So, I am really in need of this iron but I don't know where I get get it here in Nigeria.... I am ready to travel anywhere within Nigeria to get it.

it's a red flag, If she is stingy to herself even when it covering her own health, imagine how "supportive" to you and your kids. When people show you who they are, take it serious, she can't wouldn't change, don't hope for it.

You need a selfless, caring, and emphatic woman for you and your kids, if she doesn't bring that, then hire a nanny! and in my opinion 1 year is kinda too early for another marriage. Focus on your kids and finances, it doesn't make sense adding more responsibility

So I am very confused right now because of all this red flag I am seeing.

I lost my wife early last year when she was birthing my third child and only son, I have had my family taking care of the boy since then and now there is need to move on.

There is this lady I am currently seeing, we are both serious with the relationship, infact I have met her family to disclose my intentions and we are planning to get married this December.

Now, this is the issue, this lady is very stingy to herself. She is an entrepreneur, she runs her own business and is doing averagely well, she can afford to cater for need without anyone's support. She has been complaining of body pains and body weakness for almost 2 months but she refused to take herself to the hospital and when I complaint she told me that I should give her money, I am not trying to say it is bad if I give her money to do that but she is quite aware that things are not very rosy for me now.

I am really confused now because I don't plan to wife a liability, I think I will opt out of this relationship.

Good morning nairalanders, please I need urgent clearance on this issue that is bothering me.
I have a full plot of land of which I intend selling half of it, the problem now is that the Omonile of the area are demanding for 10% after I must have paid 5% to the agent. Please is this the right way to go about it or they are trying to scam me.
Clearance is needed urgently because I want to sell the land most likely today and I don't wish to be cheated.
