All things being equal, I see no reason why all government

workers should earn the same minimum wage all across the

country. If you have ever had the opportunity to visit some state

government offices especially in the north, this is where you will

see the ones who come to work mostly at the end of the month

when it's pay day or the ones who come to work by 10am and

once it's 1pm they go for prayers and from there they go home.

Compare that to some government offices here in Lagos where

workers resume by 8-8:30 and some even exceed the closing

time.

All I am saying is that there is cheating in the whole singular

minimum wage.

You really don't have to accept my opinion though it was made

through observations. You went all the way to the CEO's but

stylishly bypassed the BM's and Head of Operations in the same

sector which I can tell you if you care to know is also dominated

by women. Do your own research it's quite easy. You don't seek

immediate balance at the top when clearly the body is already

distorted. Irrespective though, If the trend continues then it's

only a matter of time before women will also share that space

cause they will be more in ratio compared to the men.

Due to the nature of my Job I have made certain observations

that a lot of people have refused to acknowledge.

Infact in majority of the financial institutions women are higher

in number than men. Please don't assume it's because they

successfully scaled the recruitment process, no! But from some

HR managers I have spoken to its more like a rule (maybe

written or unwritten) that during recruitments more females are

taken compared to males.

If you doubt me go to Lagos Island during close of work period

and you'll clearly understand cause it's so obvious.

This has somehow reduced the amount of eligible men to start

a home. Infact in a lot of homes today women are the bread

winners and in most cases it's not cause the men are lazy.
