Family › Re: Her Father Is Occult. Should He Still Go Ahead? by DMerciful(m): 3:26pm On May 07, 2024 |
If she loves and respect him...yes, he should marry her! kingthreat: Okay here is the story.
One of my best friends who is expected to get married this year just called me for hours with regards to his plans.
He met this babe 2 years ago and things were going fine. I even know the girl as a nice lady and very homely. I don chop her food, she cooks well. Both of them attend RCCG church. My friend is a casual member while his fiance is a serious member and doesn't miss weekly services.
So my friend to take his relationship more seriously decided to visit his fiancé's family so they know him. Before then, the fiancé had told him that her father is a former Baptist but has stopped being religious and sometimes does traditional practices. On the day of him visiting her home, he was welcomed even bought gifts for the dad and mum. But he said his spirit was very uncomfortable in that house.
There was an standing portrait of the father on white with beads and regalia to show he is Ogboni. Also in the house, there were a few funny looking art works which looks occult. My friend played cool, the father even asked of his church and he told him. The father proudly said he is a traditional man. After the meeting, the next day he asked his girlfriend if her father is an ROF member and she said yes that she told him before that he is a traditional man.
But my friend is showing signs of doubts. He told me he loves the girl, but that he wants nothing to do with anything occultic in this life till he dies. His family may not agree but even if he insist to have his way because of love, he wants to be sure it will not end in regret.
I told him what really matters is the heart of the person he is marrying. My guy said yes but family background matters. Foundation matters, which is true.
House, what do you think? |

Tinubu cannot give what he doesn't have CodeTemplar: Transfer of money doesnt always signify spending. It can be contribution or gifting or extortion or even loss. But Tinubu thinks it is cool to get a cut anytime people move money electronically.
This is a crucial time govt should be focused on planting season inputs to secure good harvest. Our economy is 50% crude oil money, 50% agricultural value addition. Instead they are chasing what they printed then wasted. |

You don't know maths at all seunmsg: The levy is 0.005 without the act adding %. There is no where in the act where the levy was said to be 0.5%. If the law say 0.005 is the levy, it should not be misinterpreted to mean 0.5%. The only reasonable interpretation is 0.005%. |

A Nigerian cannot be a visitor anywhere in Nigeria. Don't delude yourself. You do not have more rights in Lagos than any Nigerian including winning elections provided you're popular. We need total restructuring. Each state control their destiny. There's nothing like regions, we already moved to states SonofLagos: So delta was not built with money shared from revenue Collected from Lagos? And let me educate you for free, Lagos was already developed even before the exploration of oil, most of the critical infrastructure like the sea port was already developed and Lagos island was just the Fct then not mainland that was part of western region and developed with cocoa money by Awolowo and like I said before Ondo a Yorubaland is also part of Niger delta so take your frustration to your shitty state delta with all the oil money and nothing to show because weather you like it or not you are only a visitor in lagos and everyone has an ancestral land which is why we still use state of Origin so you can keep living in delusion😂 |
Politics › Re: Adeleke Interfaces With Sanwo-Olu Over Alleged Deportation Of Osun Indegenes by DMerciful(m): 8:44am On May 07, 2024 |
Read my comment again and show me where i said Tinubu can restructure the country. Lagos was built with Nigeria resources esp Niger Delta, therefore I'm a stakeholder in Lagos like every other Nigerian SonofLagos:
you are not envious, but yet any news about lagos tend to give you an erection so in your deluded mind you think Tinubu can just restructure without the legislative input of the National Assembly? Yorubas want nothing more than for us to go back to regionalism if we can’t dissolve the contraption we have has a country, after all the western region was doing far better than other regions and this System of government we have today only slowed down our progress. So channel your frustration to your elected leaders in your state lobatan✌️ |

I'm not envious of your resources or ports. Infact I want total restructuring with 100% resource control and if Tinubu is not a scam ,he will push for resource control because he has been shouting restructuring like a chihuahua before becoming the illegitimate president SonofLagos: you lack knowledge, so the money being generated by FG through VAT and revenue from Lagos ports are not been share to all states Abi? Or the pressure on our infrastructure from you ungrateful migrants is not also a sacrifice for one Nigeria right? And beside Ondo state is also part of Niger delta and the last time I checked, it’s in Yoruba land, just focus on the failure in elect in delta state. For a state like delta that has all it takes to be like Lagos, it’s shameful you still concerned about a state doing far better than your shitty state….you should have a sober reflection if you think have a brain that function |
