Crime › Mrs Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe & Gangs Target Mrs Stella Taylor's Lawyer, F.N. Mony by Details0987(op): 6:31am On Oct 05, 2023
Mrs Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe & Gangs Target Mrs Stella Taylor's Lawyer, F.N. Monye, in Multiple Failed Murder Attempts.

By Olaniyan Segun

Mrs. Stella Taylor, an American citizen of Nigerian origin, has been living in America for over twenty years. During this time, she has been sending money to her mother to help her build a house in Asaba. However, upon her return, she discovered that her mother had sold the house. Her mother believed that Mrs. Taylor would never return, as she had used more than just magic to ensure this.

The mother was shocked to see her in Nigeria and made several attempts towards her life as she legally tried to take possession of her property & adopted children in her care. The mother went to the extent of writing frivolous petitions against her to NAPTIP, alleging that she was involved in human trafficking and resulting in the arrest of her adopted children.

She then sought the assistance of a lawyer, Barr. F.N. Monyei, to legally address the issues and bring them to a logical conclusion. All documents confirm that she genuinely adopted the children after the mother manipulated her spiritually to prevent her from having a child of her own.

She sends an SOS through her lawyer to the Director General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons (NAPTIP), requesting the release of her adopted children, Williams Ikechukwu Taylor (a 4-year-old male) and her daughter, Sherwlyn Taylor (a 4-month-old female), who are currently detained by NAPTIP in Benin since on the 22nd of September 2023.

However, the author of the frivolous petition to NAPTIP, Miss Ifeoma Valentina Osakwe, and her mother, Mrs. Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe, have been suspected of planning to harm Mrs. Stella Taylor's lawyer, Barrister F.N. Monyei. On several occasions, they have been seen loitering around Monyei's premises with unidentified individuals.

Since Miss Ifeoma Osakwe started being seen around the premises of Monyei, there has been a constant occurrence of dead chickens tied with red ropes, native pots, and eggs being placed at the gate of Monyei. These items are accompanied by a piece of paper with his name written on it, attached with several pins, and various other fetish objects.

Monyei also received several threat calls from unknown individuals with unidentified numbers, claiming to be someone named John Edafe Itinagbedia. This person alleges to be the buyer of Mrs. Stella Taylors' property, who is rumored to be dating Mrs Valentina Osakwe and conspiring with her and Mrs Ifeoma Osakwe to harm F.N. Monyei for being a lawyer to Mrs Stella Taylors.

Mrs. Stella Taylors' lawyer, F.N. Monyei, cried out to his family, friends, and fellow Nigerians, expressing his concern that his life is being threatened. He stated that if any harm comes to him, Valentina Osakwe, Ifeoma Osakwe, and John Edafe Itinagbedia should be held accountable.

Monyei stated that the notice was meant for all Nigerians, including his family, friends, and colleagues, to inform them that his life is in serious danger. According to him, he has recently become aware of and has been warned about attempts on his life. This threat is solely due to a case he is currently handling as a human rights activists and a lawyer for Mrs. Stella Taylors.

"I do not belong to any fetish cult, secret cult, cultural groups, nor do I have any affiliations in any manner whatsoever. My training, both professionally and spiritually, is centered around being of service to the people. I aim to mentor individuals, ensure justice, and positively transform lives, for good.

"As I do not yet have the financial power to undertake philanthropic engagements to birth my convictions, I deploy my professional experience, knowledge and services to campaign for a better society, where justice and peace shall reign.

"This should not warrant any threats to my life at all, either from Ifeoma Osakwe, Valentina Osakwe, or from the alleged buyer of the property, John Edafe Itinagbedia. The case is in court, and the judgment of the court depends on evidence and facts presented, not on human life or threats of any kind.

"This notice is to all Nigerians, my family, friends, colleagues and security agencies that my life is under serious threat. While I seek your prayers always, Ifeoma Osakwe, Valentina Osakwe and John Edafe Itinagbedia should be held accountable should anything happen to me,” he said

"Monyei further added that all her client, Mrs. Stella Taylors, seeks is a judicial judgment on the genuine ownership of the property in dispute and the adopted children, based on documented facts and evidence presented before the court.

"This should not be perceived as a threat to anyone who seeks justice or as a threat to the life of any advocate. While my views and professional actions may support clients, this does not alter the facts presented in court. I am simply fulfilling my responsibilities as a professional lawyer.

"Regarding this matter, We will respect any decision made by the court regarding the ownership of the disputed property and the adopted children. I also believe that my client will do the same. However, we will continue to exhaust all judicial avenues in an attempt to retrieve her property. My primary concern is justice for my client.

"With God's assistance, I will persist in the revolutionary struggles for which I have received training and recognition, regardless of the threats. "My life rests in God's hands," he further stated.

Mr. Monyei Friday, the lawyer representing Mrs. Stella Taylors, can be contacted at 08035714925 and +2347089256908 by Nigerians. It is important for us to come together and learn how to protect human rights activists in order to create a better society. These activists serve as a vital link for the oppressed individuals who cannot afford legal representation.

Obire congratulates Governor Oborevwori on his 100 days in office as Governor.

Point-blank magazine

Tuesday September 5, 2023

Your Excellency, 100-days might not be enough to hurriedly meet all the expectations of the people, especially given the peculiarities of your enthronement and the flooding disaster ravaging our riverine areas, the same way that peculiarities made George W. Bush, Obama, Donald Trump, among others, to opt for a longer duration, even up to first 365-days or first 1000-Days to appraise achievements.

Our dear Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori although you did not declare 100-days celebration bash, perhaps due to the impact of the flooding in some few parts of our state, it is worthwhile to say that you started on a good note, and should be celebrated and cheered up.

For instance, you abated political crises that ensued following your miraculous enthronement, by suing for peace, declaring an inclusive style of governance, and empathizing with organizations and persons who were victims of the crisis.

In less than 100 days, your administration accorded premium to the welfare of civil servants and retirees, and also set machinery in motion for the much-desired people-oriented governance. To achieve the mission of good governance, your administration made key appointments.

During your 100 days in office, you successfully intensified the improvement of infrastructure, resulting in the construction of over 117 kilometers of roads and bridges and approximately 85 kilometers of drainage systems. Approval of palliative measures to cushion the effects of subsidy removal for workers, as well as widows, persons living with disabilities, the elderly, and various vulnerable segments of society.

Roads, bridges, and drainage projects have been distributed across the three Senatorial Districts of the state, along with over 400 projects inherited from the previous administration that are currently under execution. A number of these projects have been completed and are ready for commissioning, while others are in their advanced and final stages of completion.

The Okpanam/Ibusa Road which extends from Okpanam Junction on the Benin Expressway. Additionally, there is the Kwakagbor Community Road which starts from Summit Junction in Asaba. The Phase II of Ibusa/Achalla/Asaba Road is being expanded to increase the length from 6.83 km to 13.08 km. Furthermore, the Oko-Amakam/Oko-Obiakpu Road includes a 900-meter access link to the Second Niger Bridge.

The Warri/Uvwie area 26.21 km Trans Warri – Ode Itsekiri bridges and access roads with over 15 km of drainages. The access and link rpad of Ubeji to Ode-Itsekiri Roundabout with spurs to Ijala, Ugbodede, Orugbo, Ajigba, Inorin and Usele, on one hand, and Ode-Itsekiri internal roads, on the other.

Including the access road from Nigercat Junction on NPA Road through Izakpo Road to the New Tankers Park in Ekpan, Uvwie LGA; the DSC Roundabout link road off the Ughelli/Patani Expressway; and the Kokodiagbene Township road in Warri South. Kwale-Beneku Bridge (360 metres main bridge and 20 metres span bridge) and approach roads, connecting Ndokwa West and Ndokwa East.

The Obi-Ibabu/Ibabu Road in Onicha-Ukwani; the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Obiaruku Township roads comprising Jehovah Witness Road, Uwomena, Ifukor and Ekeruche streets, and Dafe Road extension; Phase II of the Obiaruku-Umuebu Road; and Obi-Ibabu main road, the construction of 6 km drainage channel from Owa-Alero and environs through Owa-Alizomor and Owa-Ofie into Iyi-Amah stream; the completion of 10 km Boji-Boji Owa/Otolokpo road, as well as the 11.64 km Owa-Alero/Umunede Road with 5.50 km of drainage.

The 5.40 km bridge across the Orere River, along with access and spurs in Orere town, has been completed. Additionally, the Comrade Izeze Boulevard in Oginibo and Phase II of the Okpolo/Enwhe/Uhweru Road, which will connect to the East-West Road, have also been completed. Construction on Phases 1 and 3 is currently in progress and nearing completion. The construction and rehabilitation of Ugolo Okpe/Okorikpehre Road which has been completed and the Otevwe Ochuko/Omo Obiyan/Iyamu streets in Okuokoko.

The Upper and Lower Erejuwa Roads are being reconstructed, along with the rehabilitation of Esisi Road from Warri Sapele Road to Estate Roundabout. Additionally, with a spur leading to Nana College and a link to Ajamimogha in Warri. Rehabilitation and asphalt overlay of the failed sections of PTI Road in Effurun, Uvwie; and the installation of all-in-one LED solar-powered street lights along NPA - DSC Expressway and its environs in Uvwie and Warri South areas.

These early achievements, in addition to the zeal and patriotism showcased by your administration, within this short period, constitute a beacon of hope for better days ahead. This is in line with the aura of optimism that followed your divine enthronement, and Deltans are hopeful to reap good governance and prosperity.

Never the less, I implore you to do more inline with your more Agenda and also appoint more competent and selfless persons as special assistant, senior special assistant, executive assistant & board members whose appointment should match their profiles, so as to propel more achievements.

I bring you solidarity from myself, my family and political associates across the country and overseas

Asking God for protection and guidance for both you and your Deputy, as you embark on the mission to improve the lives of the people through the More Agenda Prosperity policy thrust. I reaffirm my dedication to doing everything in my power to support the development of Delta State and Nigeria as a whole.

Omo Agege Publicly campaigned for Tinubu with a loud Voice : Promise Ogumu

By Emmanuel Okobah

Former Ika north east house of assembly aspirant and the Presidential/Gubernatorial coordinator of Ika north east local government, in the 2023 election under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Mr Promise Ogumu, has reeled out facts in response to claims by some faceless groups on social media platform that the immediate past Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, worked against President Bola Tinubu during the 2023 elections.

Speaking with group of journalist in Asaba Delta state capital he said those behind the claim were simply out to get political patronage from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

See what he said: “My attention has been drawn to different media publications and National Television programs where some groups of cheapjack speculators are finding all possible means to get political patronage from President Bola Tinubu whose electoral victory they made no effort to contribute. Specifically those faceless groups from Delta north senatorial district spearheaded by those that has been suspended from our party for their anti party activities"

“These noisemakers and political vegetables who failed woefully in there various units, ward, local government, state constituency, federal constituency and senatorial district even when they were holding juicy political office's at the federal level, they were not still able to win their small units for the party in Delta north are comparing themselves with Ovie Omo Agege who won his senatorial district, federal constituency, state constituency and polling units there's no comparison between Ovie and those who are rampaging the media with “Omo-Agege campaigned against Tinubu” This political liabilities were nowhere to be found in all APC campaigns, and meetings and thus failed to deliver their various units for any APC candidates in the last elections. Go and check their units results is in the public space and accessible to everybody.

“While it is not necessary to duel on the rigorous grassroots campaign efforts of His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Ovie Omo-Agege alongside some other leaders of the Delta State APC vis-a-vis the outcome of the elections, I need to state vividly that the 2023 general election in Delta State yielded unprecedented results that made Delta APC secure two out of the three Senatorial elections, one Federal Constituency election and seven State House of Assembly elections.

"As an house of assembly aspirant and the presidential/Gubernatorial coordinator of Ika north east local government area under the platform of our great party the All Progressives Congress (APC) we embarked on various pre-campaign activities including solidarity walks for His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, across the state. It is pertinent to note that, the funding of these activities came from distinguished Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and some other party leaders also during all our campaigns across the state Omo Agege openly appealed to Deltans with a loud voice to vote for Mr President.

“Those buying the blackmail from this set of helter-skelter politicians parading themselves as Delta APC members should demand their unit results in all the elections of 2023 to prove their commitments to the progress of the Party. It is my prayer that God will continue to open the eyes of Bola Ahmed Tinubu to identify these vampires and show them the way out so that his government would have smooth sailing to the end"

Blackmailing Omo Agege Won’t Give You Appointment; Tinubu Is Not a Political Novice - Owelle

By Abiodun Ola

The Owelle of Onicha Olona, who also doubles as a Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Delta State chapter, has said that the multifaceted lies and blackmail targeted at the former deputy senate president, Olorogun Ovie Omo Agege, by agents of political jobbers all in desperation to secure a prominent position in this new administration, failed to realize that Tinubu is not a political novice and is not blind to the truth and reality on the ground regarding the results from various polling units across the country in the 2023 presidential election.

Those political chameleons who are behind the propaganda against Sen Ovie Omo Agege were simply out for presidential patronage, seeking all possible means to get President Bola Tinubu, whose electoral victory they made no effort to contribute to.

These political opportunists, who are rampaging the media with uncivilized and primitive campaigns against the Obarisi of the Urhobo nation, were nowhere to be found in all APC campaigns and meetings. Thus, they failed to deliver their units for any APC candidates in the last elections, specifically in the Delta North senatorial district. I gave our party 5/5; they should show their unit results before attacking the pillar of the APC in Delta State. What is their contribution to the emergence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu?

I need to state categorically that the 2023 general election in Delta State yielded unprecedented results that made Delta APC secure two out of the three senatorial elections, one federal constituency election, and seven State House of Assembly elections. Political benefits across the world are all about results after elections. Let them show their polling unit results instead of blackmailing people.

Nobody is a fool; stop blackmailing Ovie Omo Agege, trying to deceive the presidency for personal interest when they did not work for the party in their respective wards or even units. This set of people is only after personal interest, not the betterment of Mr. President.

According to him, political appointment is not for those who were not able to win their units, so people blackmailing Ovie Omo Agege to get political patronage are doing a terrible thing to their families, not Ovie Omo Agege. There is no alternative to operation "show your results" in the presidential election. Tinubu is not Buhari.

Don’t deceive yourself. You cannot deceive President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Do you think you can carry that kind of blackmail around and deceive our Tinubu? Tinubu is smarter than that. We are watching them.

Our history will judge that at a time when our party needs to stand up and defend itself at the presidential tribunal, some disgruntled elements started to bring up an agenda of disunity.

Those listening to the blackmail from this set of political jobbers parading themselves as Delta APC members should demand their unit results in all the elections of 2023 to prove their commitment to the progress of the Party. I urge the President and the National Leadership of the party to be wary of this set of people whose mission is to reap from where they did not sow."

APC Exco In Onicha Olona Ward 4 Says Lauretta Onochie Remains Suspended

By Daniel Dafe

Leaders of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State have reacted to reports making the rounds that said that the suspension order slammed on the chairman of the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Lauretta Onochie by the executive committee of the All Progressive Congress in her ward has been nullified.

According to a statement on Monday signed by the Chairman and other executive members of Onicha Olona ward 4, she remains suspended and "her throwing money around will not nullify her suspension."

Adding that "it was because of the one million naira Lauretta Onochie gave to Mathew Chinye the, APC LG chairman that made him to assemble people who are not members of the exco in ward 4 to give a statement that the suspension has been quashed," saying that "it is a big lie."

They continued: "On the day they released the fake nullification of suspension, the entire 27 members of the exco were at the residence of Chief Jerry Nkeweshe, the Owelle 1 Of Onicha Olona, our leader to celebrate the Easter with him for his kindhearted gesture towards members of the party since inception; but it was surprising that Matthew Chinye released a statement on social media and some few print media that Lauretta Onochie's suspension has been squashed.

The statememt continued: "It is laughable because Matthew Chinye does not have such powers. He is not a member of the ward executive. How can he nullify what he does not know about?

"Lauretta Onochie remains suspended as far the ward is concerned. I'm the chairman of the ward and as you can see, these are the 27 executive members. So who are the people that nullified the suspension?"

The Chairman and Secretary of the Ward. Mr Peter Ogbolu and Mrs Amagor Justina Akaeze respectively insisted that the report by Mathew Chinye that said the suspension was squashed was fake news and cannot stand because they don't have such powers.

According to the said statement on Monday jointly signed, they said that Onochie is "just fighting to secure her position as NDDC Chairperson in the Tinubu administration."

"She worked against Tinubu and APC in the just concluded elections. The statement continued: "Onochie simply got her family members to form a parallel exco to squash her suspension using Mathew Chinye," they.added.

They said that "with Lauretta Onochie's presidential ward 4 Unit 8, Results of APC 16, PDP 27 and LP 38, it is obvious that she is APC in the day and loyal to opposition parties at night.Onochie is full of lies and does not attend any ward meetings of the APC," they said.

They thus called on party faithful and the public to disregard the said publication because she remains suspended till further notice.

Recall that Onochie, was suspended by her ward 04 executive committee in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State for anti-party activities and misconduct.

2023 Polls: Owelle Berated Lauretta Onochie For Working Against Tinubu

Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Jerry who doubles as the Owelle of Onicha Olona, has berated the Chairperson of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Lauretta, for working against Tinubu Presidential election and failing to deliver her polling unit and her ward to the party during the just-concluded 2023 general elections.

Speaking with select journalists in Aniocha north local government area on Sunday.

Owelle said Lauretta refusal not to even win her polling unit for APC is deliberately intentionally calculated political strategy to ensure Tinubu fail but to God be the glory it is a different story after she work against party and deliver Peter Obi in her polling unit, go and check the results is in the public space.

"What can Lauretta, tell me now when she could not deliver her ward? She could not deliver her polling unit, because she did anti party worked against our presidential candidate. A small circle of people in her unit, she can’t control them.

You lost and you are saying you are working for the party. If you have lost it in your small unit so of what value are you to the party?

The results is very clear in my own Ward 4 unit 001 presidential results APC 53, PDP 21, LP 51, Senate APC 65, PDP 40, LP 30, Rep APC 59, PDP 42, Lp 26.

In Lauretta Onochie ward 4 Unit 8 presidential election results APC 16, PDP 27. LP 38. It is shameful that she can not deliver her polling unit with all the arsenal in her position as a chairperson of the Nddc.

Lauretta Onochie didn’t commit herself to the success of the party during the elections. The indefinite suspension followed a series of complaints about her from party members in the ward and local government.

The inability to win her polling unit confirmed her lack of commitment to the party she has been suspended from all party activities through the appropriate quarters Owelle said the executives of the ward made this known while addressing the media.

According to them, Luratta Onochie failed to assist the party at the ward level in the 2023 general elections.

BREAKING: APC Suspends NDDC Chairperson, Lauretta Onochie

Chairperson of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Lauretta Onochie has been suspended from the All Progressives Congress in Delta State.

Following a review of her conduct during the just concluded general elections, executive members of the party in Onicha-Olona, Ward 4 in Aniocha North approved her suspension from the party.

A copy of her suspension letter made available to our correspondent stated that she was found campaigning for candidates of opposition parties, especially the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

Her allies and supporters were said to have also worked for the PDP making the party to lose in her polling unit and other places.

A loss of confidence issued on her, disclosed that she has never met her financial obligations to the party neither does she attend Ward, LGA meetings or any of the party’s engagements alike.

The suspension letter signed by 27 Ward Executives reads thus;

LOSS OF CONFIDENCE AND SUSPENSION OF LORRETA ONOCHIE AS MEMBER OF THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS(APC)IN ONICHA OLONA WARD 4,ANIOCHA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA. DELTA STATE

We,the under listed are the ward executive members of the All Progressives Congress in Onicha-Olona ward 4,Aniocha LGA,Delta State.

We have painstakingly reviewed the conduct of the just concluded general elections at all levels and have noted, with dismay, that Lorreta Onochie, who is one of the leaders of our great party, worked against the success of the party in Onicha-Olona Ward 4,and beyond.

Information available to us show very clearly that she was openly campaigning for candidates of opposition partiesespecially the People’s Democratic Party,in the run-up to the Presidential and National Assembly,as well as the Governorship and State House of Assembly Election. It was also observed that all her allies and supporters were working for the PDP in the state. The evidence of this could be seen in the fact that the party lost in her polling unit(unit 8,ward 4)in the Presidential,Senatorial,House of Representatives,Governorship and State Assembly Elections.

We also noted that she has failed to fulfill her financial obligations to the party and has never attended any ward&LGA meetings or other party engagements.

In the light of these grievous infractions discovered in her as stated in Article 21.2(i)(ii),we have lost confidence in her membership of the party and hereby suspend her from the party with immediate effect.

Ogboru And Agege Don't Have Capacity To Withstand Oborevwori In The Forthcoming Elections - PDP Chieftain Obire

Point-Blank Magazine

Saturday February 18, 2023

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olorogun Godwin Obire, from Agbarho Orhokpokpo, has said that the governorship candidate of PDP in the State, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, will effortlessly defeat candidates of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, and All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Great Ogboru and Senator Ovie Omo-Agege in the 2023 gubernatorial election.

He gave the assurance while speaking to newsmen in Asaba after a close door meeting with the People's Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate. Rt. Hon, Sheriff Oborevwori saying that the total collapse of Ogboru/Agege political alliance was for the good of the state.

Obire who is also the Leader of Concerned Nigerians For Better Nigeria (CNBN) Group and Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Gov Okowa on political matters, further asserted that the enviable achievements of his boss, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, in the past seven years and still counting, shall be the winning card for PDP in 2023, coupled with the political popularity, solid Street Credibility, competence, humility, visionary leadership and integrity of PDP governorship candidate, Rt Hon Oborevwori.

The PDP chieftain and communication impresario, disclosed that the duo of Ogboru and Agege went their separate ways because of uncontrollable greed, acute desperation and strong desire to take control of Delta State Treasury, so as to achieve their separate life time ambition of becoming multi billionaires overnight through manipulation of public funds.

He recalled how Chief Great Ogboru sponsored the Gideon Okah coup just to become a billionaire through the back door, since he could not achieve his objective in the private sector as a fish seller, while Senator Ovie Omo-Agege did the unspeakable at the national assembly by allegedly masterminding the unlawful snatching of Mace during Senate plenary, all in a bid to become relevance politically.

"PDP Delta and our candidate, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, won't lose an ounce of sleep over Chief Great Ogboru and DSP Ovie Omo-Agege in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state, come 2023.

"Governor Okowa's superb achievements shall speak for our party, PDP, and for our governorship candidate in 2023. It's truism that Okowa is the best governor since the creation of Delta State. This fact is not in dispute across the state.

"Okowa is our hero for life. He is the best thing that happened to Delta and Deltans in this political and leadership dispensation. But Oborevwori will listen more and do M.O.R.E for Delta and Deltans. The state will keep making substantial progress by the grace of God.

"APC and APGA are both forbidden fruits in Delta State. Delta is PDP and PDP is Delta State, they are conjoined twins, inseparable spiritually and physically. The connectivity is deep rooted and divine to a reasonable extent.

"The duo of Agege and Ogboru combined is less than 10kg in political electioneering weight, as far as 2023 governorship election contest is concerned. The other 90kg is Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori.

"Agege and Ogboru parties; APC and APGA, are both strangers to Deltans, they shall suffer humiliation and rejection at the polls in 2023. Their try your luck game shall exceed 2023 and beyond 2031.

"Agege and Ogboru are known to be political prostitutes, always jumping from one party to another, all in a shameful bid to take control of Delta treasury.

"Ogboru is a chronic debtor according to the Federal Debt Management Office, and hoping to pay his huge excruciating debts from the state treasury hence his electioneering circle of defections, a bad habit and absolutely disgusting conduct.

"Agege and Ogboru have no agenda, no manifestos and no clear cut reasons why they want to govern the state. As far as they are concerned, the state treasury is a life time ambition that must be achieved through any means possible. Too bad.

"Oborevwori is a divine project, a Pan Delta incoming governor who will build on the solid socioeconomic remodelling strides and overall development of the state, triggered by governor Okowa and his deputy, Deacon Barr Kingsley Otuaro.

"There is no vacancy for Military Coup financiers and mace runners in Government House, Asaba, come 2023," Olorogun Godwin Obire said.

Politics › Resignation From All Progressive Congress Membership And As Secretary Of The Ugh by Details0987(op): 6:13pm On Feb 05, 2023
5th February, 2023.

The State Chairman,
All Progressive Congress (APC),
Delta State.

Dear Chairman,

Resignation from All Progressive Congress Membership and as Secretary of the Ughelli North All Progressive Congress (APC) Campaign Council.

The above subject matter refers.
I am writing to intimate you of my resignation from the All Progressive Congress (APC) effective Sunday 5th February, 2023. Consequently, I am by this letter informing you of my withdrawal as the Secretary of the Ughelli North APC Campaign Council for His Excellency, Deputy Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ovie Omo-Agege's gubernatorial election.

It is unfortunate that my resignation comes at a time when our Party needs all hands to be on deck.
This resignation is not only a personal position but, I hope it is also a political position. Of course there is element of bitterness, emotions and anger on my part, however this has not and does not cloud my political objectivity or better put, my subjective view about the trend which is gradually developing in the Party.

My resignation must not be viewed as a flight from reality, or the fact that I didn't benefit a mere table water from the opposition struggles after Twenty Two years and more specifically, from failure to concretely marry negotiations with the mass nature of the Nation's liberation.

It has been a great honour to contribute to our Nation's building through the All Progressive's platform, unfortunately, recent developments within our Party makes it practically impossible to continue. I can no longer stomach it to contribute constructively under a political party that sees nothing wrong in failed policies and implementation. A Party that is only willing to fight corruption only at the state level whilst promoting mediocrity and corruption at the Federal level.
A political party that some it's members can go the length of defending Philip Castro of Cuba whilst watching brief for Lucifer.

Lastly, my decision to tender my resignation via this format, is because I consider it a slap and daint to my political history/career to tender my said resignation notice to those decampees from the Delta State PDP who only joined the opposition struggle at 95% of it's accomplishment.

In this struggle to be a formidable force, I have stood building an opposition for Twenty Two years of my life without benefit, those who only benefited are those who came to join the opposition struggles at half way, although i left at a point. Let's infact be guided by the fact that humanity or persons make history under conditions they find themselves in, and not those that they have chosen.

It is my unwavering position, that our national challenges as a country are deep seated and require that we individually make our unalloyed sacrifice towards rescuing and reviving our country. My commitment to contributing my quota to revive Nigeria remains firm. I am unapologetically committed to this cause.

I wish everyone, my former party members of the All Progressive Congress and candidates of the upcoming elections the best and hope that you help to change this country for better.

Dr. Abel Izomare Oharume
The Black Governor.
National President
Alliance Movement For Better Nigeria.

SOME DESPERATE POLITICAL LOSERS FORMING CABAL WITH APC AND OMO-AGEGE

By Godwin Obire from Agbarho Orhokpokpo

Show me the bigwigs in the APC Delta State that were not one time this and that in the PDP, the bigwigs represent aggrieved persons who for reasons best known to them could not cope with losing their bid for one position or the other.

Any loser who destroys a house he once enjoyed is a desperate loser! Such people like Senator Ovie Omo-Agege who lost his bid and left the PDP have only one objective; to form a CABAL that will control Delta State politics. If their interest is about seizing political power to subject political forces and people under control, then they don't deserve our support!

If indeed the primary interest of those who left the PDP was about good governance or interest of the people of Delta State, they should have been able to tell us how much they used their good offices to impact people while in the PDP.

It is quite unfortunate that when some people lose their bids to elective offices, instead of staying back in the party to support those who won the primaries at times like these, they become saboteurs working against the party they once benefitted from.

If at the time they contested primaries that everyone who contested against them but lost left the party, how would they have ever become who they were on the platform of the PDP?

If the politics they play is all about self, and nothing more, then they don't deserve the support of the people. If you lose an election and you are aggrieved that the party apparatus worked against you, all you need do is to ensure you play harder to regain support from the apparatus during future aspirations.

When you pull down the roof over everyone's head just because you lost primaries in your party or because your preferred candidate lost in the primary, it means ab initio you only cared about yourself and nothing more. That's selfish attitude and greed in totality!

The CABAL that OMO-AGEGE is gathering in the APC has pushed the aboriginal leaders of the APC into second fiddle position in the party they fought so hard to sustain since inception. Check all the LGAs, the original faces of the APC are no longer showing. Only those who just left the PDP with so much in their coffers are fronting for the APC.

APC in Delta State has now become hijacked by the aggrieved losers in the PDP whose only objective is to by all means pull down the party that gave them political prominence.

Deltans cannot trust leadership to a CABAL whose only objective is to sieze power and put people under political control - we need good governance that prospers the people and puts infrastructure in place for Deltans, not tyrants who will show off political power!

PDP shall continue governing Delta State and the next government shall be led by Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as Governor and Sir Monday Onyeme as Deputy Governor will do MORE for Deltans!

Olorogun Godwin Obire from Agbarho Orhokpokpo, has congratulated Ebifa Ijomah of Ndokwa nation for joining the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying Ndokwa nation will be better for his choice

Olorogun Obire, in a statement issued by his Media Aide, Oghenetega Fejiro, in Asaba on Saturday, welcomed the former commissioner for youth to the PDP, which he described as “a truly people’s party.”

The senior special assistant noted that Mr Ebifa was joining the PDP when the party was poised to deliver good governance to the people of Nigeria.

Obire said he was happy that Hon Ebifa finally exited the All Progressive Congress (APC) and joined a truly democratic party in Nigeria.

“I have no doubt that your coming into the PDP would further strengthen our party to mobilise the people behind the common cause of deepening democratic ethos in our country and restoring prosperity to our people.

“The PDP that you have come to join today is a reformed and repositioned party — one that lives by its name of being a truly democratic party.

“I have an unflinching conviction that your joining the party would be an asset to the PDP.

“Together, we can work to extinct every form of undemocratic tendencies in our body politic and realign the good people of Ndokwa nation to the moving train of democracy and restoration of good governance to the country”, Obire said.

Obasanjo is a failure, paper weight, living on passed glory, endorsing Obi have no political value - CNBN.

Point-blank Magazine

Tuesday January 3, 2023

The Concerned Nigerians For Better Nigeria (CNBN) on Tuesday, called on Nigerians to ignore the “curious” endorsement of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, by former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

The group warned that Nigerians must beware of such an endorsement.

It, however, added that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Abubakar Atiku, can be trusted with the task of changing the negative narratives of Nigeria with the current challenges

A statement issued by the national coordinator of CNBN, Olorogun Godwin Obire, from Agbarho Orhokpokpo, recalled that when the All Progressives Congress led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu and its other leaders went to seek Obasanjo’s endorsement then for the President, General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.)’s presidential ambition on December 13, 2013, Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, acting on his premonition, said that such an endorsement could lead the nation to destruction.

He said going by what Nigerians have gone through between 2015 and now, under the APC presidency, it was apparent that the country had experienced backwardness and destruction as Soyinka predicted, warning Nigerians not to allow a repeat of that horrible experience.

“We are under no illusion therefore that Obi’s endorsement by Obasanjo this time is tottering on the same lane as when the APC designated Obasanjo as its navigator in 2013, a development which Prof. Soyinka described as heading for a shipwreck,” Obire said.

He said that only backwardness could take the Nigerian Naira from N190 to one US Dollar in 2015 to N780 in 2022 or a litre of petrol from N85 in 2015 to N350 in December 2022.

While warning Nigerians to avoid another failure, which the endorsement of the LP candidate portended, the CNBN said that Nigerians must reject any attempt to perpetuate the APC’s evil reign beyond 2023

The CNBN said, “As widely reported by the national newspapers in Nigeria on December 23, 2013, the Nobel Laureate, Prof. Soyinka, had noted that Nigeria might be heading for a "failed state" after the APC said it was choosing Chief Obasanjo as its ‘Navigator’ in its touted effort to wrest power from then President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015

“As nature had it, the ‘Navigator’ led the APC into Aso Rock Villa, and President Muhammadu Buhari replaced Goodluck Jonathan. Today, we all are witnesses to the wreckage the nation’s ship had experienced.”

The Concerned Nigerians For Better Nigeria (CNBN) group also said that Soyinka’s warning, to which Nigerians refused to listen in the 2015 presidential election, eventually led the country into troubled waters as evident in the country’s ailing economy, growing insecurity and hardship being faced by Nigerians today.

Obire warned that it was important for the electorate to save the country from another failure ahead of the 2023 general election, saying that Nigerians must look beyond the APC, which Obasanjo endorsed in the past and Peter Obi, as both cannot help the country in its present state,

According to him, the huge challenges now facing the country after eight years of the Obasanjo-recommended regime should be an admonition to Nigerians not to follow another sentimental endorsement from the former president, just as they should not allow individuals such as Tinubu, who brought Buhari’s misguided administration upon Nigeria, to take the saddle of leadership.

The CNBN charged the electorate to save Nigeria by electing the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, whom it described as possessing the wealth of experience and know-how that can transform the country and halt its fast-paced traffic towards the edge of the precipice.

Obire said, “It is curious that the same Tinubu, who led Buhari and other leaders of the newly-formed APC to Abeokuta in 2013, to consult former President Obasanjo, describing him as the ‘Navigator’ and the ‘political compass’ of APC’s false attempt to rescue Nigeria, could turn around to describe Obasanjo’s take on the Nigerian polity as ‘worthless and meaningless

“Nigerians have to be wary of Tinubu, APC and Obasanjo, who colluded in 2015 to bring the clueless APC administration and the resultant hardship upon the country. This time around, Obasanjo has endorsed Obi, but he appears to be working secretly to foist the APC on Nigerians, in an avowed commitment to lead Nigeria to destruction

“Atiku represents Nigeria’s best opportunity to get out of the economic doldrums. He remains the best and most prepared candidate on offer.

The former Vice-President represents the best opportunity for Nigeria to exit the economic woes foisted on it through Obasanjo’s miscalculated endorsement in 2013, which brought in General Buhari, and the only way APC would not continue in office beyond May 2023.

“It is hilarious that the same Tinubu could rubbish Obasanjo’s presumed courage at this time and his choice of Obi. The whole development points to the error of judgment and the double standard of both Obasanjo and APC. They both cannot be trusted to salvage Nigeria at this auspicious period.”
“The Conscience Bureau recalls that Tinubu had, in 2013, told Obasanjo that he and APC leaders were in Abeokuta because of Obasanjo’s courage and that to realize a stable Nigeria, they had resolved to make him their Navigator.

The group further wondered how Obasanjo could allow emotions to cloud his judgment at this period when all hands were supposed to be on deck in the task of retaking Nigeria from the APC buccaneers.

“It is curious how Baba Obasanjo could even say he is endorsing Peter Obi. This was the Obi that could not run the Anambra State chapter of the PDP. Is that not another ploy to pave the way for Tinubu, who designated him as a navigator in 2013?

“In the last governorship election in Anambra State, Obi was given the leadership of the party and instead of going for a popular candidate, he went for a rookie and lost woefully, which was why he was yanked off the leadership of the party ahead of the 2022 national convention.

“It’s also a clear signal that he failed to learn from his experiment that brought the Willie Obiano, the man he imposed on Anambra as gov, who eventually turned his policies upside down and became his arch enemy. So, that tells a lot about his experience and the choices he will make if elected to higher office.”

Ifeanyi Okowa, did not betray anyone in the presidential primary - Obire

As a loyal partyman, the governor heeded PDP's directives and decisions in all matters concerning the presidential convention.

You can recalled that the Southern Governors Forum in a meeting in Asaba resolved, and later reiterated in subsequent meetings in Lagos meeting and Enugu to work towards the realisation of Southern Presidency.

The Southern Governors' Forum comprised members from various political parties, and that the resolution of the Forum was only a wish which was not intended to be compulsory on all political parties.

When members of the forum returned to their various parties, decisions varied as each political party had different plans to approach the process of electing a presidential candidate.

For us in PDP, the party told the Governors that it may not go with their position because we are in opposition and in order to get it right, the party set up a committee headed by Benue Governor, Samuel Ortom, to advise it appropriately on zoning of the ticket.

The Ortom committee, in its wisdom, recommended that zoning be jettisoned to allow all aspirants to participate in the primary to enable the best to emerge.

The committee presented its report to the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) where it was agreed to open the presidential ticket to enable for the best hands to emerge as recommended.

As far as we are aware, no member, including the governors or group protested the party’s decision. They all acquiesced and accepted the party’s decision on zoning.

There was no treachery anywhere because no agreement was reached. The party's position prevailed and delegates at the Presidential Primary voted as they wished.

Long after the primaries some persons were still talking about betrayal, I wondered where the G-5 governors were when the Ortom Committee presented its report.

Why didn't they raise their voices against the party’s decision not to zone the ticket to any part and rise against it?

They agreed to it, participated, only to start an agitation without foundation after a candidate had emerged.

I see the G-5 Governors agitation as a distraction and I appeal to them to sheath their sword a beat a retreat as quickly as possible to join the party’s rescue mission.

They remain very senior members of PDP and they remain an important factor because the next election is a low hanging fruit for the PDP to pick if we close ranks. We believe that Nigerians would vote for the party.

On the G-5 governors agitation for the sack of Ayu, it is a constitutional matter which ought to be addressed at the appropriate time.

In Rivers state where Wike holds sway as Governor, the Governorship candidate is from Rivers South and the Chairman of the party in the state is also from Rivers South.

We didn't see Wike tell the party Chairman to step aside because a governorship candidate emerged from same senatorial district with him.

It becomes germane if Atiku emerges President and the party Chairman remains in office. There is no law that compels Ayu to resign because the North has produced the Presidential candidate, unless he decides to step aside on his own volition.

One would have thought that having pursued the agitation without yielding results that they will beat a retreat but if they go ahead to endorse another candidate aside the PDP Presidential candidate, appropriate steps will be taken.
