Though I am married, but I don't expect my wife behaving like my own mother; & I thank God her character is far from my mom's own. My mom's #Hypocrisy is damn too high, especially within myself & my siblings, & some other issues in d family. Her attitudes sometimes make me wonder if she is truly my biological mother.

Some children are settled for life; courtesy of their parents, because all that they needed in life has been prepared, & made available for them; while so many other children will have to go through some hard labor before 3 square meals could even be met.

I have seen many kids who are unable to sat for their WAEC deue to lack of funds, while some parents are conveniently sending their kids to study abroad. I don't even want to talk about getting a start up capital for an intending business when you are not privileged to come from a financially stable background.

Rich or Poor parentage matters a lot in d lives of a man, because it either hasten one's progress or delays, or even mar it. We actually needed
some helpers at some point in our lives, & that is why d church & other worship places are usually filled up.

He only removed the N5 VAT which OBASANJO imposed on the eve of his departure. Any promise to reduce cost of fuel without a corresponding explanation of how local refining capacity will be boosted is just a fluke. Did Yaradua even make any declarative commitment to repair of refineries let alone implement same? Rather he even halted the planned privatization of the refineries...a move that would have made fuel scarcity history by now.

Obasanjo's administration had more technocrats than Yaradua's but that didn't make any fundamental impact as he himself as the head was rotten and stinking. So it is not about just having technocrats but allowing their counsels really guide your policies. Yaradua failed woefully on this. His overulling of Soludo's Redenomination proposal stands as a glaring example.

Judging by how beautifully Jonathan started, if circumstances had truncated his presidency after two years, we would have by now assumed he was the Messiah we missed.
Lastly, Yaradua signed Shariah into Law in Katsina State despite being fully aware of Nigeria's secularity as clearly spelt out in the constiution. That put him across as a religious bigot.Here is the link to that.

In my Ondo state, ''Adefarati & Agagu'' were also d Landlord at some point & i can recollect how great they were then; especially that Agagu & Mimiko Tribunal case which lasted upto 2yrs. But they are now gone.

What's the big deal about bullion vans. Anyone can legally hire a Bullion Van if security demands so. Go to some mega churches each Sunday and you'll see bullion vans come to take tithes and offerings to the bank. Go to Canaanland etc.

Some Local Governments Councils in the interior sometimes hire bullion vans month end for salary payments. Assuming I have a farm and need to pay my workers N25m month end, I can request for my bank to bring it in a Bullion van and pay for the services. It's simple.

Its only in a backward country like ours that people see bullion vans and link it with corruption. Abroad, people use bullion vans to convey even such personal valuables like diamond necklace, rings, paintings etc. It's not a taboo folks.

If Tinubu as APC leader needs to give N10k mobilization money etc to 500 APC election monitors which is legal. He can request for N50m to be brought in bullion vans. And the will be given the money cash.
