I watched a video yesterday of Davido’s father explaining how DNA samples are still being sent to South Africa just to carry out a simple paternity test. That statement should shake us. It should embarrass us.

How does a country of over 200 million people, blessed with thousands of professors, scientists, medical laboratory scientists, technologists, cell biologists, and geneticists, still lack a functional, local center for routine DNA paternity testing? Why must samples leave the country for something so basic?

This is not about lack of knowledge.
It is not about lack of manpower.
It is not even about lack of money.

University lecturers and researchers receive grants worth hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions of dollars. Yet at the end of the project cycle, there is often little or nothing to show. No lasting infrastructure. No functional labs. No systems that outlive the grant itself. Just new cars, new houses, and personal upgrades disguised as “research progress.”
The truth is painful but simple:
A modest, fully functional DNA paternity testing laboratory does not cost more than $100,000 to $200,000.
That is all.
And yet, this is something a country with countless hospitals, universities, and research institutes still cannot provide for its people.
This is not just shameful.
It is tragic.
It is a betrayal of public trust.
And it is a direct insult to the many capable professionals whose skills are wasted by corruption and poor leadership.
What is truly pathetic is not that Nigeria lacks capacity, but that it repeatedly chooses not to build it.
We are in 2026!!! and we still lack almost ALL basic amenities, even ordinary electricity is still not stable!

If you are collecting 75k per month, then you are expected to save 5k for 3 months salary before you can comfortably buy 1.... My God

we are not alone.... Messed up my grade in the uni because of constant sickness. Doctors even called me SS. Not recently do I discover I am AA. Mine also followed with cold. Stop any addiction, dont masturbate or watch porn. Dont drink alcohol or smoke. Do exercise, drink plenty water early in the morning. Two most important part...Eat fruits different types everyday...I mean everyday then drink blood tonic like once a day. I swear if you followed this you wont regret.. The final part take care of your mental health...you get money or you no get money, you fail or you pass no think too much.
When I was sick then I even do cancer test and everything was negative. Then a professor counselled me...that was the last of it. I still get sick but not like before. Also join prayer sessions in church like Elohim Tv Scoan TV or NSPDD

I have seen people with 4.98cgpa graduated with 3rd class, I had similar result and ended up in 2.2 na even grace. My advice is focus on ur health especially mental health. If you are not in unilorin and the school environment is conducive then you will make it. Goodluck

You need deliverance......find yourself in a prophetic church like SCOAN or ELOHIM. When dey shines some light on you darkness will dispel. I swear you will not regret it. Try to find them on the internet and join prayer line. Good luck..I'm very sorry you went through such a demonic experience.

I live in Lagos while she lives in delta. We met through a friend. This gal is the best in communication and care. So, we made a plan to meet. I sent her money and she came. I was very happy. The first night together, I couldn't penetrate her. After some trials, I finally did...about 3mins into she told me she was tired..I thought she was joking...then 1 min later she call it off. I called her when she arrived at her house in Delta then I stopped communicating with her. She asked me why till today, I didn't tell her. She now told me I am the reason some good girls turn bad. Meanwhile, the truth is I felt cheated and she doesn't know that. I can't continue the relationship, it is better if we stopped early or big problem ahead.
