truly ita not balanced boss but for your own health sake you should try to create a schedule that would always tolerate workout times. I think not gaining weight has its pros and cons likewise gaining excessively.

I dont pity y'all that invest in such clearly dubious things,I trade forex and someone promising you 30% monthly should raise a big red flag but greed as poisoned men soul.
I'm not saying it's not possible to make such roi trading forex but you sef reason am,if you are making your money personally consistently why would you need to trade for people again,its possible to make 1000% some months from my experience but with what I've learnt na stress to dey get investors money for hand cause my psychology would even be bleeped up leading to lower productivity.
