Why not go to a reputable hospital and do a complete blood test. Not the blood test that will only check your short term quality of the blood, but something that will show a minimum of 3 months result.

Also you should not just test for HIV and diabetes. There are other things that could be the cause. It could be your body is not producing enough of certain things that would warrant this weight lose. Or could be that the body is sabotaging itself. So go for a complete blood test and seel medical help. That local thingy will not help you.
