chizobamgbume: Tomorrow they will wonder why ladies don't comment on a thread. Instead of them to cool down and learn something new mstew. True. Ladies act dumb cos of some immature men's reaction to stuff they say. How you expect a grown gal not to know stuffs at this age and time is laughable. raayah gave info that anyone can access on Google yet she was called a prostitute by a dude on here. How female folks gets trampled on by guys on a social forum for meaningless things show the breed of people registered here anyway. |

You guys are not ashamed of yourselves at all, in a country where Abubakar can not be the governor of Anambra state even if he was born and bred in Anambra, I'm surprised that you all love it when Nigerians get political seats abroad. No shame at all. |

ilovelikes: I am from the eastern part of Nigeria, but believe me, this pageantry is total trash.
Igbo girls representing Yobe, Zamfara, Sokoto, Osun, Ondo, Niger, Nassarawa, Kwara, Kogi, Kebbi, Katsina, Kano, Kaduna, Gombe, Ekiti, Benue, Bauchi, Adamawa and Abuja.
How come? Mostly girls from the North are not allowed to participate in pageants cos of the unclothedness that accompanies it. Igbos have been representing the North for years. |

She is an actress anyway so stuffs like this come easy for her, if she can pose with other men she acts with, why not with her lawful wedded husband. Nice pictures. |

TechLector: However, if this is true, that’s about 30% of Jumia’s 1000-person strong workforce in Nigeria. Jumia has not commented on the firings and has yet to release any official statement regarding this, but we have reached out to them and expect a comment. Hello Techlector, if the employees come out to say they were fired by Jumia, what will be the next line of action? Can anything be done to help them. I know someone who was fired by his boss after the boss asked him to pretend he resigned voluntarily. |

vivalavida: This is serious. This needs to hit front page so we can confirm if it is actually true Even on NL, powerful employers have fired their staff and asked them to claim they resigned. I'm sure Seun himself must have done so to some of his own employees too since Nigeria is not a place where employees like that get justice. , it is a sad thing but the thing is, Graduates in Nigeria put up with a lot of shit just to put food on their tables. |

favoredgal: Go to dhl first. They can't give you your passport at the embassy, they won't even let you in most likely Hmmmn. They didn't let me in the first time I went truly, just asked me to mail LagosNIV. I will go to DHL, thanks |

favoredgal: Why not just go to dhl and see if it's still there? Oct 2nd was just upper weekend I was only asked to submit my Passport and other docs at the DSS collection centre, not to go back there for collection. I went to the embassy after 10 working days to pick up my VISA and was told to send a mail to LagosNIV which I did. They replied on the 29th of Sept that my Visa will be ready for pick up on the 2nd of Oct but no pick-up venue was specified; besides, I just saw the mail today and I plan on going to the embassy tomorrow. I guess I will know my fate tomorrow, thanks. cc dere5 |

justwise: You declare it with the immigration at the airport though doing that with Nigeria immigration is a different story entirely but when you are randomly searched and the money is discovered the question will be..did you declare it or why did not declare it?
Yes its perfectly possible to go through with such money without anybody bothering you but when they do.... Hello, I need your help. I went through my mail now just to see a msg from LagosNIV reading that my immigrant Visa is ready for pickup since October 2nd . I plan on going there tomorrow, pls do you know if there's a time limit to Visa pick up? Will I still be able to pick it up tomorrow? Justwise, sorry I came here to look for you cos the immigrant visa thread was closed due to the absence of a VO. |
Travel › Re: U.S. Non-immigrant Visas: We’re Listening by DipoDee: 12:39pm On Oct 12, 2015 |
LagosNIV: There have been some unexpected delays with immigrant visas lately (we are completing the interviews faster than the center in the U.S. expects!) and we haven't been able to print every case immediately as a result. If it is just a few days behind schedule we won't contact you.
Between that and the holidays every is just moving a little bit slower. Hopefully you will get a better update by the end of the day and the visa will be at the DHL on Monday. You should contact the Embassy or Consulate directly by e-mail though for specific info on your case. Hello Sir, pls is there a grace period given for Visa pick up? What happens if I'm not available to pick up my Visa and Passport after getting a mail from LagosNIV? |
