You need to use study materials, then find the area you are weak in. Study centers don't do magic if you can't study by yourself.

However, if you are so bent on it, you could use road to IELTS and pay about $50 or so for materials and get access to videos that could help considering your schedule.

I can swer by this, this worked for me at first attempt. I dedicated minimum of 1hr of practice for a month and I had 8,97,7.5 in LRWS respectively.

The brand seems to be the only one I've seen that has its mother. You can get it at an Indian store in ilupeju, the name of the store is bazaar at Ade akinsanya, off town planning way ilupejua. I got it for N4,500. I've uploaded a pic to see what it looks like.
