The school said documents certified by lawyers, individuals, pastors will not be accepted
Perhaps you should just go to High court or German embassy.

What is the meaning of Notary Authority in your country
Public notary. To the limit of my knowledge, They're kinda like lawyers who can help you notarize your documents officially.

I'll suggest you go through this thread.
Find time, read from page 1,

You'll be armed with so much information that you'll even be better than a visa agent.
TravelRe: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Deustchemann(m): 12:15pm On Jan 06, 2019
As copied from the first page on this thread

Most of the schools in Germany are tuition free even for international students, you only get to pay a certain amount as semester fees say between 100-400 euros and most times the semester fee comes with a semester ticket to aid in transportation in your city or town.
However, before you're granted a student visa, you have to prove that you can take care of your living expenses with one of the following means ;
1. Block account: The estimated living expenses for a student in a month is 720euros, when you multiply that by 12 months, you get 8640euros. This is the amount you're required to block in an already opened account with either Deutsch bank, Fintiba or Xpatrio. It is called a block account because you will not be able to withdraw everything at once, only 720euros will be released to you every month.
2. Sponsorship letter: If you have a relative living and working legally in Germany, they can get you this letter. They'll have to visit the alien office in their city and will be required to provide some documents and pay a certain fee. The letter will be sent to you when they receive it so that you can go with it for your visa interview.
3. Scholarship: This is usually the best if you have the scholarship, your visa will be granted in under 2 weeks after interview. So try and look for scholarships you can apply to.

Hello guys my name is timothy
I and my elder sister actually wanted to apply to study in Germany and we just thought we were just going to do the visa and buy the tickets, den we will take d little amount of money we can and work and study when we get there. But now I chatted with a guy and he told me that I must have up to 3.7million in one blocked account, and I don't have up to that . Please help me because we are already planning on how to apply
To be eligible for a German student visa, you need any of these
1. A €8,640 balance in a blocked account.
2. A sponsorship letter issued by a resident/citizen of Germany
3. An European based scholarship.

These measures are to ensure you have the minimum standard of living for a year.

You can't just buy the visa and ticket like you're buying gala and lacasera.

Shalom!

PS: for you and your elder sister, you'll need x2 of whatever your preferred option is.

Please house is it a must you go for the the visa interview with your primary School leaving certificate? Does it limit your visa approval chances if you do not go with it?
Paulinus might have an issue with you if you don't hold it.

Some folks went with it last winter, some didn't, and they still got their visa.
But then, it's better not to risk it. If you can still obtain it, please do.

Hello everyone, please who can explain the birth certificate thing to me. I read that NPC birth certificate may only be accepted if you were born after dec 1992. I have an NPC birth certificate of 1990. Is it acceptable or should I go and get an age declaration? Thanks
Since you were born before December 1992, the NPC birth certificate won't be accepted from you.

Go to an High court with your dad or an elder in your family sha and get an age attestation deposed by your dad/family head. Go there with your passport photograph and his. The attestation is going to be stamped. When you get to the court, you'll already hear people advertising it.
That's what will be accepted from you.

Please, could you give me the list of schools that accepted only online Application without sending documents for M.Sc. I only know one. All my documents are available and also certified, though I plan to Apply for winter but I like to try it.

Thanks
Let me tell you how I did mine,

Visit daad.de/en
Select your preferences and load the results.
Get a notebook/jotter, for each school that you see, open it in a new tab, and when you go through the requirements, you'll see the mode of application; whether it's via uni assist, purely online, purely offline or a combination of both.

That's when you can add more schools to your list that do only online applications.

How much to certify documents at Federal high court
I think it varies from state to state.
Visit the one in your state to make enquiries.

Better still you can go to the consulate for certification. That's what I plan to do tho

The transcript to be certified is it students copy or official transcript
Anyone you have.
My school gave us (students) a student copy. If that's your case, you can photocopy it and certify.
If your school doesn't do that, then let them send it to an organisation or school around you that you know someone there who can pick it up for you. Once you have it, make photocopies and certify.

They are all accepted for admissions.

please guy some one should help me , can i still apply for school in Germany and get admission? the admission close on the 15th , someone should advice me .
If the deadline is on 15th and you have all the documents complete, and certified if necessary, I'm pretty sure you can apply before deadline.
If it requires online applications, you can do that under 1hour and if you're required to send your documents via post mail, DHL will get it there for you under 4 days. So you still have time.

Plz my Bsc certificate is not ready, can I use my statement of result
I have ielt certificate and not proficiency letter, can I certify my ielt?
If your certificate is not yet ready, what is to be done actually varies from school to school.
Some can take your statement of result (Especially if it's online application only) and then ask you to submit the certificate when it's ready before a particular deadline, while some will allow you to present it when you resume for your studies. If you peruse daad.de very well, you'll get to know all these.

So, about the certificate, I suggest you mail the course coordinator of the school (s) you're applying to.
They'll give you the most perfect solution.

About IELTS, I think it should also be certified. I don't know much about IELTS sha. But since you'll be sending photocopies of the result, it's probably going to be certified.
Other bosses can contribute to this.

Good morning.

Please can I use my mobile device to apply for masters degree?
Yes you can. That's what I use.
However, it's highly recommended you use Chrome browser, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
And when you're using them, ensure you switch to "Desktop Site". You'll find that in the menu drop list. That mode will give you the site just as it's going to be on a PC.

Hello guys! Happy New year! One quick question please.

Regarding the WAEC Scratch card indicated on the list of things to come along with for visa interview, can one use an ordinary slip containing the digits? I ask because shockingly, that's what WAEC office in Port-Harcourt gave me. They said that they no longer print scratch cards.

Anybody please?
Yes you can use it. As Dutchkid said, just package it well.

A quick one house...
Can a relative in Germany issue my cousin and I Verpflichtungserklärung (SL) for 2019 winter term?
Will it pose a problem during visa interview?
I believe the SL is not a shared document.
So if he's getting SL for both of you, then he has to apply for two separate letters.
Other contributions will be appreciated

Plz where can I certify my documents, I'm in owerri.
I need list of documents to certify and how many copies each.
Most times, documents that need to be certified are
1. Bachelor's certificate
2. Transcripts
3. Waec/neco certificate
4. Proficiency letter (if that's what you're using)

Take them (originals and photocopies) to any high court (state or federal) around you, or to a public notary or to the German consulate/Embassy for certification.
However, be sure about which type of certification your school wants. Some want only embassy certified documents, some otherwise.

Peace! wink

Happy new year to all gurus in this thread, It is my prayer that this year answers our secret request

I am almost done with my transcript, the vision is this year's winter

But I will like to ask a question about letter of recommendation, Is it a must that it has to be issued by the school? Or can I get it from any organization or company I have worked with here

Please I need to know cuz I will be visiting the school next week monday. I need to go prepared

Thanks for the anticipated response... God bless us all
Since it's an academic program, it's most preferable if it's issued by an academic. If it were to be a job application, you might be asked for a professional reference from a company you've worked with.
So, just visit your lecturers, especially your project supervisor. He'll be willing to write the letter for you; that's if you were a good student when you worked with him grin
