Y'all just giving Buhari cheap fame. Let the man be! |
Much ado about nothing -William Shakespeare. |
Mrwhalex:You know, you really should make up your mind. First, you attack the OP like you have a family feud with his', back in the village. Then you end such vile accusations wiht 'God bless'?? Very ironic. I think the OP should be greatly commended for such creativity in printing this topic online, not this tongue-lash of yours. It is uncalled for and undeserved in absolutely every ramifications. |
3, 4 and 10 will still be in vogue. Reason: Civil Engineering is still a little beyond our reach. But our knowledge on this can only improve, so it's only a matter of time before we do more at a lesser cost (home-based). Whether news is being read on the internet or not, it still has to be put there by someone and it takes a quality person (journalist) to attract quality audience. Okada being unnecessary in Lagos is almost a pipe dream. The conditions of the road and heavy traffic of the state may even force you to ignore the direct expressways and negotiate side-roads in town to reach your destination. One way or the other, 12 will find its way back to being prime. As for Farming, "Agbisi gbaa otule, otule a muuru ako".. Translation: If soldier ant bite nyash, nyash go sabi something. |
Anomnity:Blind ignorance doth mislead thee - Leonardo da Vinci. Pouring more water into a filled cup is a waste. For a true scholar never studies with a filled mind. If I see a topic I already have an established biased opinion on, I avoid it. I suggest you learn to do the same. |
Who be this one? See plenty talk. |
LAGOS FEVER |
I admire Buhari's past o..as a military ruler and all. And I'll prefer he remains in the past where he belongs.. His comments as a civilian, especially with regards to Sharia, Muslims voting and bloodshed, is enough to convince me he performs better as a military dictator. GEJ gets my vote. It's better to be safe than to be sorry. |
He is married without knowing it. By jove, there are couples who don't even spend as much time as he does with his 'partner' despite making big celebrations to solemnize the union. Marriage isn't really an orthodox thing. It is a matter of the people involved and how they want it to be. |
Where and when exactly was it snatched? |
First Passage* Deut 4:15-18. Here, God warns the Israelites against fashioning an idol to represent any figure, whether it be the form of a man or woman, or of any other creatures. Reaction: This makes Christians insist that all statues of religious subjects are forbidden. Second Passage* Ex 25:10-22 Here, the Lord actually instructed the Israelites to store those very commandments, carved in stone, within a sacred container (ark) to be decorated with golden images of angelic beings called cherubim. Also examine* Ex 25:33-36; 26:1, 1st Kgs 6:23-7:51, 2nd Chr 3:10-4:22 Here, he commanded the people to decorate the places they worshipped with gold, bronze and wooden images of plants and animals. Deduction: Thus, we must note, however, (as the first passage implies and the second passage above clarifies) that God has forbidden ONLY the making of such images with the intention of worshipping them, as the pagans did. He has, by no means, banned the creation of all religious images. Question: Why then do Catholic churches, schools and homes display religious statues and other images? Answer: Such images are an aid to remembering and honouring our Lord, his mother, the saints and the angels. No Catholic who knows anything about the Catholic faith has ever worshipped a religious image. When Catholics kneel to pray before a statue or burn candles or place flowers before it, they aren't worshipping the image. They are simply expressing love and honour for the person represented by that image. Reality: Think of how most people display the pictures of their loved ones in their workplaces or carry them on their person. They may occasionally even kiss a picture. When they do this, are they worshipping these images? Of course not! The affection they show to the images is actually directed toward those the images portray. Does venerating saints and angels in this way somehow 'steal' honour from God? NO!! They are his handwork.(Eph 2.10). Our praise of the masterpiece rebounds to the glory of the Artist who creaed them. Footnote: If we cherish the memory of statesmen, war heroes, and even sport celebrities by making statues of them, then, what can be our objection to honouring the heroes of the faith? (Sir 44:1-15). REFLECTION: Endeavour to be patient while bearing the defects and infirmities of others of whatever kind, for you have many things which others have had to bear patiently as well. free2ryhme:My apologies if my semantics are a little too complex for your obviously corrigendums-oriented reasoning ability. The message contained therein is "Try to do some thinking before you air your view." It's that easy. I won't be here to always do your thinking for you. |
“We will together see the end of them and their reign of terrorI guess all attempts to do this alongside GMB has been/will be put on hold till the outcome of 2015 elections has materialized. Till then, let the people endure. |
free2ryhme:Who is the 'you' in this question? The entire igbofolk from all walks of life or the person who made that statement for the APGA party? A person airs his view and you release a statement degrading the mentality of the igbofolks, what kind of rational output is that? I believe the APC camp have igbos therein. That alone should tell you that he isn't speaking for all of the igbofolk. And it may suffice to note that some of us don't really give two f**ks what happens in there, so you may spare us that derogatory comments. Next time, reason a little more like a 'thinking human' before you air your thoughts. |
free2ryhme:Like your father is deceiving himself that he has a son. |

Who exactly, or ratherm which of THEM are you referring to? Name and Surname to clarify. Adam won't be fooled twice. |
The way people construct their headlines to instigate trouble: He controls a Maritime security outfit affiliated with the country, but that wasn't used in judging his actions. |
holatin:Yep.. Neither do I. But by picking Buhari as its presidential flag bearer, APC has factionized this party. This man is a known religious fanatic. |
Why? If you had to do this now, it means you're seeking a favour, not a mutual thing. And God knows what else she would demamd should she get a 'yes'. But speaking from a desperate man's point of view, I would. 1. It may be a difficult moment for her, something she needs to hold on to, to give all of her heart for. 2. People change. Maybe she did it for selfish reasons. But the closeness gotten after taking the first step may begin to soften her on the love trip. Why do 'people' not respect the 'gender' indications?? What is Obasanjo trying to achieve with this? I can see his messages; though I'm not interested in having an opinion at the moment, for this is defamation in essence. Care must be taken not to be used as a pawn for a person's heart gratification. My analytic self forces me to reason: What is Obasanjo's aim? |
That is to say to get the person, we have to judge him mainly from his 'past'.. What he said/did 13 years ago? |
MANGO!! |
Keep your bullshit for the birds. We've been through all this usual sweet talk. Let's just get 2015 done with. |
No. Use UC Browser. On any interesting picture, select view picture and save it. Easy. |
Something to do with adaptation to survive. Referring to mutation would be a step too far. I think their mental state induces some form of carelessness/lethargy, even when they are terribly ill. It is common place to see them stop somewhere suddenly to die in a space of few hours. I'll also like to indicate that it's rare for a person to be 100% healthy. At one point or the other, there are foreign substances in the body which are being detoxified or weakened by the immune system. |
