HEFAIROHLUWA:I quite understand d point he is trying to make, but it's not logically enough; because many readers are bound to be misled by d contradicting points. More convincing emphasis has to be make to backup d claim that; =Money is Cheap =Money is Expensive. Remember he talked about Trillions upon Trillions of DOLLARS floating arround d world!! |
Greatzeus:Only this ur comments/points make sense to me, d OP shot himself in d foot when he said ''Money is Cheap, & Money is Expensive''. This is a point from a confused mind,.. How can wat u claim to be Cheap earlier, now suddenly turn to be Expensive on d same page?? |
LastSurvivor11:U are right to some extent, i think as a CHRISTIAAN, believers are admonished to walk by Faith,, JESUS even said '''if ur Faith is as Little as a Mustard Seed, u will say to d mountain to be removed.. LK 17;6. I think religion is wat introduced wat is termed FAITH into human memory right from d bible days & man has been living with d phenomenon since age long. Everybody now believes dt any imaginary feelings or desires could come to reality by proffessing FAITH. Many of us are brought up in families where FAITH in GOD is strictly instilled in us. |
LastSurvivor11:I like dis Logic. If FAITH is believing dt something had already been done, & in reality, nothing is actually been done; then where is d power of dis FAITH. I therefore think dat Faith is what is needed for ones Hope to be Stronger. E.g, ''I have FAITH in GOD that my HOPE of getting $1million dis week will come to pass''. |
drealzum:Sensible & precise analysis. |
Xeedorf:Pls sir/ma, are u from Ileoluji?? because i am one of d Luji Oijefons,. wish to knw u more |
senatordave1:I like u to remember that d BUHARI whom u think is politically strong had contested for Presidency ''3 consecutive times,'' why has he not won d previous elections if u think all his weak loyalists u lists here are so powerful to deliver him presidential votes. I know u will hav to come up with things to defend dis issue, but those who knows already know, & i still maintain the fact that many APC BigWigs are former PDP members, not individuals whom we now know due to their Federal Appointments. Apart from some ACN members, how many CPC, & APGA members do we know as a very strong politicians with elective or appointed positions?? I think u understand wat it means to be a member of a party in Federal Power for 16yrs. The nPDP members in APC now are d ones strategizing & planning wit d master planner; TINUBU. PDP is a party dt controlled Nigeria for 16yrs, APGA only has ANAMBRA, & CPC Is known for losing elections. Sir, i may not be able to reply d mention again due to work. I already got ur point & i like u to understand mine, which is actually a choice. But d political picture in Nigeria is clearer enough, even to d blind. Best Regards,. |
senatordave1:Am sorry for comming up late. I like d names u put there, but apart from BUHARI, TINUBU,AREGBESOLA,FASHOLA,OYEGUN,AKEREDOLU&OBASEKI & other governors u mentioned. I dont see d rest as Heavyweights because many of them were given just appointments after d success of APC in 2015. Was Osibanjo a real politician?? apart frm Commisioner for Tinubu?? Where are d likes of BUKOLA SARAKI ROTIMI AMEACHI. Min Ttransport ROCHAS OKOROCHA. Gov of Imo state KWANKWASO. Former Gov Kano EL RUFAI. Gov of Kaduna IBIKUNLE AMOSUN. Gov of Ogun state AMINU TAMBUWAL. Gov of Sokota state ABUBAKA BELLO, Gov of Niger state AMINU MASARI. Gov of Katsina BADARU ABUBAKA. Jigawa SIMON LALONG. Plateau ABDULAHI GANDUJE. Kano TANKO ALMAKURA. Nasarrawa ABUBAKA BAGUDU. Kebbi BINDOW JIBRILLA. Adamawa. CHRIS NGIGE. Min Labour. Remember that ABDULFATAH AHAMED, Kwara. & SAMUEL ORTOM, Benue. just defect back from APC last week. U cant name APC heavyweights without these people because they control their respective states, not individuals whom we never heard much about them prior to their appointment. Infact, ATIKU ABUBAKA did alot for d APC while he was still wit them, even OBASANJO's support for d APC prior to now can not be overlooked. Many ministers now are former PDP members. I am not a PDP member, but am here to against d fact dt APC is superior or special to PDP, when it is public knowlege dt d majority of d ''Big Shots'' in APC now are former PDP members, d lists are endless & am sure u know it. |
senatordave1:U Try sir |
senatordave1:Sir, u are obviously overrating d APC with dis statement. When was d APC created dt makes them have superior planners, & strategists?? Everyone knows that almost 70% of APC bigwigs are former PDP members. what we are suffering today is d selfish ambitions of our politicians which make them defect to other parties at will. APC is equal to former PDP big shots. Can someone name ''10 APC bigwigs'' & let trace their political backgrounds. |
Austema:Abeg day don break sir, na so d dream dey interesting ni?? I wonder if it was in dis life or d one to come. Infact, i guess if d person who said such thing before can say that again now with full confidence. GOD is a Miracle worker though, anything can happen later. |
I was 7'' then & i don't think am aware of what was actually going on by then because i was not exposed to anything politics & d likes then. But i can recollect d joy & gladness all over my environment then when Abacha died, & also d general grief when MKO eventually died in prison. Chaii, How time flies,, when ''Men were still Boys'' & when ''Boys were still Babies'',. |
Ziggylady:Yinmu,,, |
Kokaine:Sir, na so i see am o, this thread wan just make us think say #1m na one big money, whereas; though e fit relieve some stress a bit for some people in some situations, but e get limit to how far e can go, depending on one's location. #1m no even reach to pay some people 1yr ''House rent'' in some parts of Lagos, PH, & Abuja. No matter d bizness u think u can start with #1m in Nigeria today without any other source of income for d upkeep of both U & ur family, bros na long thing o, someone will just realise dt na only #25,500 balance remain, & many things will still be needed. Some people's access to reasonable amount as a startup capital is what makes them d millionaire or billionaire they are today, not actually their hardwork or wisdom. Because when u have d money, then u can employ d proper hands to handle what is to be done for d growth & success of ur new bizness. Infact, some bizness needs extra finance to sustain it before earning d desired profits. How much is #1m self? It is poverty that will make one think say #1m na big money. |
ednut1:Original one,,. |
ednut1:Bros easy nah, that ''Brain re-setting slap'' really got me laughing out loud, chaii, una get mouth i swear,. LMAO.. |
dlaw70:Thanks for letting him know that everybody can not be a ''Chimamanda? or Tony Elumelu?; must everyone be Mark Nnsuka Bag, as u hav said, or Dangote? It is good to have an idea on how to move one's life forward, but no matter how briliant ur ideas are, or how bright or clear ur vision is, if u don't have d required financial capital to take off, all na wash. How much do we think DANGOTE used to start up his bizness in today's value? I even read that FEMI OTEDOLA start his Diesel bizness wit #15billion, making him to buy 100 units of DAF Tanker trailers at d total cost of #1.4billion to start with then, while getting land & other machineries for storage depot consume lots of financial resources. It is said that d owner of ZENITH Bank founded d Bank with d capital of #20million then, pls can #20million starts a bank now, in today's Nigeria? If we are to be sincere to ourselves, depending on someone's location, ''#1m is really too small to begin a lucrative bizness here in Naija, except u also have another source of regular income. All is easier said than done. Though, a ''CASH of #1m in Hand'' can still go a long way to relief someone from some strugles of assembling it together in d first place, but there is an extent to which it can really go, considering d state of things in Naija now. All these ''i will do this & that'' is just a mere talk, wen u start spending it now till a very short time, u will realise that u are just left with d balance of #25k & many things will still be needed to complete d little plan u had made. I am not saying that #1m can't start anything, but wat i am saying is that ''it is really not a huge amount as how this thread want to made us think it is, & there is a very short limit to how far it can go. In My Opinion,. |
Moss9ja:Only one of it is even enough to transform someone's life till death comes knocking. Imagine d cost of that LEXUS L570, or that ROLLS ROYCE, given to somebody in cash to start a life. A prudent & wise person can blow with that in few years time & d dude will be settled for life. Baba GOD please pick my call. i need just #1billion to start a different & meaningful life,. |
Uniportadmision:Exactly sir, i would so love it if u can open a thread on dis issue to show d whole world d maltreatment facing Nigerians by d government who claim to be serving or working for d betterment of d citizens. What pains me most is when i imagined d kind of ''Lavish/Luxury'' lifestyle d kids, relations, & closed allies of dis leaders are living, while many government workers are being owed for several months, one will wonder if these set of leaders really have conscience. I may not be right though, but i can suggest that d corruption & maltreatment of govt workers by our leaders really contribute to d increase of some crimes by our youths in d society today. because many parents acrross a state are being owed their salaries & entitlement for as long as 10months, thereby making it difficult for many parents to provide for d basic needs of their children, who are in different level of school, primary, secondary, poly, university, & even some graduates who are still dependent on d salaries of their old man or mum. These youths now think of other ways of fending for themselves thereby making them to engage in some crimes like; theft, robberies, prostitutions, sales of hard drugs, kidnappings, rituals, fraudsters, cyber crimes, & other different kinds of scams & vices. The worst of it is that once these kids or youths start doing one of these crimes, to leave or stop it is very difficult for them, especially when their 1st attempt encouraged them with a convincing cash reward. I think d government & political leaders really have a lot to do to reduce d level of crimes in our society today, & it start with a regular paying of salaries, wages, pensions, gratuities, & other benefits & entitlements of our parent so that these parents will be able to provide for their dependent youths, thereby discouraging them in engaging in some crimes. It's just unfortunate that this is NIGERIA, where some leaders don't care about d welfare of their followers or people they are callled to serve or represent. |
Uniportadmision:Based on wat u said, it seems u are d one who confused & lead Mum astray. 1million is enough to go a long way for Mum, because i dont even think mum can save 1million naira a year from 90k salary that is even being owed. The fact that d 1million came from d govt owing her even make d returning of it a big & regretable mistake because she was owed till she was sick & eventually died. Honesty in Nigeria don't ''usually'' pays. |
This is a grown up man & i think many things might be responsible for d cry. 1. This man might have gone through different failed relationships dt usually collapse at some point, he might have even thought if he would be able to get married in life due to d many disappointments or breakups. So, finding himself signing a marriage certificate at last could make him cry, because he might not believe d whole thing since morning is real until he is asked to sign dt certificate. 2. Second thing dt could make him cry might be because one or both of his parents is/are no more to witness his eventual marriage after all dt has been gone thtough. Or perhaps, it might not be either of d parent dt is no more, it might be a very close & dear relation, it could be an elder or younger brother, an elder or younger sister, a rich & loving uncle or aunt, or it can even be a very close friend dt could have be his Best Man. 3. This man can also be crying because of a very loving Fiance who is now tragically late maybe due to accident, sickness or whatsoever, d memories of a very dearly/loving deceased fiance/fiancee on an eventual wedding day with another partner could actually make one shed some tears, no matter how brave u are as a man. Finally, other personal feelings or emotions could make dis man cry because only him can understand what he is going through, & i dont really think financial or some expenses issues is enough to make a man cry on his wedding day, especially at a time of signinig a marriage certificate. In my opinion, what might actually cause d cry might really be because of either or both of his parent who is no more to witness his eventual wedding ceremony. This is purely my opinions & suggestions. Maybe Someone here could call d Best Man to ask what actually cause d cry of his best friend. BTW, how can dis kind of picture surface online, it means someone who is present at d event took dis picture & posted it, & i don't think dis is fair enough. Or is it d best man dt posted dis picture because i belive only close relations are called to witness d signing of marriage certificate. I could have think maybe d camera man posted d picture, but it's just unfortunate dt everybody has now turn to camerman/woman with their phones & ipads at every events, even in accident scenes. |
Godwin616:Nice comment so far, ur suggestion is quite good. |
Marxist001:This is Nigeria, where many people refers to all ''Herbalist'' as a Native Doctors. Only few percentage of Nigerians really knows what d jobs of a Native Doctor is. Many Nigerians believe that d other name for a ''Herbalist is a Native Doctor. This is a general mistake that only few people can identify. Infact, these people don't even help d matter because, almost all herbalist who usually engage in Money Rituals related issues will also engage in curing of some/diverse sicknessess using herbs, roots, shrubs, leaves, & all that. I think this is why many people believed that both ''Herbalist & Native Doctors (who only specialise in curing of sickness locally) are one because almost all Herbalist who performs a Money Rituals also engage in curing of diverse ailments. I know some Alfas & Prophets who performs Money Rituals in one way or d other, & also engage in curing of some chronic sicknessess. Therefore it is almost difficult for some people to spot a Native Doctor who only specialise in curing of sicknessess & d ones who are into Money Rituals & other charms, this is because almost all of these Herbalists engage in d general activities of using Herbs, Roots, Shrubs, Leaves, Animals, Human Blood & Parts, in doing different jobs for their customers. Some Native Doctors will even let u know that some chronic sicknessess will require Human blood or some human parts. My Opinion though. |
Kennydoc:80% Nigerians will expect every Medical Doctors to be able to perform Surgical Operations due to how some doctors present themselves, only few percentage of Nigerians understands that a Surgical Operation is d duties of a real Surgeon. Many Nigeria doctors will claim to be able to handle some medical cases dt are not their areas of specialisations just because of d money invoved, only for them to complicate d issues & later making a refferal to a more competent doctors who can handle d case perfectly, this is after some non refundable payments have been made & d issue is not gettin better. I truly understand wat i am saying because that is how d system of Nigeria is wired. I believe u also know that many people who call themselves Building Engineers here in Naija can't use a ''Hand Trowel, not to talk of using a spade to mix concretes. Also, it is here in Naija dt some Bricklayers parade themselves as Engineers, thereby making some structures to collapse after few years. There is a clear difference between a Civil Engineer & a Bricklayers; likewise a clear difference between a Surgeon & Non Surgeon, but many Nigerians can't identify these differences thereby making them to fall victims of quack jobs. The most painful part is that ''some educated individuals even fall victims of these scams. |
AreaFada2:Thank u very much sir for ur explanations, i really admire it. It's just that some things are really not in order in naija, naija is a place where non surgical doctors present themselves as who can perform an excellent Surgical Operations, thereby resulting in complications which later make them make a refferal to more competent surgeons, this practice is common among d private hospital doctors. So, 80% Nigerian will expect any/every Medical Doctors to be able to perform a Surgical Operations, only few percentage of Nigerians really understand d differences in Medical line, or whose duties it is to perform real Medical Operations. It's just unfortunate dt Nigeria is a place where some ''Bricklayers refers themselves as Engineers, & some self acclaimed Building Engineers can't use ordinary ''Hand Trowels. Thanks for ur info,. |
Abeg na wetin dis Fake Ass native doctor sabi do o, if e no sabi do money rituals?? Though am not a fan of such things, but i think Money Rituals is d MAJOR area of identifying someone as a real native doctor. How can a Medical Doctor claim he's unable to perform ''Surgical Operations''. I will now wonder what then he went to study as a Medical Doctor, if he cant do Surgery, at least, to some extent before referring to more competent ''Surgeon,. My opinion is that, Money Rituals (in divers form) carrys 50% in d activities of a real Herbalist, then other activities shares d remainning 50%. This Herberlist needs to be sanctioned by d ''Association of Real Herbalist of Nigeria''. There is other way of Advising or discouraging d interested youths who plan to engage in such act, not by advertising his INCOMPETENCE to d whole world,. Almost 90% of those who visit d Herbalist went there for Money Rituals related issues. |
maestroferddi:Ur last sentence really got me, ''He is a yesterday man,. Woww, i like this. |
uboma:Maybe na estate with many buildings he wan build. |
If d likes of BUHARI who still find it difficult to present his common WAEC result can be president today, or OSINBAJO who have never had any elected position before, but just a ''Mere Commissioner'' can bcome Vice President today. The probability of FAYOSE becoming either d PRESIDENT or VICE PRESIDENT in Nigeria is %100 sure, especially if GOD is involved. d politics of Nigeria is so dynamic & unpredictable. If BUHARI & OSINBAJO can be Nigeria's President & VicePresident today, i am so sure dt FAYOSE, a two term elected ''Governor'' is good to go. I think d ''Ruggedness'' of FAYOSE is why people are not taking him serious even when we all know that he is always on point, we tend to judge him by his grassroot characters dt many Nigeria governors can't exhibit, & i am confident dis is d kind of a leader dt people need atimes. A leader who will be available for his people at all time, a leader who will bring himself so low just to relate freely with d common man. A leader who understands how grassroot leadership works. It is just unfortunate dt d Nigeria system is being designed with a ''very wide margin'' btw d rich & d poor, & our political leaders have also widen dt gap, instead of bridging it, which is not supposed to be so,. ''MHO. (My Humble Opinion). |
Lonestar124:U are not alone bro, i am here wit u,. |
Reelectbuhari:Especially in Benue, an APC State. |
The fact dt Aso Rock Chapel was closed down by d same Federal Govt dt has a Supposed Pastor as d Vice President further proof dt dis OP is truly on point,. Imagine d killings of christians in d North since d inception of dis administration & a pastor VP can do absolutely nothing about d menace, he even once advise us to begin to pray for dis killers. He might be a pastor in RCCG but may not as high as he is being hyped, because nothing has been done by him as a pastor VP so far to justify if truly he was so religious as he is being acclaimed, considering d many corruption dt is going on under his very nose in dis administration. |
You still dont understand.. Push and pull at the same time what does that gives you?..Dive in deeper sir..
