeboye had told us who will win this year's election, that to me will be prophesy.

Adeboye is intoducing a new dimension of prophesy to christaindom. Go through the Bible, all the prophesies given by God are very specific. Infact, in most cases names were mentioned.

In prophesy, no body is left in doubt about who is refered to.

What about all the budget for security?
do you think nigerians aren't exposed to the history of the civil war? Obasanjo, in his book MY COMMAND, listed all the countries that fought in support of biafra likewise those that supported nigeria, so stop trying to twist facts that existed before you were born, especially when they came from a man(OBJ) that fought in the war and also accepted the letter of surrender from the biafrans

definitely not the bigotted there was a country.

the soldiers fought and defeated biafra and ojukwu and not ordinary civilians who only wished them well. Do you expect civilians to pick up arms against boko haram? The vigilantes that have such have been frustrated by the government of GEJ.

ii don't support the killings but when your people were killing their leaders and making jest out of the act in their own land by throwing up cartoons and making bread labels with such, dancing In public in the north, what did your leaders do? Did they caution them? Stop playing the saint here.

which leaders? Name names. GEJ has the police, NSCDC, army, navy, airforce, etc yet he's unable to make a single arrest. That shows he's actually the one sabotaging his government. His state of emergency bore no fruit other than worsen the matter. You guys like to claim APC sponsors boko haram but fail to view this angle: how can they sponsor insurgents to disrupt the peace in a region that is their stronghold and where they expect to get more votes? Just doesn't add up.
Stop reasonning through your anus.

In 2011, Buhari promised to make this country ungovernable for GEJ if he(Buhari) losses the election.

True to his words, he engaged BH after he lost.

The same group of terrorists nominated him (Buhari) as their representative to broker a truce with the FG.

Today, the same Buhari is telling us that he will talk to his boys if elected president and their terrorist activities will stop.

For me, BH is a grand plan and strategy to stop GEj; and it will never happen.

Eziachi:
In my opinion, Boko Haram will prefer Jonathan presidency for their relevant. Jonathan being a professed Christian is one of their first ideological recruitment drive. But with Buhari they will lose that and he won't lose any sleep wiping them out.
Unlike Jonathan whose cautious approach was a disaster because he doesn't want to upset some northern establishment who he needs for his re-election. That is why, when it came to the crunch he decided to sacrifice Ihejirika instead giving him his support.
But bad news for Boko Haram is that, if Jonathan wins, his second term could be different because he has no re-election to worry about this time. But I doubt if has the courage to do so.
But they (BH) once asked GEJ to resign as a condition for peace.

"Section 91 (9) of the Electoral Act stipulates that an individual or other entity shall not donate more than N1, 000,000.00 to any candidate.

It is as clear as the crystal that all those individuals, groups of individuals and companies that donated more than N1 Million towards the campaign of President Jonathan have contravened Section 91 (9) of the Electoral Act.

Section 91 (10) of the Electoral Act says that candidate who knowingly acts in contravention of this section commits an offence and on conviction is liable in the case of Presidential election, to a maximum fine of N1, 000,000.00 or imprisonment for a term of 12 months or both."

Question is should a President watch his citizens flout extants of a constitution he swore to protect and applaud them in his speech?

These are the youths we say must take over leadership from the old folks. The Mr-Know-It-All lawyer to be who wrote this smartly quoted extant portions which favours his argument and leaves the above in a bid to justify his jaundiced neutral-non-Jonathan position. The law was flouted with gross impunity but as usual we will move on. The ruling party in Nigeria will never do no wrong. There are always hordes of unsolicited beggars-for-alms Nigerians who will come to their defence.
what evidence do have to prove that some of the donors donated more than N1m.

Mere promise of donating N1b does not mean i have donated N1b.

Mark my words, some of the donors may not even redeem their pledge or vow.

Some of them may have even pledged a higher amount in other to encourage others to donate. It is strategic.

In any case, GEJ will win 2015 elections and nothing will happen.

PoliticsRe: Ijaw Youths Threaten Revenge Attack On Buhari’s Supporters If ... by Dereformer(m): 11:49am On Dec 22, 2014
Anasko:
Ijaw youths have threatened to attack supporters of the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), in southern part of Nigeria.

The youths said on Sunday that they would visit Buhari’s supporters in the South with violence if the loyalists of President Goodluck Jonathan should be attacked in the North.

The Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide said the decision to attack Buhari’s supporters was informed by reports that some persons in the North had resorted to sending open threat messages to pro-Jonathan governors and other supporters.

In a statement by the IYC spokesperson, Mr. Eric Omare, the youths said, “All Nigerians irrespective of his or her place of origin has a right to contest for the presidency of Nigeria and Nigerians have a right to support any candidate of their choice without molestation.

“It would be recalled that hundreds of Nigerians, especially NYSC members were killed and properties worth millions of naira destroyed in the aftermath of the 2011 elections as a result of similar undemocratic disposition of some elements in the North.”

“We of southern Nigeria have not at any time threatened or attacked supporters of General Buhari; hence any threat or attack on supporters of President Jonathan in the north would be visited with proportionate action from us in the south.

“Governors Amaechi, (Rochas) Okorocha and (Adams) Oshiomole; Timipre Silva, John Oyegun, Bola Tinubu and other supporters of General Buhari in southern Nigeria are going about their campaigns without any molestation from southerners.

“Enough is enough for those who promised and are making northern Nigeria ungovernable for President Jonathan. If they want their own country, let them say so as we can no longer accept the ‘Extreme North Must Rule’ mentality of some northerners.”

PoliticsOBJ Totally Confused, Considers GEJ A Lesser Evil Than Gmb|tinubu. by Dereformer(op): 6:00pm On Dec 20, 2014
A highly powered meeting is currently going on in an undisclosed location.
A source privy to the meeting states that the former president is not comfortable with APC' s choice of GMB.
According to him, OBJ would have prefered the kano state governor HE kwankwaso.

OBJ is deeply hurt because he considers GMB a threat following their relationship during the latters dictatorial regime.

Again, OBJ is not comfortable with any past military coupist running the affairs of the country.

Their has been a cold supremacy battle between OBJ and Tinubu as to who really is the leader of the yorubas. Allowing Tinubu's stooge and party to win next year's election will ultimately make him very powerful.

As it stands now, a good deal may be cut with GEJ which will see the teeming supporters and followers of the former president joining forces with PDP to win next years election.

There are indeed more exciting days ahead.

Listen, what is your conviction that good employers of labour will not consider federal and state University graduates before NOUN graduates. Believe it or not NOUN graduates will be discriminated against by the same government that established it. This year is my 11 years of graduation from a federal polytechnic and by September this year I will go for a part time to get Bsc which will last for 5 years. I don't mind the length of time. I will go for it since I can finance it with my present job.

PoliticsWill South South Support South East When The Time Comes? by Dereformer(op): 2:08pm On Dec 19, 2014
I want to start this writeup by saying I am a die hard supporter of GEJ. No amount of campaign of calumny by APC will make me and my family and of course my entire students vote APC. Never.

I want to also say that I am the proudest Igbo man on earth. So nobody should be in doubt.

I am beginning to get worried as to whether we the Igbos will get the same level of support from our South south brother as we have given them in the past and even now.

It is on record that one of the greatest reasons why my beloved country, Biafra , was defeated in the war was because of the sabotage from our brothers in the south south.

My father told me that, had the south south not joined forces with the Nigerian government, we would have received the much needed arms and ammunition including relief materials, from Gabon and other countries that recognized Biafra, through Port Harcourt.

We have put all that behind us as evidenced by the maximum support we gave one of their own in the 2011 presidential election and also by the even greater support we will give them come February 2015.

The federal government before the emergence of GEJ has always created enmity between the south east and the south south. It is this divide and rule approach that has characterized federal government's dealings with the south south and south east.

GEJ will win the election come 2015, that I am very sure of. But again, will the south south support the south east when the time comes as it will soon come?

Please APC and all their supporters should keep off this thread.
