Hello guys, pls i need advice on UK student visa

Submitted application 20th July
Biometric; 3rd of Aug
On 23rd Aug additional information was requested
On 24th Aug i sent additional info to provided email from embassy
On 22 September, received am email saying "Application was refused, because i did not submit additional document as requested"
I submitted all requested document, what should I do, as am suppose to resume next week. This is an error on the part of the embassy, a review might take 3months, and dnt want to take that route!
Anyone had or heard of someone with a similar situation?

I am planning to go without getting the visa from the embassy and this will prevent from fingerprint , but the visa is not fake , I don't know how to go about the fingerprint it's the only problem i am having now , please any one with a way out ??

My application was on 21st of June 2022 it is a standard uk visit visa and am traveling alone. I am thinking of sending a paid mail to them and also sending a letter written by my lawyer through DHL to the British embassy in Lagos. I will enclose my first passport in 2010 data page and the visa page and my recent application, my university in Nigeria certification that I graduated in 2009 .What do u think? What other option do u think I can employ. The lawyers I contacted in the uk are asking for huge some and I can’t afford it. Exploring local options please am open to suggestions

Good morning.
I need advice from someone in the house.

I have an interview at the US embassy on Thursday and my passport is still with UKVI. I have called and emailed severally but it’s still the same response. At this rate, I wouldn’t be able to get the passport before Thursday.
Has anyone been in this situation before?
Is it possible to show up at the US embassy without the passport and be given another date.

I cannot afford to reschedule as the dates available are now 2024!

Please help. Thank you

Not true. It's an obvious setup, and here's why:

No matter the menstrual period, menses start coming 14 days after ovulation. And it's after the period is missed (doesn't start on the expected day) that a woman becomes concerned about pregnancy — many women won't even bother until several days later to give room for normal body variation.

So, even if she ovulated on that 30th July, she wasn't supposed to expect her menses until 13th and could only get concerned by 14th (the whole of 13th must pass because it could have been by night) if she's that sensitive. If she ovulated on the 29th, there's a chance the egg has died by 30th because eggs last 12 hours (at most 24hrs) but even at that, she would be expecting the period on 12th and would only panic and go for test by the next day, 13th (the whole of 12th must have to pass because it could flow at any moment) if she's that concerned.

A test done on 12th shows it was a trap, and he walked into it.

At Op, the chances of being the father is low. Nobody does a random pregnancy test 13 days after sex.

My advice to u is to go and run a scan on the pregnant girl and read ur calendar well.
But before you read ur calendar, mind you sperm can thrive in the cervix of a woman up to 3days.
From the scan results, u will see the developmental stages of the foetus, how many weeks old it is...
Now u substrate it from the date u had sex wt the girl. If it tallies, Abobby na you get the belle.
If it does not Tally, just raise your hands and thank God, cos no be u get the belle.
Show her your findings, she will confess the truth.

My Question is :
Can’t my economic circumstances improve ? In 6 months a lot has happened - Inflation , dollar increase . My business is general trading , logistics . I can’t evaluate how much I will make in a year in its appropriate figures but the facts are presented in the account statement that is why it is requested

I will suggest you apply for a degree/Masters program in that University for September admission and opt for online classes only to show up on campus for end of the trimester exams.

Being a student, would give you the opportunity to regularize your stay there while you freelance as against being on tourist visa, renewing on the long run would be more expensive.

Your studentship would make the University apply for Pupil pass (student visa) on your behalf, the University would issue you cover letter to facilitate you opening a Kenyan bank account, getting a Tax Pin and your Alien ID.

Being a student who minds his business and keep it low, Kenyan police and immigration officers are less likely to look your way.

Got a refusal letter this morning, to me the is no reasonable reason for the refusal as all large deposit was stated in My cover letter with receipt of my land I sold mid February

Thank you for this tip. My husband went to submit his passport at the TLS Ikeja office today. He printed a copy of the response from the paid mail, and it was helpful. What i don't understand is why no mail was sent to him to bring his passport even after a decision has been made.

Please has anyone been in this situation or gone the route of keep my passport. Any idea how long it would take from when passport is submitted to collection.

Surprisingly, i applied together with my husband but no update at all on his. He also opted for keep my passport.
i sent a paid mail on his behalf and the response was that a decision has been taken. Not sure when they will request for his passport.
Has anyone experienced this before? We always apply together for our previous visas and received back on the same day. This renewal is quite different.

In both application I stated that I graduated from Ukraine some years back I added my school certificate and letter from the school stating the same.
I also stated I am employed and showed my salary account and lettee from my employer in both applications.

I decided to sponsor myself this time since I realised my account balance was enough for my trip
