@OP The only project mallam Rochas Okorocha has completed in Imo State is building Mosque at the cardinal points in Owerre. At the each entrance of all the major link roads connecting Owerre, thus, Owerre/Okigwe, Owerre/Onicha, Owerre/Umuahia, Owerre/Aba and Owerre/Igwe Ocha (Port Harcourt), there is mosque. Any visitor on the first visit to Owerre will readily assume that Owerre is a town in northern region of Nigeria. |
