iamswizz: Dnt pray against them,ok?... Allow them 2 kill u first.if God be for us who can be against us? |
Detonator-rex:rather,he prayed for them |
Yes o my brother. We need the genuine encounter and experience of God's power if we are going to overcome the darkness in this generation of ours. Thanks OP |
noted...religious intolerance leads to violence...one should not impose his views on another. |
Todaynatoday: (No call me sir, I still be small pikin oo). First off, what is the jet used for? 1. Travelling to other branches of the church for "programmes"I agree with u to a large extent-let me say 75percent.I also appreciate d way we ve been able to reason together. Thanks |
Thanks Kingwax for this wonderful piece...more please |
todaynatoday sir, what is ur yardstick for knowing if a jet is truly necessary or not in a ministry? All u did was conclude that it was not necessary.I think d reason for ur conclusion is because of d poor that r still present.Buying a jet IF necessary does not mean d poor should not be catered for.I am not sure if jesus was able to reach out to all the poor people in his time but one thing i am sure of is this-He fulfilled divine purpose and he used every necessary means to do that. |
Todaynatoday: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaI am not clamouring for material possession my dear brother. All i am saying is if it was needed,i guess he would buy.Its just a means to an end and not an end in itself.Anyway,i may be wrong.Perhaps Jesus could have done something different or have that need met in another way |
...and why is the question directed to pastors only? What is ur motive Brother Frosbel? Now to your question:I don't know if my pastor can do that or not...Do u want me to ask him?I don't think it is necessary in d first place. Thanks bro frosbel. |
If it was necessary and he truly needed it,i guess he would...a woman once poured a very costly ointment on his feet and while people were complaining that it should have been sold and the money given to d poor, what was Jesus response?i guess u know.So pastormustwacc,u see there is nothing wrong or sinful in buying costly things IF they are truly necessary for the work of d kingdom to progress.Nevertheless, the poor must NOT be neglected as well. There should be a balance. Thanks |
i see...d way ur title/topic sounded is somehow but after opening d thread,i got d real picture/info...thanks OP |
I refuse to be confused...just a question for the people who believe in reincarnation....Will the reincarnated person be judged by his first or second or third or nth life as the case may be when he finally meets God? |
joe4christ: Are u kidding me?u can say that again bro...Jesus till i die...Jesus for life...Dont mind those atheists |
if a man does not walk in the path of curses then no curse can cleave to him. |
...going by your post, i hereby submit that d term 'superstition' is relative. What is superstitious to u may be the foundation of other people's belief. When u ask questions like this,u tend to engage people in war of words.Maybe i would have understood u better if u were more explicit. Thanks OP |
just a question for you...do u go about unclad? If No,then i think that question of yours is .....(u can fill in d gap yourself) |
Thanks for this wonderful piece.God bless you. |
advocate666: My motive is the quest for truth and knowledge.I see...i am not sure if they once existed or not. They must have been created by God if they ever existed...God is the creator of all. |
Thanks OP.God bless u.The bible is no fiction neither is it a story book.It is God's word and it will last forever. |
what is your motive op? |
Life is all about God. |
Thanks Brother Frosbel...Stay Blessed. |
Thanks...God bless u |
@ Salt 1: I love the way you respond to people.U respond gently and in a godly manner...You are a good example. Please keep it up.I pray d Lord help me too...Stay blessed. |
Chanchit: Abegi all na politics jare, make she go visit hurricane shandy people.....and what is political about her visit?I wonder what can be done to please or appreciate people like you.Feel free to reply me please but remember you don't have to hurl insults and if you choose to do, then you are on your own sir. Thanks |
The happiest day in the life of Mr A may be quite different from that of Mr B...U don't have to conclude based on anyone's view because its a personal perception. For me,the day my wife delivers my first child will be one of the happiest...There are numerous happy moments for me in d future and i don't know if i will be able to put them on a scale of preference. Thanks OP : |
advocate666: espiritus heavinus.Thanks. ![]() |
@OP: Thanks for that wonderful piece.God bless you real good. Please you don't need to bother yourself about those who oppose you.Don't get into argument with them.Stay Blessed. |
@OP: God bless you real good. The knowledge of the Holy Spirit is a 'Must' for every believer.More grace upon u. |
It all depends on the motive of the parents. If they dress their kids merely for competition, then its pathetic because they will be inculcating wrong values into them.On the other hand,if it is to make them look good and cute, then its okay. However,it should be done moderately. The term 'moderately' is relative anyway. |
I know quite a few number of atheist here. While i believe we can dialogue with them,i am not of the opinion that we let our discussion degenerate into heated arguements and unnecessary war of words. The best we can do for them is pray. Please fellow christian believers, let us be wise.Thanks.....Just a piece of advice to fellow christians. |
Anyway, thanks...your comment is noted sir.
