DSDLIVEREPORT: Just unnecessary PR. Moreover th most laundered money now is through the auto industry and real estate. The real industrious and most hardworking persons in Nigeria are still in hustle based on integrity. Real estate is the new money laudering machine. You are so right on this. Abuja is a classic scenario. |

lexy2014: But the story is a lie and an exaggeration. Roxbury isn't in VGC. It is in ikota. Also, it isn't the biggest estate in that area. Roxbury is situated beside two estates, manor gardens and Napier gardens and they are much bigger than Roxbury. Pls ignore the information by the OP I'm not even bothered about the authenticity of the writeup. The boast is it for me. I can't fathom that. |

Some of the writeup was totally unnecessary. Was that boasting or what exactly ? Common, you can do better op. On the other hand, good for him. There is surely value in Lagos properties. |

Jokerman: Should have left Mourinho No, should never have gotten Mou. He doesn't suit the philosophy of the club. Mou destroys club with his attitude. He wins, yes but does not have succession plan. He was the one that started this rubbish of buying players to win and loaning them off when there is excess baggage. |
Sports › Re: Wayne Rooney: Ronaldo,Tevez's sale started Manchester United's Decline by dfrost: 6:41pm On Feb 07, 2022 |
frankson1: Yeah, there was succession plan by SAF but the coaches who came after him couldn't build on it. I wouldn't mention Fabio because he was never really into the team because of injures and of course, Evra's form. His brother, Rafael at right-back, Evans was supposed to replace Vidic, Nani for CR7 but his pride didn't let him improve on his game. Adnan Januzaj was there as well.
The only very good player Fergie left was De Gea. He was looking for a midfielder in the mold of Xavi of Barcelona.
Maybe, Moyes would have kept those players he let go for another 2 seasons. Yes Fabio's injuries but also remember Man Utd never had the philosophy of selling playing because they were injured. Remember Vidic and Fletcher were among those who always had recurring injuries. |
Sports › Re: Wayne Rooney: Ronaldo,Tevez's sale started Manchester United's Decline by dfrost: 10:32am On Feb 07, 2022 |
fergie001: The team had no succession plan, period.
The moment Giggs left, we knew it was gonna breakdown...then Fergie joined him. I thought Anderson would pick up Scholes, Fabio from Evra, but alas! I was wrong. So the players are also to blame. There is total breakdown of discipline. Nobody is scared of anyone again. I remember when Nani lost an opportunity to score because of his unseriousness, he had to feign that he had a terrible injury because the kind of eye Ferguson looked at him, I could virtually see Nani pooing on himself. |

fergie001: 100% truth, what he said. While what he said is true, then the problem is from Man United then. No succession plan or what? No replacement for Scholes, Giggs, Raphael da Silva, Evra? |

Carlyboi: The win should be dedicated to their golden generation the 2000-2002 team of Aliou Cisse, khalilou Fadiga,Late Papa Bouba Diop,Ferdinand Coly,Tony Silva,Henri Camara,El Hadj Diouf,Salif Diao,Lamine Diatta,Omar Daf their late Coach Bruno Metsu and all other members of that great Senegalese team that took the 2002 afcon and fifa World Cup by storm.
Really Happy for them was invested as if it was Nigeria playing in the final!finally Senegal are African champions for the first time in their history! This squad above put fear into the heart of any team that was to play against them. That late Papa Diop was something. |

Waiting Amaechi is not a saint. Dig deeper. No need for comparison. I'm not rooting for any of them. |
