Well, I was 15 and she was 14. We met at an Annual Block Rosary Convention at Trade Fair, Lagos. Fortunately for me, my childhood friend was dating her elder sister, so we kind of hung around them quite much during that era. My mind then told me all I've got to do is to 'stare' at her a lot. I felt she'll get the message that I'm attracted to her beauty. For three whole days, all I did was stare mightily. And when we came back from the convention, my friend arranged a 'meeting' for the both of us one saturday, where I summoned courage to tell her my mind. She gave me a 'Yes' on Sunday and that was it. She was really into me like I was into her but I must say if all I did was stare and didn't ask, it wouldn't have worked out.. NB: I chose to ignore those that asked me out and those I wrote love letters to before this one because I feel they were not the real deal. |

PLOT Chinua Ofoedu is a middle-class employee of Harrison Thompson Pharmaceuticals who lives in Ajegunle. However, his fortunes changed for the better-or worse, when he plays the part of a protege of justice as he uncovers a drug-scam at his workplace, around which revolves, the death of fifteen people and endless lawsuits. The company's material recognition of his efforts placed him among the highest earners on their payroll, fast forwarding his dreams into reality in excesses of a few months. He even chances upon a daring young lady in his new landlord's daughter, whose domineering and curt personality both infuriates and appeals to his maleness in equal measures. His perfect life took a bizzare twist when one of the imprisoned employees, Mrs Etoro Asuquo, a 76-year old widow and mother of one, dies. Climaxing events unfold, pinpointing her preconceived innocence and Chinua's part in the cover-up. The avenging angel takes form in her sole survivor, prompting surreal happenings that boils down to the final showdown, where Chinua must pay the ultimate price for his wrongdoing - Retribution for the martyr. I also attempted to create my own site via Yola free website. I even attempted to use Tagtag to create a wapsite, no progress. I feel maybe it's because I'm using a mobile phone to do that |

Though some argue one is born already knowing their religious faith, classifying religion as something that cannot be learned but more as an inner spirituality present at birth, others would say there is no doubt religion is socially constructed and subconsciously learned plus spread through peers, family or close ones, strongly impacting societies and cultures. Some sort of hidden objective or purpose whether is it political, spiritual or other,motivates the creation of a religion through a"designated" individual, claimed to be here to spread the word, send a message to members of society and make changes or corrections in the name of faith. Often, we witness activists or political figures use religion to emphasize and point out the spiritual aspect behind their messages or motivations to attract followers..Culled from studymode.com. But in truth, religion is a way of life; entails principles and beliefs, even customs. Hence it's normal to say Yoruba is a religion. It's not all to it that meets the eye. Seldom means hardly, but I assume you mean to say you always hear about it. Well, you must consider that sex education is not one which our culture smiles upon openly, hence kids are not given the proper orientation appropriately. And when such is the case, reverting to the use of condom which inhibits pleasure is only but a matter of choice. It all boils down to the choices each and every one of us make in our sex lives. |

A new roadside radar system could fix that by keeping track of large animals and warning drivers when it would be wise to slow down. Abir Mukherjee of AUG Signals in Toronto says existing set-ups, which use light beam tripwires, are not reliable. "With a tripwire system, when an animal crosses it into the road, it will alert," he says. "But after a fixed time, the system goes off. Then the system doesn't know where the animal is." The Large Animal Detection System (LADS) sends out a 360-degree radar signal every second, then monitors the reflections to workout what animals are there. Its software allows it to ignore small animals and vegetation in the radar's path. The detector has been running as a pilot project on Canada's Highway 416 near Kemptville, Ontario, since last year. LADS has a radius of 700 metres and works in harsh weather and heavy snow. When it detects an animal, lights flash on street signs to alert drivers.
