There is some evidence to show a link between gender dysphoria and autism, and that autistic people may be more likely than other people to have gender dysphoria.

This need to be explored more.

Depending on the type of autism spectrum, I think.
I've come across this before and seeing it again.
Foreign Affairs › Re: American Politics Thread: Trump Is The 47th President! by descarado: 5:13pm On Apr 28, 2025
Children who have gender dysphoria will be tested for autism, according to leaked plans.

Health officials will screen these children for neurodevelopmental conditions including autism and ADHD, reports suggest.

New guidance is to be issued in the wake of the Cass Review into gender identity services in the NHS, which found the quality of studies claiming to show beneficial effects of puberty blockers for children and young people with gender dysphoria was "poor"

WELL DONE NHS kiss kiss

Reality versus medical model.

If we don't protect the kids, wonder why we are existing.
Foreign Affairs › Re: American Politics Thread: Trump Is The 47th President! by descarado: 5:08pm On Apr 28, 2025
Puberty blockers are not prescribed on the NHS to children for the treatment of gender dysphoria, with a ban last year being made permanent in December with the agreement of devolved governments across the UK.

The new guidance - which is expected to be released imminently - is expected to see the health service move away from a "medical model" in favour of a "holistic" approach to care.

Medics will examine various aspects of children's lives when they are referred to services.

These include mental health assessments, family relationships, sexual development, the presence of learning disabilities or neurodevelopmental conditions as well as their social, cognitive and physical growth, reports in the Telegraph suggest.

Not surprised at all.
We eat carb like our lives depend on it.
Rice and stew eg. Carb 95%( rice), protein 3%(meat or fish) and others 2%.
What an unbalanced meal and we proudly showcase this to the world.
Very very poor country. We are yet to come to reality that we are a very poor country that can't afford healthy meals.

Do you even know the process of papal conclave? No one has any veto sir. Before voting, there are rules in which if not fulfilled, the election will be redone until the criteria are met.

How does suspension that took place in 1773 even come into this discussion? Even after that, the Jesuit was restored in 1814. How could you say Pope Francis was the first Jesuit priest? So much ignorance
What are you yapping about?

Aso rock is more or less a living quarters not a factory or a business hub
You want to see the electricity bill of national hospital abuja or any of the teaching hospitals in Nigeria?

They run in millions

All the hq of ministries and parastatals in Abuja spend millions in electricity every year. The pro lem with Nigeria is that we are so poor we think that steady electricity comes cheap.

Maybe, we need to hear this, Nigeria is a very poor country. Somethings we want to have, we can't because we are too poor to afford them. Water supply is not cheap. That's why govt don't look that way and nature blessed us to dig our own water supply.
Fuel isn't cheap.

Education isn't cheap. Govt subsidies is what we have been enjoying and we conclude they are cheap.

Blame your politicians but not those things.

But imagine running with that casket to Nigeria and demanding 1billion 😭😅

So much ignorance in one post. How can he be the first Jesuit for a society that was formed since 1540?

They are the real pope ke? How can the real pope stay since 1540 only to produce the first pope in 2013 which is now gone?

Who told you Francis introduced LGBTQ? He only asked priest not to turn their back but bless them when they come for blessings. (Bless the individual not couples)
Instead of writing, you can do simple Google search. I don't want to assume I am conversing with one who is not knowledgeable as that is wasting my time. Jesuit was at a point abolished and later started again. For every pope that is voted for, the jesuit has to veto.
There was very high ruckus before this late pope was made a pope.

Can you throw more light on this ? I have heard of Jesuits, are they ideologically different from other Catholics ?
Jesuit priests are the political cum spiritual arm of the Catholic church. You wanna see occultism, read about them. Any member who try exposing them disappears for life. They were once the power brokers of the world. Don't know about today. If one of them can become a pope, some of their traditions are changing.

The person who should have been a pope then with the highest rank was cardinal Arinze but because he is black and will never be accepted, the jesuit had to come out from hiding and took the mantle. Talk of political manipulation and racism against black.
Na the same Catholic church made Satan look black while angel look white and this analogy was used to paint bla k people as evil that angel which is white need to save.

This is the greatest mind control of the millennium and still control the world till this day.

Fear early psychologists. They have strong affirmity with the early church.

He was a Jesuit priest. They take vow of poverty.
He was the first jesuit priest in the history of the church.
That's why he can't wear red shoes.

Jesuit priests according to hierarchy are the real pope behind the doors. They are called black pope. Pope Frances broke the record. They are the real owners of Catholic church and only them can affect change. The reason he introduced lgbt and no Bishop said pim.

Forget their common look, they are very dangerous.

Apple about moving their operating plant away from China to India for their American market.

Others should follow.
America should do something about their organised labour and labour laws so their companies will come back home. Else this cycle will continue. No company want to establish its industrial outfit outside its motherland as they enjoy protectionism and other benefits foreign companies don't enjoy. But in America, it's opposite, the govt and labour drive away companies. Remove dollar as world currency and America will fall like a part of cards. You all don't know how bad it is. It's China, today, tomorrow it will be India and America will keep slipping down.
New realignment happening globally but here, it's democrats versus republicans. I forgot, it's in our gene. Are we not Nigerians anymore?

Americans have been made to live in bubbles for years they think they are indispensable. China that was nothing 20yrs back is now a big threat to them

Continue fighting established wars by your politicians. American politicians have killed more people than the two world wars all over the world.

Gone are the days military might defines the strength of a country. China is a perfect example.
Undermined and overlooked but they are inching towards that number spot world slowly. China has loads of graduates that are idle and have no where to work. How many Americans still go to school. Remove international students, even Havard will collapse. Even in entertainment, it's shifting to Asia. Who would have thought.

Check out Chinese popular dramas and world views, compare with American soaps or movies.

Or is it music?

American musicians are now collaborating with people from other countries. Why?
Who would have thought.

Yep, if not managed well, an empire crumples.
That's the reality.
Britain was once world number one.

Netflix is logging it out with some Asia streaming sites that are cheaper as more of their annual income is gonna be coming from international viewers. Netflix is very expensive. The stuff I watch on Netflix which are from Asia I can get from other cheaper streaming sites from Asia and those stuffs are what Netflix is banking on either their cut throat subscription price. And they are always late when a drama is streaming.

I ended my affair with Netflix and so many people like me who love Asian contents are doing so. Why. America don't hold the ace anymore. As time goes on, more countries will stand up against American monopoly of lots of things like social media as China did. I don't even blame China as they learnt from the master

So if care is not taking,America is losing all round to Asia and the people are more interested in Trump's pant and knickers, instead of sitting down to work together for their own good. Politicians are not the ones losing. You are.

Welcome to India. China was once worst than India

There is no private building in aso rock. That's why after each presidency tenure, all his workers pack out and new people come in.

True as Nigerians love to live in big man's house and we know how to waste electricity.

A bachelor is living in 3 bed?
What is he doing there. If it's estimated billing, he will be billed according to 3 bed standard and how frequent that area receives electricity.

Electricity is costly all over the world.
