I think he was like that because he didn't like to go out much, and there are still some romantic ones out there (maybe one in a million) the negative side was that he cheated+ things weren't working out, so i had to leave.

Quit the relationship as fast as you can, I have been there before, I don't know why guys would stay with a girl that long and not want commitment, it beats me why someone would want to waste your time.
