chronique: Well,it's true you can do biz on NL as an agent selling cars for dealers but it's not that easy. I don't know of other dealers but I'd speak for myself. Sometimes,we lose clients based on the no of middlemen involved in certain transactions and this could be a turn off for prospective buyers. Secondly,from my experience here,majority of the "potential buyers" on NL,usually come here to bargain at very ridiculously low prices and sometimes,it's quite frustrating. Personally,I've sold more cars offline than online(adding cheki.com to it).

If I have to add anything to what has been posted above,I'd say: "have an agreement with a dealer who can give you cars at very good rates and also learn to be patient". Car dealers who have car lots don't sell everyday(even when your own commission hasn't been added to it). Selling cars aint a biz that you can easily turnover and make profit as soon as possible. Lastly,if you do not have a lot where u sell cars and want to be an agent for dealers,focus on dealers who have fast moving brands/models and also realise,that cars have their season. Sales usually drop around jan-mar and moves very well towards year end.
