On Saturday, February 17, 2024, Punch News reported that the Concerned Nigerians For Better Nigeria (CNBN) group, an advocacy organization dedicated to promoting democratic principles and good governance, is rallying support for Senator Prince Ned Nwoko's proposal to amend the 1999 constitution in order to transition to a parliamentary system of government in Nigeria. This call to action follows the introduction of bills by Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, which were supported by over 60 members of the National Assembly, seeking the alteration of the Constitution for a transition to a Parliamentary System. The group emphasized that their call aims to enhance accountability, inclusivity, and stability in the country’s governance structure.

The CNBN group highlighted the success of the parliamentary system of government, which was previously practiced in Nigeria before the military intervention in 1966, and has proven successful in various nations around the world, offering several advantages over the current presidential system. They expressed that by aligning with Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko and adopting a parliamentary system, Nigeria could achieve several benefits, including enhanced accountability, efficient oversight, reduced risk of corruption and unchecked power, inclusivity and representation, flexibility and responsiveness, and stable governance.

The group emphasized that the parliamentary system encourages the formation of coalition governments, ensuring that a broader range of voices and perspectives are represented in decision-making, thereby strengthening the democratic process and promoting more balanced governance. Additionally, they explained that the parliamentary system allows for swift decision-making and policy implementation, and the executive could be held accountable through votes of no confidence, ensuring responsiveness to the needs and aspirations of the Nigerian people.

Furthermore, the group stressed that the parliamentary system provides stability, minimizing political gridlock and frequent changes in leadership, which creates an environment conducive to long-term planning and sustainable development. They urged elected lawmakers, civil society organizations, and the Nigerian public to join forces with Senator Ned Nwoko and other National Assembly members in advocating for the transition to a parliamentary system, emphasizing the importance of engaging in open dialogue, raising awareness, and collaborating to drive the necessary reforms.

The group concluded by expressing their belief that a parliamentary system of government will promote better governance, accountability, and representation in Nigeria. They also outlined their commitment to engaging the masses and critical stakeholders across the country to encourage active participation in the public discourse surrounding this issue and the involvement of elected representatives. The statement was jointly signed by Convener, Olorogun Godwin Obire; Co-convener, Dr. Ibrahim Ali; Diaspora Director, Engr. Emeka Uche; Policy Director, Osssai Nicolas; and National Secretary, Olufemi Adebayo.

The Proposed Parliamentary System of Government by Senator Prince Ned Nwoko Optimal Approach for a Multi-Ethnic Country like Nigeria

Friday February I6, 2024.

By Godwin Obire

The parliamentary system of government is a form of democratic government that is characterized by a fusion of powers between the legislative and executive branches of government. In a parliamentary system, the head of government (the Prime Minister) is elected by the legislature (parliament) and is accountable to it. This system often promotes greater stability and efficiency in government, as the executive branch is dependent on the support of the legislative branch to remain in power.

In contrast, a democratic system of government, such as a presidential system, separates the executive and legislative branches of government more distinctly. The head of government (the President) is elected separately from the legislature and may not necessarily have the support of the legislative branch, which can lead to gridlock and inefficiency in governance.

For Nigeria, a parliamentary system of government may be more suitable for several reasons. Firstly, Nigeria is a diverse country with multiple ethnic and religious groups, making it difficult for one individual to represent all factions as a President. A parliamentary system allows for power-sharing among different parties and groups, promoting inclusivity and consensus-building.

Secondly, Nigeria has a history of political instability and corruption, which can be mitigated in a parliamentary system where the Prime Minister is accountable to parliament and can be removed through a vote of no confidence. This can help prevent the concentration of power in an individual leader and promote transparency and accountability in governance.

The parliamentary system of government may offer Nigeria a more effective and stable form of governance that is better suited to its diverse and complex political landscape.

Headline: Proposed Legislation Seeks to Implement Mandatory Donor Card System in Nigeria's Healthcare Sector

By Godwin Obire

[Abuja], [Wednesday January 17 2024,] - The Nigerian Senate witnessed a significant development today with the introduction of a proposed legislation that aims to address crucial issues surrounding organ donation and transplantation. Sponsored by Senator Prince Ned Nwoko of Delta North senatorial district, the bill seeks to alter the National Health Act of 2014 to establish a mandatory donor card system and tackle related matters.

The primary emphasis of the bill is to increase the number of organs available for transplantation in Nigeria. Currently, the country faces a shortage of organs, leaving many individuals in need of life-saving transplants without viable options. By making donor cards mandatory, the legislation aims to encourage more people to participate in organ donation, ultimately expanding the pool of potential donors. This move has the potential to save countless lives and significantly improve healthcare outcomes for those in need of transplants.

Furthermore, the implementation of a mandatory donor card system can streamline the organ donation process by eliminating the need for family members to make difficult decisions during moments of crisis. When individuals have already consented to organ donation through their donor cards, it ensures a more efficient and effective procedure. Simplifying the process benefits both the donors and the recipients involved.

In addition to facilitating organ donation, the bill aims to raise public awareness about the significance of organ transplantation in Nigeria. A mandatory donor card system can lead to a cultural shift in attitudes towards organ donation, increasing understanding and support among the Nigerian population. This change in perception has the potential to positively influence the country's healthcare landscape.

From a legislative perspective, the bill presents an opportunity to establish a comprehensive framework for organ donation and transplantation within Nigeria's healthcare system. By incorporating the mandatory donor card provision into the existing National Health Act, it demonstrates a commitment to addressing critical healthcare needs and promoting ethical and transparent practices in organ donation.

Importantly, this proposed legislation aligns with international best practices in organ donation and transplantation. Numerous other countries have successfully implemented similar systems to enhance organ donation rates and improve access to life-saving transplants. Nigeria's adoption of such an approach would harmonize its practices with global standards, potentially fostering collaborations and partnerships with international organizations dedicated to this cause.

Overall, the focus on a mandatory donor card system in this legislation reflects a promising opportunity to strengthen Nigeria's healthcare system's capacity to facilitate organ donation and transplantation. The potential advantages include increased availability of organs, streamlined processes, heightened public awareness, and the integration of best practices. If successfully implemented, this bill has the potential to revolutionize the organ donation landscape in Nigeria, ultimately saving lives and advancing public health.

Draft Bill For Factoring Assignments Establishment, ETC 2023.

Published by Punch News

Tuesday January 16, 2023.

The Draft Bill for Factoring Assignments (Establishment, etc) 2023 sponsored by Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko has the potential to bring significant advantages to the Delta North senatorial district and Nigeria as a whole. Factoring is a financial transaction whereby a business sells its accounts receivable (invoices) to a third party at a discount. The bill aims to establish and regulate factoring assignments in Nigeria, and its passage into law can bring about various benefits.

Firstly, the bill can contribute to economic growth and development within the Delta North senatorial district and across Nigeria. By providing a legal framework for factoring assignments, the bill can facilitate access to working capital for businesses. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often face challenges related to cash flow and working capital, and factoring can provide them with the necessary funds to operate and expand their businesses. This, in turn, can stimulate economic activities, job creation, and overall economic development within the senatorial district and the country as a whole.

Additionally, the establishment of factoring assignments can enhance financial inclusion and access to finance, particularly for businesses that may have limited access to traditional forms of funding. By leveraging their accounts receivable, businesses can obtain immediate cash inflow, which can be critical for meeting operational expenses, investing in growth opportunities, and navigating economic uncertainties. This can be particularly beneficial for businesses in Delta North senatorial district, many of which may be seeking avenues to secure financing for their operations.

Furthermore, the bill can foster entrepreneurship and innovation by providing a mechanism for businesses to unlock the value of their accounts receivable. This can encourage an entrepreneurial mindset and facilitate the growth of startups and SMEs within the senatorial district. By having access to factoring services, businesses can free up their tied-up capital, allowing them to pursue new ventures, research, and development, and investment in technology and innovation. Such activities can contribute to the evolution of a more dynamic and competitive business environment within the district and Nigeria as a whole.

The bill's passage can also lead to the development of a factoring ecosystem, including specialized financial institutions and service providers. This can create new business opportunities and employment prospects within the senatorial district, fostering a more diversified economy and providing avenues for skills development and capacity building. Additionally, the emergence of a factoring ecosystem can lead to the establishment of professional standards, best practices, and regulatory oversight, which can contribute to a more transparent and efficient financial landscape.

Moreover, the adoption of factoring assignments can potentially mitigate the risks associated with late payments and non-payment of invoices, which can significantly impact the financial stability of businesses. By engaging in factoring, businesses can transfer the credit risk associated with their receivables to the factor, thereby reducing the implications of bad debt and enhancing their financial resilience. This risk mitigation aspect can be especially advantageous for businesses operating in Delta North senatorial district, where uncertainties related to payment delays and defaults can pose significant challenges.

From a broader perspective, the implementation of the bill can align Nigeria with international best practices in financial services and trade finance. Factoring is a widely utilized financing tool globally, and its establishment in Nigeria can enhance the country's participation in international trade and commerce. This can position Nigerian businesses, including those in Delta North senatorial district, to engage in cross-border transactions and access international markets with improved financial capabilities.

The Draft Bill for Factoring Assignments (Establishment, etc) 2023 presents opportunities for the Delta North senatorial district and Nigeria as a whole. By creating a legal framework for factoring assignments, the bill can potentially spur economic growth, foster entrepreneurship, enhance financial inclusion, and mitigate credit risks for businesses. Its enactment can contribute to the evolution of a more vibrant and robust business environment and financial ecosystem, ultimately driving socioeconomic progress and prosperity.

In this reportage, I, Ejiro Emmanuel, reporting for Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), would like to discuss the profitability of a bill sponsored by Senator Prince Ned Nwoko titled "A bill for an Act to Repeal the Coroners Act CAP C17 laws of the Federal 2004 and Re-Enact the Coroners Systems Act and other Related Matters 2023." This bill has the potential to bring about significant improvements to the coroners' system in Nigeria.

Firstly, the bill aims to establish an improved coroners system by repealing and re-enacting the existing Coroners Act. This move would enhance the legal framework related to coroners' investigations, particularly in determining the cause of death in suspicious cases. By ensuring impartiality, fairness, and transparency in death investigations, a robust coroners system would contribute to strengthening the rule of law and the overall justice system in Nigeria.

Moreover, the bill seeks to address deficiencies or gaps in the existing legislation, thereby enhancing investigation practices. It may introduce updated provisions for evidence gathering, post-mortem examinations, and witness testimonies. These improvements can lead to more accurate and reliable findings, ultimately benefiting law enforcement agencies, judicial processes, and criminal investigations. Public trust and confidence in the justice system would be bolstered as a result.

Transparency and accountability would also be prioritized under this bill. Clear guidelines for the selection, appointment, and qualifications of coroners would be outlined, ensuring that competent professionals are entrusted with conducting investigations. Additionally, mechanisms for oversight and review of coroners' decisions might be established to prevent any potential misconduct or abuse of power.

The impact of a well-functioning coroners system extends beyond the legal realm. By providing a reliable method for determining the cause of death, such a system can help in reducing speculation and rumors surrounding certain deaths, fostering public confidence. Families of the deceased would find solace in knowing that a proper investigation has taken place, thereby contributing to the overall well-being of communities and fostering social stability and trust.

The profitability of Senator Prince Ned Nwoko's bill lies in its potential to improve the legal framework, investigation practices, transparency, accountability, and socioeconomic impact of the coroners' system in Nigeria. By addressing the shortcomings of the existing legislation, the bill aims to enhance the overall justice system. As Godwin Obire, SA on Political Matters to Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko (Delta North Senatorial District), commend the efforts of Senator Nwoko in sponsoring this bill and believe that its passage would greatly benefit the nation.

The Banks' Capitalization and Cashless Asset Acquisition Act, sponsored by Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko in the Nigerian Senate, is a significant piece of legislation aimed at addressing key issues within the country's banking and finance sector. This bill encompasses various provisions designed to enhance the operational framework of banks, strengthen their financial standing, and promote the adoption of cashless transactions in Nigeria.

Capitalization requirements are a fundamental aspect of banking regulations, as they ensure that financial institutions maintain adequate reserves to safeguard against potential risks and economic downturns. The bill likely delineates specific capitalization benchmarks that banks must meet, thereby fortifying their stability and ability to absorb losses. By establishing stringent capitalization standards, the legislation seeks to bolster the resilience of Nigerian banks and shield the financial system from instability.

The emphasis on cashless asset acquisition underscores a shift towards modernizing the payment landscape and reducing reliance on physical currency. Encouraging the adoption of electronic transactions can yield numerous benefits, including enhanced convenience, improved transparency, and a reduction in the incidence of illicit financial activities. It can also propel financial inclusion by empowering individuals and businesses to access and utilize digital financial services.

The bill may incorporate incentives and frameworks to facilitate the transition to cashless transactions, such as promoting the use of mobile banking, online payment systems, and electronic fund transfers. Additionally, it might encompass measures to safeguard the security and integrity of digital transactions, addressing concerns related to fraud, data protection, and cybersecurity.

Senator Nwoko's sponsorship of this legislative initiative signals a commitment to modernizing Nigeria's banking sector and fostering an environment conducive to sustainable economic growth. By advocating for stronger capitalization standards and the advancement of cashless payment systems, the bill reflects an intent to fortify financial institutions, stimulate innovation, and lay the groundwork for a more efficient and resilient financial ecosystem.

Furthermore, the bill's potential impact extends beyond the banking industry, as a robust and secure financial sector underpins broader economic development. A modernized and digitized payment landscape can fuel business expansion, improve consumer access to financial services, and bolster the country's overall economic competitiveness.

Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko's sponsorship of the Banks' Capitalization and Cashless Asset Acquisition Act underscores the recognition of the pivotal role that the banking sector plays in Nigeria's economic development. This legislation represents a proactive approach to enhancing the financial sector's stability, promoting technological innovation, and fostering a conducive environment for economic advancement. If enacted, the bill has the potential to catalyze positive transformation within Nigeria's banking and finance landscape, positioning the country for sustained progress and prosperity.

This motion addresses the ongoing conflict in a crucial manner, signaling the need for urgent action to mitigate the escalating tensions between Israel and Palestine. By highlighting this issue at the Senate, Senator Nwoko is emphasizing the significance of international diplomacy and the role Nigeria can play in promoting peace and stability in the Middle East.

One of the key advantages of such a motion is its ability to raise awareness and stimulate dialogue on an international crisis that has far-reaching implications. This serves to enhance Nigeria's standing in the international community as a proactive and concerned member of the global stage.

Senator Ned Nwoko Expresses Deep Sadness Over Recent Attacks in Plateau and Kastina State

Punch News

Wednesday December 27, 2023.

I'm deeply saddened by the devastating news of the attacks that unfolded in Plateau and Katsina States. My heart goes out to all those who are mourning their loved ones and grappling with the aftermath of these senseless acts of violence.

These absurd acts of violence are beyond comprehension and should never be tolerated. I strongly feel that it's time to bring together all relevant groups for a national conversation—a dialogue where all voices are heard and solutions are sought collectively.

For too long, we've relied solely on military strategies, and it's painfully clear that this approach hasn't brought the lasting peace we desperately need. I truly believe that dialogue is an untapped path that deserves exploration.

I've consistently stressed the urgent necessity for a national dialogue involving separatist groups in Nigeria. It's a pivotal motion on my list. Through extensive research, I've gathered compelling evidence that in instances where military intervention fell short, peace conversations have been effective in resolving conflicts amicably.

If the British government could dialogue with the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and the Americans could dialogue with the Talibans, bringing age-old and costly conflicts to an end, surely we can do the same in Nigeria to stop the killing fields and redirect the huge expenditure towards other pressing national issues.

I earnestly hope that when this motion for a national conference is proposed, the majority of lawmakers will throw their weight behind this crucial initiative. Our nation's security situation is hampering our growth and stability, and these recent events serve as a stark reminder that we can't afford to sit idle.

I extend my deepest condolences to the families and communities affected. My heart aches, and at the same time, it yearns for a Nigeria where we wouldn't be awakened by such rude and devastating news.

The motion presented on the floor of the Nigeria Senate by distinguished Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko titled "Compelling Need to Ban Importation of All Non-essential Goods and Locally Producible Items in Nigeria" carries several potential advantages if implemented effectively. Here are some of the key advantages:

Point-blank Magazine

Wednesday December 27, 2023.

1. Economic Development: By banning the importation of non-essential goods and locally producible items, the motion aims to stimulate domestic production and reduce dependency on foreign products. This can lead to the development of local industries, job creation, and overall economic growth.

2. Promotion of Local Industries: A ban on the importation of non-essential goods can provide a significant boost to local industries and manufacturers. This can enhance the competitiveness of Nigerian products, leading to increased production, improved quality, and innovation within the domestic market.

3. Foreign Exchange Conservation: Nigeria's economy heavily depends on imports, leading to a significant outflow of foreign exchange. By promoting local production and banning non-essential imports, the motion aims to conserve foreign exchange reserves and reduce the pressure on the country's currency.

4. Trade Balance Improvement: Restricting the importation of non-essential goods can help rebalance Nigeria's trade dynamics by reducing the trade deficit. This can contribute to a more sustainable and balanced trade relationship with other countries, potentially leading to a more favorable economic position for Nigeria.

5. Agricultural and Industrial Growth: The ban on non-essential imports can drive investment in agriculture and local industries. This can lead to increased productivity, value addition, and a shift towards self-sufficiency in key sectors, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and development of the Nigerian economy.

6. Job Creation: By encouraging local production and manufacturing, the motion has the potential to create employment opportunities across various sectors. As local industries expand to meet domestic demand, more jobs can be generated, thereby reducing unemployment and underemployment in the country.

7. Quality Control and Consumer Protection: With a focus on locally producible items, there may be improved quality control and consumer protection measures. This can ensure that products meet local standards and regulations, leading to safer and more reliable goods for Nigerian consumers.

8. Environmental Impact: Promoting local production and reducing reliance on imported goods can potentially have positive environmental effects. It can lead to a reduction in carbon emissions associated with long-distance transportation of goods, and it may encourage more sustainable and environmentally friendly production practices within Nigeria.

9. National Security: A decrease in dependency on imported goods can enhance Nigeria's national security by reducing vulnerabilities related to external supply chains. Self-sufficiency in essential products can contribute to a more resilient and secure national economy.

10. Cultural Preservation: Encouraging the consumption of locally producible items can help preserve and promote Nigeria's cultural heritage. It can support traditional crafts, indigenous industries, and cultural practices, thereby contributing to the preservation of Nigeria's unique identity.

It is important to note that while the motion presents several potential advantages, there may also be challenges and considerations that need to be carefully evaluated. These include the need to ensure adequate local production capacity, addressing potential consumer price impacts, managing the transition period, and promoting fair competition within the local market. Additionally, the effective enforcement of import bans and the identification of non-essential goods will be crucial for the successful implementation of the motion.

The motion to ban importation of all non-essential goods and locally producible items in Nigeria, if well-implemented, has the potential to bolster the country's economy, promote local industries, create jobs, and contribute to sustainable development. However, careful planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous assessment will be essential in realizing the intended benefits while mitigating potential drawbacks.

The motion presented by Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko addressing the need to upgrade all federal medical centers in Nigeria to international standards and encouraging public servants to seek medical treatment exclusively within Nigerian healthcare facilities is of paramount importance for several reasons.

Firstly, upgrading federal medical centers to international standards is essential for improving the overall quality of healthcare services in Nigeria. By adhering to international standards, these medical centers can improve their infrastructure, equipment, training of medical staff, and overall patient care. This enhancement would have a ripple effect, positively impacting the entire healthcare system in the country, as federal medical centers often serve as key healthcare providers and referral centers for complex medical cases.

Secondly, upgrading federal medical centers to international standards will help to reduce medical tourism. Currently, many Nigerians seek medical treatment abroad due to concerns about the quality of healthcare facilities and services in the country. By upgrading federal medical centers to meet international standards, the need for citizens to travel abroad for medical treatment would be significantly reduced, leading to substantial cost savings for individuals and the government.

Encouraging public servants to seek medical treatment exclusively within Nigerian healthcare facilities is critical for fostering confidence in the country's healthcare system. When public servants, who are influential figures in society, opt for local healthcare facilities, it sends a strong message about the quality and reliability of the healthcare services available in Nigeria. This can help change the perception of Nigerian healthcare and encourage more citizens to utilize local medical services, ultimately reducing the burden on the limited resources of the nation and enhancing the sustainability of the healthcare system.

The motion aims to support the growth and development of the local healthcare industry. By prioritizing Nigerian healthcare facilities for medical treatment, public servants and government officials can contribute to the economic advancement of the country's healthcare sector. This can lead to increased investments in infrastructure, technology, and training, ultimately resulting in a more robust and competitive healthcare industry that can better serve the needs of the population.

Additionally, by upgrading federal medical centers to international standards and promoting the use of local healthcare facilities, Nigeria can develop a more self-reliant and sustainable healthcare system. This shift can lead to the retention of skilled medical professionals within the country, as well as the attraction of new talent, fostering a more robust healthcare workforce. It also reduces the reliance on foreign aid and expertise, thereby promoting a sense of national pride and autonomy in addressing healthcare challenges.

In terms of financial impact, upgrading federal medical centers to international standards and encouraging the use of local healthcare facilities has the potential to significantly reduce the financial burden on the government and individual citizens. Medical tourism often comes with substantial financial costs, including expenses for treatment, travel, and accommodation. By investing in the upgrade of domestic healthcare facilities, the government can redirect resources previously spent on medical tourism towards strengthening the local healthcare system, benefitting the entire population.

Moreover, promoting the use of local healthcare facilities can lead to cost savings for public servants and their families. Seeking medical treatment within Nigeria eliminates the need for expensive international travel and medical expenses, making healthcare more affordable and accessible for all citizens.

The motion presented by Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko addressing the need to upgrade all federal medical centers in Nigeria to international standards and encouraging public servants to seek medical treatment exclusively within Nigerian healthcare facilities holds numerous advantages. It has the potential to improve the overall quality of healthcare services, reduce medical tourism, strengthen the local healthcare industry, foster self-reliance, and result in significant financial savings for both the government and individual citizens. Embracing these measures can lead to a healthier, more prosperous Nigeria and contribute to the sustainable development of the nation's healthcare system.

Leaked Audio: Owelle Calls for Thorough Investigation of Alleged Bribery of Appeal Judges in Delta Judgment

Date: Tuesday, November 28, 2023

Source: Punch News

Chief Jerry Nkeweshe, the Owelle of Onicha Olona, has expressed deep concern over the troubling allegation of bribery against Judges of the Delta state Governorship Appeal court judgment that was delivered in Lagos State, Nigeria.

The controversy stems from a leaked audio that has been widely circulated. In this audio, a staunch supporter and senior member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), who also holds the position of a former three-time state house of assembly member representing the Warri South West constituency, and was recently appointed by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as the chairman of the Delta state Security Trust Fund. Barrister Daniel Mayuku, can be heard making disturbing claims. Mayuku allegedly stated in the leaked audio that three days before the pronounced judgment of the appeal court, they had seen and known that the judgment favored Ovie Omo Agege based on fact and available evidence that they used their influence and connections to change the judgment in favor of the PDP governorship candidate Sheriff Oborevwori against the true picture of the case

Daniel Mayuku in the leaked audio further claimed that the Court of Appeals is highly corrupt and expensive it is the only place where they have fear, as the Supreme Court is already under their control and they have no concerns or challenge about the Supreme Court. Furthermore, he threatened that if any unfavorable verdict is delivered, they would take drastic measures to shut down the country and put an end to democracy.

The implications of such allegations are serious and far-reaching. They strike at the heart of the judiciary's integrity and have the potential to erode public trust in the judicial system. Furthermore, they cast a shadow on the validity of the judgment in question and call into question the impenetrability of the judicial process.

Owelle, in his statement, emphasized the gravity of the situation and underscored the importance of addressing these allegations with the utmost urgency. The integrity of the judicial system is fundamental to the functioning of a just and fair society, and any indication of impropriety within the system must be met with decisive action.

The allegations made in the leaked audio demand a swift and thorough investigation to ascertain the veracity of the claims and to uphold the principles of justice. It is imperative that the relevant authorities take this matter seriously and commit to a transparent and impartial inquiry. The probe should aim to uncover the truth and hold accountable any individuals found to have engaged in misconduct, ensuring that the sanctity of the judiciary is preserved.

The potential repercussions of this alleged misconduct cannot be overstated. If left unaddressed, it could compromise the public's confidence in the judiciary and undermine the rule of law. The rule of law is a cornerstone of a democratic society, and any erosion of its foundations poses a grave threat to the fabric of the nation. Therefore, it is incumbent upon those responsible for upholding the principles of justice to act decisively in response to such serious allegations.

A thorough investigation into the matter is necessary not only to uphold the integrity of the judiciary but also to send a clear message that any form of corruption or tampering with the judicial process will not be tolerated. The investigation should be carried out with diligence and transparency, providing the public with assurance that the rule of law will prevail and that justice will be served without prejudice or favor.

In light of these concerning allegations, it is essential for all relevant stakeholders, including legal authorities, the judiciary, and law enforcement agencies, to demonstrate their unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and accountability within the justice system. This commitment must be backed by concrete actions that reinforce the independence and impartiality of the judiciary, reaffirming its role as a pillar of justice in the society.

Moreover, this incident underscores the need for robust safeguards and oversight mechanisms to prevent and address any attempts to compromise the integrity of the judicial process. It is imperative that measures are put in place to detect and deter any form of undue influence or corruption within the judiciary, ensuring that it remains a beacon of integrity and fairness in the administration of justice.

The implications of the leaked audio and the allegations it contains are deeply troubling, and they demand a resolute and unequivocal response from the authorities. Upholding the sanctity of the judiciary and preserving public trust in the legal system are indispensable to the maintenance of a healthy and functioning democracy. Therefore, addressing these allegations with the seriousness and urgency they warrant is crucial to safeguarding the fundamental principles of justice and the rule of law in the society.

Condemnation of Misleading Propaganda by Sheriff Oborevwori Using Jackson Ude.

Friday November 24, 2023.

By Uche Peter Okolo

Punch News

I strongly condemn the propaganda spread by Sheriff Oborevwori, as highlighted in the article shared by Jackson Ude. This blatant attempt to manipulate and deceive the public undermines the democratic process and erodes trust in our political system.

Firstly, the article falsely claims that the Appeal Court has changed its plans to sack Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta state. This misleading information is designed to create tension and confusion among the citizens. It is important to note that there is no credible evidence to support this claim.

Furthermore, the article accuses the All Progressive Congress (APC) of using the courts to unjustly remove elected politicians from opposition parties. While it is undeniable that political parties engage in legal battles during elections, the sweeping statement made here implies a systematic and deliberate attempt by the APC to subvert democracy. This is a baseless allegation and lacks any substantiated proof.

The article also suggests that the APC intends to use the Supreme Court to oust Governor Oborevwori and install Ovie Omo-Agege, a member of the APC, as the governor of Delta state. This assertion is entirely speculative and lacks any credible sources. It is irresponsible to disseminate such unverified claims that can potentially stoke tension and division within the state.

Additionally, the reference made to the 2027 elections raises concerns about the intent behind this propaganda. By implying that the APC's actions are solely focused on securing an easy victory in 2027, the article seeks to discredit the party's genuine electoral efforts and manipulate public opinion. This is a dishonest tactic that undermines the integrity of our democratic process.

This kind of propaganda is completely unacceptable and should be condemned in totality. It undermines the credibility of our judicial and political systems. It is important to note that electoral matters, just like any other judicial matter, is heard and determined based on facts and merit. The judiciary's role is to ensure justice and fairness, not to favor any particular political party.

In the past, we have seen cases where the APC has lost court cases. One example is the nullification of the APC primaries in Zamfara State in 2015, which led to the party being denied representation at all levels. Including bayelsa and Rivers. Despite this, the PDP and individuals like Sheriff Oborevwori and Johnson Ude continue to spread propaganda that the judiciary is compromised only when the APC wins.

This kind of selective blame undermines the integrity of our judiciary and creates a negative perception of our political system. It is essential that we condemn such propaganda and hold accountable those who try to manipulate public opinion for their own political gain.

In conclusion, the propaganda circulated by Sheriff Oborevwori, as reported by Jackson Ude, is a deliberate attempt to mislead and deceive the public. It undermines the credibility of our political system and sows seeds of discord among citizens. As responsible individuals, we must reject and condemn such manipulative tactics, and instead, demand transparency, honesty, and fairness in our political discourse

Save Democracy Group (SDG) Raises Alarm Over Oborevwori's Bribe to Influence Delta Appeal Court Judgment

By Michael J. Otedo

Wednesday, November 23, 2023

Save Democracy Group (SDG) has raised concerns over bribery allegations involving judges at the Delta governorship election appeal in Lagos by Oborevwori and Okowa, facilitated through Mr Isaiah Bozimo former attorney general and commissioner for justice in Delta state, Orodje of Okpe, and Bode George.

The concern was voiced by Femi Adebayo, the Chairman of the SDG in Lagos State, during a press conference in Ikeja, the state capital, regarding the alleged bribery.

He alleged that the former commissioner for justice in Delta state. Mr Isaiah Bozimo, who is the son of the former Chief Judge of Delta State, Justice Roseline Bozimo, was present at the Protea Hotel by Marriott Ikeja yesterday carrying a staggering sum of seven million dollars in a Versace travel bag, accompanied by Raymond, a personal assistant to former Delta State Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.

They reportedly held a meeting with Bode George and the Orodje of Okpe kingdom, with Bode George wearing a face cap, nose mask, and blue jeans, arriving in a black tinted Lexus Jeep. A claim was made that the Versace bag was handed over to Bode George by Mr Isaiah Bozimo, under instructions from Okowa and Oborevwori, in order to influence the judges to write a judgment favoring the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Femi Adebayo further alleged that during the meeting, a source who works at the hotel overheard Mr Isaiah Bozimo speaking to Bode George, Raymond and the Orodje of Okpe kingdom about how his mother. Justice Roseline Bozimo, was contracted by Oborevwori, Okowa, and prominent PDP members in Delta State with seven million dollars to bribe the judges at the Delta state Governorship Appeal sitting in Lagos. The aim is for the appeal court to uphold the judgment of the tribunal and dismiss the appeal of Ovie Omo Agege, the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

The Group also called upon the National Judicial Council (NJC) to launch a thorough investigation into the allegations made against the panels involved in the Delta State governorship appeal in Lagos and also vehemently emphasize that they have absolute confidence in the integrity of the judges of the Delta state Governorship Appeal in Lagos and the judiciary, firmly believe that they will not align themselves with individuals who lack the moral value and conduct that others should strive to emulate.

SDA appealed to the Department of State Services (DSS) to invite Mr Isaiah Bozimo, Raymond, Bode George, and the Orodje of Okpe kingdom for questioning regarding these weighty allegations, as they fear the potential for chaos and disorder in Delta state.

Additionally, they urged former Delta State Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to swiftly address and clear himself of the allegations leveled against him.

A group in Delta State Transparency and Accountability In Political Litigations (TAPL), has accused Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of spending almost 6 billion naira through former chief judge of Delta state Roseline Bozimo Son Bar Ebikeme Bozimo and barrister Chris Uche (SAN) to purchase an Appeal Court judgment for himself and the Peoples Democratic just to remain as a governor.

The group made the allegation in an interview with journalists in Asaba on Monday, noting that it was very sad to see how the state governor was recklessly spending public funds just to ensure that he secure judgement and illegally remains in office as the governor of Delta state against the wish of the majority of Deltans

The group had prior to the passed judgment of Delta state Governorship tribunal raised alarm that the state government was planning to influence the judgment of the governorship tribunal legal battle between Ovie Omo Agege and sheriff Oborevwori candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, and alleged then that they were going to dismissed the tribunal case against Ovie Omo Agege because the tribunal has been compromised with five to six billion by former governor Ifeanyi Okowa and the current governor. Sheriff Oborevwori. Just like a prophecy low and behold the judgement of the governorship tribunal came exactly as the group alleged.

The same group has come out again to raised alarm about underground plan by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to spend a whooping sum of 5 to 6 billion to replicate same miscarriage of judgement by the Delta state Governorship Appeal court holding in Lagos just like that of the tribunal.

According to the group through its coordinator, High Chief Kinsley Emeka alleged that the state government through its lawyers, former Chief Judge of the state. Justice Roseline Bozimo son. Bar Ebikeme Bozimo and a lawyer to the PDP presidential candidate ferried the money which was in dollars from the Government House in Asaba on Monday night to Lagos to settle justices. as they look forward to the Appeal court communicating the date and giving judgement before the end of the month.

He further revealed that members of the Okowa and Sheriff Oborevwori political family are already bragging that the state government had been “buying” all the court judgments in favour of Sheriff Oborevwori and would do the same with the Appeal and supreme court judgement till all the cases were exhausted. He noted that the director of protocol (DOP) to governor Sheriff Oborevwori. Chief Sunday Onos and some government officials were heard saying that “every court in Nigeria has a price tag”.

“It is a very sad time in the history of our state that at a time when we are witnessing so much suffering and hardship, the government is spending our resources in buying court judgments and there are people bragging about it. “It is even difficult to understand why a government that was elected by the people and claims to be serving the people, is wasting the resources of the state in courts in an attempt to subvert the will of the people,” Kingsley said.

The leader of the group revealed that already government proxies are boasting that money for Appeal and Supreme Court Justices has been sent to their middleman in order to further truncate Ovie Omo Agege case at the highest court.

“Government agents are boasting that nobody can challenge Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as he has Delta state funds under his control to frustrate and jail anybody challenging his move to remain in office against the will of majority of Deltans who's votes where manipulated “We know that this man called Sheriff Oborevwori has for the past months put Deltans in severe hunger. I am calling on the EFCC (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission) and ICPC (Independent Corrupt Practices Commission) and Other Related Offences Commission to monitor Judges and justices handling cases that border on Delta State as the government is hell-bent to waste the common patrimony of the state for vainglory,” he said.

He called on the Chief Justice of Nigeria, to take urgent measures to ensure that politicians are unable to influence court judgments so that what happened in the Delta state Governorship tribunal will not repeat itself, in order to protect the integrity of the judiciary.

Oborevwori Accused Of Spending Billions In Attempt To ‘Buy’ Appeal Court Judgment

Monday November 20, 2023.

A group in Delta State Transparency and Accountability In Political Litigations (TAPL), has accused Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of spending almost 26 billion naira through former chief judge of Delta state Roseline Bozimo and barrister Chris Uche (SAN) to purchase an Appeal Court judgment for himself and the Peoples Democratic just to remain as a governor.

The group made the allegation in an interview with journalists in Asaba on Monday, noting that it was very sad to see how the state governor was recklessly spending public funds just to ensure that he secure judgement and illegally remains in office as the governor of Delta state against the wish of the majority of Deltans

The group had prior to the passed judgment of Delta state Governorship tribunal raised alarm that the state government was planning to influence the judgment of the governorship tribunal legal battle between Ovie Omo Agege and sheriff Oborevwori candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, and alleged then that they were going to dismissed the tribunal case against Ovie Omo Agege because the tribunal has been compromised with five billion by former governor Ifeanyi Okowa and the current governor. Sheriff Oborevwori. Just like a prophecy low and behold the judgement of the governorship tribunal came exactly as the group alleged.

The same group has come out again to raised alarm about underground plan by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to spend a whooping sum of 26 billion to replicate same miscarriage of judgement by the Delta state Governorship Appeal court holding in Lagos just like that of the tribunal.

According to the group through its coordinator, High Chief Kinsley Emeka alleged that the state government through its lawyers, former Chief Judge of the state. Justice Roseline Bozimo and a lawyer to the PDP presidential candidate ferried the money which was in dollars from the Government House in Asaba on Monday night to Lagos to settle justices. as they look forward to the Appeal court communicating the date and giving judgement before the end of the month.

He further revealed that members of the Okowa and Sheriff Oborevwori political family are already bragging that the state government had been “buying” all the court judgments in favour of Sheriff Oborevwori and would do the same with the Appeal and supreme court judgement till all the cases were exhausted. He noted that the director of protocol (DOP) to governor Sheriff Oborevwori and some government officials were heard saying that “every court in Nigeria has a price tag”.

“Government agents are boasting that nobody can challenge Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as he has all the money in the world to frustrate and jail anybody challenging his move to remain in office against the will of majority of Deltans who's votes where manipulated “We know that this man called Sheriff Oborevwori has for the past months put Deltans in severe hunger. Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has been accused by the group Transparency and Accountability In Political Litigations (TAPL) of spending approximately 26 billion naira in an effort to buy an Appeal Court judgment.

The group claims that the governor used former chief judge of Delta state, Roseline Bozimo, and barrister Chris Uche (SAN) to secure the judgment for himself and the Peoples Democratic Party.

TAPL laments the misuse of public funds and the disregard for the wishes of the majority of Deltans.

They had previously raised concerns about the state government's influence over the Delta State Governorship tribunal, alleging that the tribunal case against Ovie Omo Agege was dismissed due to bribes from former governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

TAPL now alleges that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori plans to spend 26 billion to sway the judgment of the Delta State Governorship Appeal court in Lagos.

A coordinator for TAPL exposed that the state government transported the money, in dollars, from the Government House in Asaba to Lagos, with hopes that the Appeal court will issue a judgment by the end of the month.

The group claims that members of the Okowa and Sheriff Oborevwori political family boast about purchasing court judgments in favor of Sheriff Oborevwori and plan to do the same with the Appeal and Supreme court judgments.

TAPL expresses concern over the waste of state resources and the government's attempts to subvert the will of the people.

They call on the EFCC and ICPC to monitor judges and justices handling Delta State cases, and urge the Chief Justice of Nigeria to prevent politicians from influencing court judgments to protect the integrity of the judiciary.

Betrayers Don't Last In This Game Of Politics

By Ogheneochuko Okiemute

The fall of Okowa, Ejele, Amori and others is a reminder of the consequences of betrayal in politics. Loyalty is an important virtue, but in the realm of politics, it is often tested and redefined. Betrayal may bring short-term benefits, but it eventually leads to bitter regrets.

Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Amori, Micheal Diden aka Ejele, and others experienced this fate. Chief James Onanefe Ibori, a respected figure in the Presidential Villa during the reign of Gen. Sani Abacha, built his wealth through smart investments and also empowered others in their chosen careers, especially in politics.

When Ibori decided to contest for Governor of Delta state, he recruited individuals like Okowa, Amori, Ejele, and others, shaping the foundation of the "Ibori Political Family" that dominated Delta's political landscape for over two decades. Ibori's philosophy of equity, fairness, people-based governance, and loyalty guided his family's dominance.

However, Okowa, driven by personal ambition, disloyalty, and thirst for power, initiated a rebellion against Ibori, with Amori, Ejele and others supporting him. They aimed to destroy the James Ibori Political dynasty and impose an ill-qualified puppet as Governor.Delta state
But they underestimated Ibori's indomitable spirit.

During their rebellion, Okowa, Amori and Ejele warned all politicians against visiting or consulting Ibori, and those who defied this were seriously dealt with. The leaders, elders, and stakeholders in Delta failed to unite to confront Okowa and call him to order. They worshiped Okowa because of personal gains and were afraid to speak the truth.

Okowa succeeded in imposing his stooge on the party and winning legal battles with the help of Delta State's allocation. But he failed in his attempt to become Vice-President and sponsor Atiku Abubakar to become President with Delta State funds. Amori and Ejele also failed to secure their Senatorial seat and was compelled into retirement.

After the recent Appeal Court Judgment that retired figures like Amori and Ejele from politics, politicians started calling on Ibori to reconcile with him out of fear. Governor Sherrif Oborevwori, although exhibiting cowardice by adhering to Okowa's directive to remove the policemen assigned to Ibori, should draw inspiration from other governors who defied orders for personal gain.

Recently, a video emerged exposing Ejele's dealings, where his daughter publicly revealed that he was nominating State High Court Judges and DSIEC appointees for Okowa and Sherrif. This shows their level of treachery.

It is time for the people of Delta to liberate the state from the hands of these betrayers. Okowa, Amori Ejele, and others will have to lick their wounds of treachery as their actions have led them to political retirement forever. The plague that has befallen them awaits all betrayers.

Delta State will be liberated soon.

Attention:

Director General NAPTP : No. 2028 Dalaba Street, Wuse Zone 5 FCT ABUJA.

The Arrest & Detention of minors:Master Divine Ikechukwu Taylor(4rs old) & Taylor Miss Sherlyn Nwamaka (4 months old) by National Agency For The Prohibition Of trafficking in Persons ( NAPTIP ) Benin _ City Zonal command, since the 22nd Day of September, 2023 An act of evil against humanity

An appeal for the immediate release of the aforementioned minors, who have been lawfully adopted by Mrs. Stella Taylor and her husband, O.J. Taylor. Despite a court order affirming the documented fact of Mrs. Stella Taylor's legal adoption of the children, your officers continue to hold the children in captivity.

My name is Stella Taylor, formerly known as Stella Osakwe. My mother, Mrs. Pauline Ifeoma Osakwe, and my siblings, Ifeoma Valentina Osakwe, Ikeachukwu Osakwe, and Perpetual Osakwe, conspired to unlawfully take away my adopted children and my property. They believed that since I had traveled abroad, I would not return to Nigeria.

There are two units of a two-storey building that includes a total of eight flats. It is located at number 25, Nduka IIoba Street, Umuagu quarters Asaba. I worked hard to build these buildings, sending my hard-earned money to Nigeria for several years to my mother and younger siblings for the construction of the building.

By virtue of my marriage to Mr. O.J. Taylor, an African American, I now bear the name Mrs. Stella Uzomeyea Taylor, formerly known as Stella Osakwe. After completing my secondary education at St. Bridges Grammar School in Asaba, I pursued a nursing degree at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital in Benin City. I successfully graduated in May 1990.

I practiced nursing in Nigeria for eight years before I traveled to the United States of America in 1998. Since then, I have been practicing as a registered nurse in several specialized areas up until now.

My husband, Mr. O.J. Taylor, is not a man of shoddy character or a man of straw. It is evident that I am a fully grown woman of 55 years with impeccable character and disposition. I cannot involve myself in any act that would tarnish my image and personality.

I work hard as a nurse and continue to work hard. I also earn a good living from my practice as a nurse, thanks to God's design. Despite these accomplishments, I have not been able to have a biological child of my own. However, upon traveling to the United States, my mother, Mrs. Pauline Ifeoma Osakwe, counselled me that I can legally adopt children. Consequently, I agree with my mother, Mrs. Pauline Osakwe, and my youngest sibling, Ifeoma Valentina Osakwe, to assist me in adopting a child in Nigeria.

My mother and my youngest sibling, Ifeoma Osakwe, who was just 9 years old when I left for the United States, assisted me with the entire adoption process. And indeed, I adopted a girl child whom I named Stella Star Uzomeyea Osakwe.

This adoption process took place before I got married to my husband, O.J. Taylor. I took care of the training and upbringing of my adopted daughter, Stella Star Uzomeyea Osakwe. I provided all the financial and material resources for the training of my adopted child, who I have left in the care of my mother, Mrs. Pauline Ifeoma Osakwe, and my sister, Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe.

There is no basis for claiming that a woman who has not given birth to a child would act inappropriately towards her adopted child.I have never planned, even for a single day, to traffic my adopted daughter to any part of the world, including the United States of America. These allegations in the petition forwarded to me for response are completely false, and I have no intention of exploiting my daughter for any financial advantage.

I did not conspire with anybody to traffic my adopted daughter, Stella Star Uzomeyea, to the United States. I also did not ask Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe or my mother, Mrs. Pauline Osakwe, for the refunds of the funds I sent for the adoption process of Stella Star Uzomeyea Osakwe. My daughter.

I was utterly shocked to my core when I discovered, to my great surprise, that my younger sibling Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe had proceeded to legally adopt my adopted daughter as her own, without disclosing to the court that my daughter had already been adopted by me.

Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe's application for the adoption of my daughter under another name is attached hereto for your perusal. Please take a look and witness the cruelty of some individuals. I was in the United States for several years and was unable to visit Nigeria due to challenges in legalizing my stay. However, in October 2022, I finally had the opportunity to visit Nigeria after years of absence. And I discovered that my mother and my youngest sister, Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe, had conspired to readopt my daughter, Stella Star Uzomeyea, under another name, Nee Star Osakwe, mistakenly believing that I would never return to Nigeria.

Also, under the advice of my mother, I began and completed the construction of two separate-story buildings on a single piece of land. The buildings were constructed by my mother on my behalf, using funds I had sent from the United States during my visit to Nigeria in October 2022. I entered my buildings, but my mother opposed me and used the police to harass me for reasons I couldn't comprehend. I had to secure a restraining order from the court against my mother in order to maintain peace in Nigeria until my return to the United States of America, scheduled for sometime in November 2022.

Before I traveled back to the United States in 2022, I applied to the court to overturn the supposed re-adoption of my daughter Stella Star Uzomeyea Osakwe by Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe. The court granted my application with a ruling delivered on the 8th day of June 2023. Please find a copy of the said ruling attached here.

Apart from trying to convert my adopted child for themselves, my youngest sister, Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe, and my mother, Mrs. Pauline Ifeoma Osakwe have been claiming ownership to my property have since gone to court to determine the ownership of the two-story buildings between my mother and me. My mother claims to have recently sold the buildings, even though the case is still ongoing in court. Attached is the court process as evidence that I am currently involved in a legal dispute with my mother over the ownership of the buildings.

It is important to note that my mother and my sibling, Ifeoma Valentina Osakwe, have done everything, including harassing me with the police and thugs, to bully me out of my houses situated at No. 25 Nduka IIoba Street, Umuagu quarters, Asaba.I had to take the matter to court in order to secure a restraining order against my mother, youngest sibling, and their associates who are determined to force me out of my property with the assistance of the police. This is just the most recent instance of law enforcement being used to intimidate me and attempt to remove me from my aforementioned home another was the authorship of a false petition to your agency by my youngest sibling, Miss Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe, claiming that my husband and I were involved in the trafficking of children aged 8 and 9 years old. This allegation is false in every material aspect and serves as yet another shameful display.

This falsehood has resulted in the unjust arrest and detention of my minor adopted children, Master William Ikeachuku Taylor and Miss Sherilyn Nwamaka Taylors, aged 4years and age 3 months respectively. Despite presenting all the necessary documentary evidence proving my legal adoption of the children, your officers have continued to detain them since September 22, 2023.

How can children as young as three months and four years old continue to be in the custody of these officers? I don't know if my adopted children are alive or dead. I don't understand why they have refused to release my children to me. Nigerian Police Force, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, HQ Dts Human Rights Congress, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Channels Television, Arise TV, AIT, all Nigerians, and the entire world, please come to my rescue. I don't know if NAPTIP killed my children or trafficked them. I can't understand how children of 4 months and 4 years could disappear. Since 22 September 2022.

Due to the negative encounter with my mother, Mrs. Paulina Ifeoma Osakwe, and my youngest sister, Miss Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe, who attempted to claim my daughter Stella Star Uzomeyea Osakwe as their own, my husband Mr. O.J Taylor and I decided to expand our family by adopting two more children, one male and one female. My husband and I completed all legal procedures and adopted two children, a boy named Master William Ikeachuku Taylor who is currently 4 years old, and a girl named Miss Sherlyn Nwamaka Taylor who is 4 months old. I have attached the orders confirming the lawful adoption of these children by my husband and me. For all to see.

The aforementioned children are under the care of my cousin's wife, Mrs. Blessings Nkechi Jibunoh. I had previously ensured their upkeep and well-being before returning to the United States with my husband.

I am shocked and surprised to hear that my said adopted children, alongside other individuals, were picked up by men from NAPTIP from my residence on September 22, 2023 and that.Your agency released the adults they picked up with my adopted children but bluntly refused to release the aforementioned children despite a formal application for their release, even after being presented with court orders demonstrating that the children are not unlawfully under my custody.

Considering the aforementioned fact, I kindly request that your agency promptly release my children, who have been greatly affected by the distressing experience of being kept away from their home. Please consider reviewing and potentially prosecuting Miss Valentina Ifeoma Osakwe for providing false information, which led to your agency going to great lengths to wrongfully arrest and detain innocent men, women, and even two minors. These minors have been wrongfully held captive since September 22, 2023.

I count on your utmost cooperation.

Yours sincerely

Mrs Stella Taylors Nee Osakwe.
