Bro, like I said earlier, you should go back and watch some of his games from last season. He mostly played as a DM, though he also featured as a CDM on a few occasions. Signing someone like him would definitely benefit us. He’s got the energy and tackling ability to deputise for Caicedo if we need to rest him or, God forbid, if he picks up an injury. He can also cover for Lavia, especially since Maresca seems to view Santos in a more advanced role. Either way, he wouldn’t be a bad buy at all.

I was very critical about Maresca last season because of the wrong choices he kept making. Somehow the guy just turned up towards the end of last season, I have to give him his flowers.
