I second this comment :

Make up your mind, prayerfully and wisely select, stick with her, add great value into her life, make her a better person. She will appreciate it and place a great value on your person. And honestly you will get the best from her. When you truly and genuinely make a woman happy, they are very wonderful creatures, she will give you heaven on earth. And they know when someone is genuine to them, they always know. And they will give you the best of them.

Waiting for the right person many people say, but they stop to ask, wait a minute, what is the right person? How will i recognise him/her when i see the person? There's no such thing as right person, we need to just make our minds, be resolute in our stance, and set a course towards the objective. Build the person, add value to the person, overlook the flaws, be consistent, be upright, and watch the relationship blossom, i believe women are wonderful creatures if well taken care of, they only turn to lion when they perceive things are not going in line with what they had in mind or are receving poor treatment
You know women are wonderful creatures, very special indeed. A woman will go the extra mile to make you happy. But most times we guys are the problem here.

Women are totally different from us. Most men treat women like they are your fellow man. Most times women behave like children, ifact sometimes they can really be strange. But you must understand your role as a man. The woman in your life and the kids that come are all meant to be your responsibility as a man. When a man understands that, he has solved a lot of his own problems. That is the responsibility that nature has given to us as a man, our calling as man.

Most times God is waiting on them to really make up their mind.

God is working on the mind of the guys. And consistency must be upheld especially when guys feel like dropping the towel...

True @ You must forbear a lot of stuffs. No one is perfect, every one has their own issues. So learning to accept someone, overlook some stufs and be determined to work things out.

There's no right one, the right one is the good one we cultivate a healthy relationship with. There's no right one, it frustrates and push people to walk on a wandering path, e go come, e go come, and they keep procastinating over and over and over, where as healthy relationships can be built, and developed from the good relations we share with the opposite sexes...
That is what most of them don't understand. They should take a very good look at themselves. Are they perfect? Not at all. So how then will they be looking for the right one or perfect one when they themselves are not. And that is human nature for you.

Waiting for that perfect person you will wait till eternity. I think we will really work on this topic, because I noticed that many decent guys are going through these stuffs. But one thing I know is that they will finally get settled. Most times God is waiting on them to really make up their mind.

Then also an article I read today buttressed some facts. Let me share it;

To have a working relationship there must be an element of sacrificial love. It must cost you something. If you are a selfish and self-centered person, you will be far away from genuine happiness.

You must forbear a lot of stuffs. No one is perfect, every one has their own issues. So learning to accept someone, overlook some stufs and be determined to work things out.

But if you are waiting for that perfect one, you will wait till eternity. You take whom you get, and make masterpiece outvof the person. You add value into the persons life. And you will be surprised the fulfillment and happiness you will get in the end

Toks, my eyes has been on you for say 6 months now, these issues are psychological o, they are boundaries you've created within your mind limiting you ....you should speak to someone o. I mean guys that have walked this path or are currently walking this path. You need to break the psychological defenses you set up in your mind...Until you see no need for rules, limitations, principles, the rules you created are the bind that has kept you remanded in singlehood, it's time to unshackle bro, let go off the principles you've been working with for a very long time.... You don't need them,, step out and walk over the water bro
I believe he has something to learn from some of us. We had our standards, but by God's enablement we were able to get it right.

Another thing I discovered is simply this; God set up this institution called marriage and if you genuinely go with God, you will be shocked. In my own case, the thing really still looks very very strange to me.

The mistake many people make is that they go into marriage without God, but rather there own making and most times it is seriously a dead end and management. But if anyone want to have peace, unspeakable joy in marriage, then ensure you go with God

Your angel will never come announcing to you 'hey I am your angel' no your Angel will alwayls come in disguise.
My brother that quote has made so much sense to me. In relationship, business etc, I have seen it many times. We humans we always look things based on our perception and because of that despised our destiny.

Like I was telling toks in my relationship and settling down, I was was looking at all those spec women but my woman now was never anything my spec, but Lo and behold all those other so called specs I dated like 4 of them, if you put them together, they can never even amount to one quarter amount of my woman worth now. Very kind, nice, good heart, not quarrelsome, sweet, lovely, obedient etc. Men that was how I would have wasted my destiny with one of those them miserable so called spec. I really thank God, I never despised my angel when she came around.

And likewise in business and moneymaking. The deals that will change our lives may come in a very unattractive package.

Bro my problem is not women..if I want a woman today I can get but I need deliverance from the habit of being too picky.MAY GOD HELP ME.
Bro don't be picky, one thing I have discovered is that almost every one of them women are the same, just know what you want.
I was once like that, my spec demand was this high. After going through subsequent relationship, I just saw that my expectation was just very high.

I stopped being picky and in the end got a very wonderful woman. Someone I would say was not my spec in all those picky times or my levels.

I stopped low, but she worships me, really upgrading her seriously, she appreciates it so much and so much gives me peace of mind.

In fact the woman that will transform your life is not all those spec we men rush for, but just someone you may even despise when you see her first time. Same thing happened with my friend, was very picky, but a wonderful lovely girl was around him, whom he was looking down on, at the end he gave her a try, today, he tells me, after some years together, that this was the best decision he ever made. His home is heaven.

There is this quote that has made so much meaning to me: your angel will never look like an angel, your angel will always come in disguise. And that is why many people miss their destiny and become miserable in life. Your angel will never come announcing to you 'hey I am your angel' no your Angel will always come in disguise.

I have learnt so much of life's lessons from that quote

Are igbos not light skinned? My mum is light skinned, as fair as Caroline danjjuma, three of my sisters carry her complexion. My dad is dark brown me I am chocolate color, not too light. And all of us are full igbos. My mums grandma was very light skinned, I never met her, she died in the late sixties and she died in her late 90s age meaning she was born in late 1800s. Igbos have a lot of light skinned people among black Africans. And it had been like that from past, and we never had contacts with the Europeans then,

An advanced civilisation goes beyond conquering n subjugating ur neighbours....
There must be both physical n social evidence of such empire visible to all.....
I live in canterbury and I marvel at the city walls, cathedrals, castles etc built hundreds of years ago by its inhabitants.....
Thousands come from all over the world just to visit these monuments.....
Where is the contemporary of such in ancient African civilisation....
None bothered to invent the wheel to make transportation easier....
None made effort to have an organised n structured religion strong enough to resist foreign ones.....
None of the traditional healers made any effort whereby knowledge of herbs could be taught n passed on in a structured manner in order to prevent abuse n corruption of the practice.... .
Ancient civilisation has a standard definition n redefining it to suit to own ego is unacceptable.....
Rather, let's learn from our ancestors n ensure we build a proper African civilisation we can proudly bequdeath to our children.
Thank you so much, you are indeed a learned man. I salute you. What most of this people don't understand is that when you compare our so called civilization as Africans to other past civilizations from around the world, you may even begin to feel that we are inferior.

A highly learned friend was arguing with me one day and I asked him to tell me one black African tribe that had a form of written language. The guy couldn't talk again because the language we write today was given it to us by colonialists.
But check many languages today Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc there languages was dated more than 2000years ago

When I was residing overseas I took interest in one Korean drama named dae joyoung, it was dated like 1500 years ago. It showed there kings, dynasties and how each kingdom were fighting against the other one. These kings had tactitians, strategists, philosophers, generals, they were highly organized. They had libraries and books. Then come back to our African civilization, was there anything like that. That is why there is so much backwardnes. And am sorry to say it Nigeria and many African nations will continue to be in perpertual mess because majority of the populace don't think, don't use their brain, not creative etc infact less than 1percent actually use there brain. Just very few and that's why a nation like ours is in the mess she is in today.

Don't mind him at all. People will come here spreading falsehood. He claims that other tribes dominated igbos but there is no evidence of there domination in igbo culture.

All these ancient empires they were claiming were very backward. No written language, inventions, philosophies etc which we use to know impactful empires.

They claim Benin empire was great, how impactful were they.

The only impactful empire as far as Nigeria is concerned is the uthman danfodios Fulani empire. Highly organized and we'll structured and funny thing they are the ones still controling Nigeria today, because of the sound structure bequeathed to them. they should show us the influence of Benin and oyo empire they claim on today's Nigeria or should stop making noise.

Christianity EtcRe: Daddy Freeze Slams RCCG 50-Day Fasting & Prayer by djon78(m): 4:24pm On Jan 13, 2018
fasting does not stop anyone from working. For those making, most of this people still go out to do their work 9 to 5.

You can fast, pray and still do your work diligently. In fact when you are diligent in your work you will be distinguished.

Quite a lot of RCCG members freeze mentioned, the level they have achieved in their work, freeze will never achieve it in 10 lifetimes, so why will listen to such a person.

Freeze is talking about innovation what innovation has he achieved? Is it not the work he is doing in fm radio, what else has he achieved, while his mates like Linda Ikeji have set up businesses built them up and even opened up other ventures.

Going to church does not stop anyone from innovation and creativity. The Bible we read teaches you productivity. The wisdom in the book of proverbs alone, if practised will stand you out miles ahead, especially personally in my life.

Example personally in my life Proverbs chapter 6, thought me a very great life's lesson where it admonished to learn from the ants who having no ruler, overseer or guide still knows how to gather his food in summer to prepare for winter.

This is a very small animal but it was very smart, with no ruler or guide to direct it, still gathers it food.

Application in real life: if I don't use my earning season to gather up, save and invest in my summer seasons in life when winter comes because winter or dry seasons will come in life, then it will be terrible for me.

Application for Nigeria: if Nigeria does not gather her food in the summer!! Winter is coming!! The little recession we saw in 2015 is a child's play. The major depression is coming, other countries have seen it, oil is no longer it oo. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and many oil producing countries have seen it and are moving fast preparing their future, while Nigeria is wasting hers, winter will surely come and I am sorry for what will befell this nation. We cannot wish it away, the question is are we getting ourselves and next generation prepared? Go online everyday and see what next generation of Nigeria are talking about and you will weep for this nation.

There are more fundamental problems that you can understand only by looking at history, what did others do to develop? The Industrial revolution in Britain is a place to start.
Honestly you are really not smart indeed. Look at the very stupid question you are asking. Imagine talking about industrial revolution of 100s of years before. That is very stupid.

You would have asked what the nations that got developed the last 30 years what they did. What did countries like South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hongkong UAE, Qatar, etc did to get developed. What economic models did they apply to become developed nations.

I don't know where you have been in the world, I have been to some of these countries I quoted and also been to some developed western nations and I can tell you that these countries I quoted have better and modern infrastructures than some of these western nations and the speed they are coming they will displace the west in coming decades.
