In my area here, we all contributed to buy all 3 pieces of 500KVA transformer, poles, cables and all accessories. We still pay exhorbitantly for the electricity. Each house either has a borehole or well. Private water storage tanks everywhere.

If we were to rely on government, won't we have died of thirst/draught? Or would we have had any electricity? So you guys too should gear up, contribute, do it for yourselves. Let the LG Chairmen and other government arms responsible for these things answer to GOD for their irresponsibility.

Not that people cannot afford drilling boreholes but the challenge is that Enugu has a thick layer of COAL DEPOSIT beneath the earth surface. You will have to drill across the COAL DEPOSIT before you can get sustainable portable water. That is a very difficult mission.

Even to dig a well you can only go some feet's deep and you can't dig further because of the deposit. At that level you can't get a sustainable quantity of water.

The public water supply that would have brought remedy is in a terrible condition and the government doesn't care about it.

Depending on the following:
1. How prompt is material delivery to site.
2. The contractor in charge of the project.
3. Mobilization of manpower.
4. Weather conditions

You don't have to work day and night

Making promises you know quite well you are not going to keep is a form of corruption.

Except the road project is uncompleted, I think it is risky to leave the edges of the road that sharp and high. The road should taper down on both sides.
While the thickness of the road is admirable, I am not an engineer so I wouldn't know how durable this alternative is to the regular coal tar.

The picture shows an uncompleted section of the road.
When completed, the shoulder will be paved with concrete too before the final overlay of Asphalt.

Its due to the fact that many deodorants block the outlets of the numerous lymph nodes and glands of the armpit. Resulting in swellings and boils around the glands there.
The armpit is well saturated with nodes and glands.

2,solutions :
Firstly, Use deodorants less and if you want to use, go for sprays rather than roll-ons
Secondly, try to get original deodorants and less irritating ones like Nivea brand. (for me)

But I use original Nivea for men (my favourite).

Secondly if I apply the deodorant today then the boils springs up the following morning.

Please what could be the cause of the boil I experience on my armpits after using Roll on deodorant.
