As a christian you are meant to sacrifice alot of things just like someone rightly said even though they are not sins.Anything that distracts you or that can even lead you to sins which you discovered in your self and hence battling with them.

According the Islam sharia, only 3 offences carry the death penalty (Murder, Apostasy backed with preaching against islam using ursef as an evidence, and I've forgotten the offence no 3) that's if you live in a purely Islamic state. Note: Not just Apostasy in that case but using ur knowledge of the religion to call unto others and serving as a mole but except that, even in a purely Islamic state, you're free to leave with no consequence and also the case of murder, provided the murderer can prove it's manslaughter, he can redeem himself by paying a particular sum equivalent to 1000 camels. Also, the aggrieved family are allowed to forgive to get reward from God.

But if you don't live in such a country like Nigeria, you don't have no right to trouble no man with your religion.

Am not doubting the crusades cause i know it happened but what you should know is this (the old testament showed plainly how God sees sin,as totally sinful and punisable with death and it mostly came immediate then but since the heart of man is deperately wicked they did even worse than what was meant,for goodness sakes they even killed Christ thinking they were doing the right thing same way they killed the apostles.I hope now u have an idea of what real Christianity entails not killing people but being able to lay down even ones own life for the course of Christ.

Yes Apostasy is punishable with death in Islam in an Islamic State not in secular society like Nigeria. Even in an Islamic State, you can travel to a secular state and become "apostacy". There is no compulsion in religion. The Law of Apostacy is to protect the society at large From the falsehood/virus of an individual.

Yes he is...Our sins have become too much. The youths only think of sex ,our movies and music are

filled with nudity,the amount of blood spilled daily via boko haram is alarming,jungle justice also is

THE craze for money, affluence and fame has landed a self acclaimed prophet of an old generation church in deep trouble in Ondo State. Aside the allegation of being fetish in his ministerial activities, the prophet, Moses Abiodun was equally accused of obtaining money under false pretence from unsuspecting members of the public, who thronged his church for miracles and deliverance from poverty and satanic attacks.


His Church, Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, Agbala Dagunduro located at Kilometre 5, Ijare Road, Ikota Junction in Ifedore Local Government Area of the state has been sealed by security operatives in the state.

This followed reports of his alleged “unholy” activities made to security operatives by one of his lieutenants who had disagreements with him over the booty that accrue to the Church.

Also his neighbours who were perturbed by what they noticed was happening in the “House of God” reportedly lodged a complaint to members of the Oodua Peoples Congress, OPC, who later involved officials of the Security and Civil Defence Corps in the state.

Findings by Vanguard showed that acting on a tip off by a confidant of the suspect who reportedly fell out with him when the church started making waves and the church’s bank account started swelling, officials of the corps who later swooped on him some scary discoveries at strategic points inside the church.

Sources said that the suspects’ confidant, who knew about the activities of the prophet was sidelined and all his efforts to convince the prophet to allow him partake in the booty were rebuffed. Vanguard was informed that the prophet called the bluff of the confidant when he threatened to expose him to the church members and security operatives.

When he discovered that the prophet was unperturbed by his threat and having felt cheated he spilt the beans upon which the suspect was picked up, interrogated and detained. Vanguard gathered that the prophet’s close ally actually told security agents that the prophet allegedly buried human heads in strategic places inside the church.

This allegation prompted the invasion of the church by officials of the Security and Civil Defense Corps who later discovered that the prophet actually buried heads of a cow, tortoise, cowries, divination board and other fetish items on the altar and all the entrances of his church.

These discoveries were made when he was interrogated and he reportedly confessed and took the security agents to the church. He was also forced to excavate all the fetish items buried in the church. The decomposed heads of the cows full of maggots, pigeon heads tied with kola nuts, clay pots wrapped with white clothes and the dead tortoise were dug out by the prophet in the presence of security operatives and members of the public who got wind of the development in the church.

Reports had it that the youths in the area descended on him but security operatives prevented them from setting him and the church on fire when the fetish items were dug out . Security operatives had to cordorn off the church premises following the influx of people who trooped in to have a glimpse of the discoveries from the “House of God.”

The church became deserted after the exposure of the prophet while his co-workers in the “vineyard” have equally disappeared into thin air. Vanguard gathered that the prophet also reportedly confessed that same fetish items were buried in his house where he equally held consultations with members of the public and his church members.

Security operatives who escorted him to his house made him exhume all the fetish items. Vanguard learned that officials of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in the state effected his arrest and detention. Speaking with Vanguard, the state commandant of the corps, Mr. Fasiu Adeyinka said the suspect aged 34 hails from Esa-Oke in Osun State. Adeyinka confirmed that the suspect was picked up following a tip-off that he was suspected to have buried something suspected to be human head inside his church.

“The men of NSCDC quickly swung into action, went straight to the church and he was asked to dig in specific spots inside the Church where various items suspected to be charms such as cow head, pigeon head tied with kolanut, big clay pot wrapped with white clothes and other numerous fetish items were exhumed from the ground both at the entrance and inside the church.

According to him the self acclaimed clergyman was subsequently picked up after his officers were able to make the discoveries about the illicit activities of the pastor. The commandant said investigation is still on-going to unravel the pastor’s motive of burying fetish items in strategic places inside the church . He said that the suspect would soon be charged to court after the conclusion of their investigations.

As it stands, no member of the church showed up for the Sunday and Tuesday mid-week services last week, ostensibly to show that all is no more well with the so called church.

CAC disowns cleric

Meanwhile, the national body of the Christ Apostolic Church has disowned alleged fetish clergyman. The Public Relations Officer of the NSCDC Kayode Balogun told Vanguard that some people from the national headquarters of the church came to the office to disown the suspect.

He said a team from the C.A.C asked him several questions about when and where he was ordained as a pastor of the church, but he could not give any answer. The Church leaders have promised to charge the suspect to court for impersonation.
