If the electoral process wasn't followed, its ground for nullification. If 18000 polling unit results are blurred, its ground for disqualification. If Tinubu did not make 25% of the FCT then he cannot be declared president.
He forged the certificate he presented to INEC, thats ground for disqualification
pendragonbladgo:
Hmmm

Court don't look at faces of tribes or tears...
Court uses fact sir, If Obi have claimed to be the winner of the concluded 2023 general election but both him and his Lawyers can't prove it; no court will award him for pity sake....

Tinubu still stand the highest stand. This is why Atiku was struggling to use certificate to bring Tinubu down, because he knows nothing will change the figures of the election.

Tinubu has his work perfectly done, rigged or not!

I see Tinubu remains President. My issue is for him to revive our Economy. That's all
Politics › Re: Are You Expecting Any Surprises At The Supreme Court Today? by DMerciful(m): 8:53am On Oct 26, 2023
Obi won with a landslide, everybody know it but its difficult to prove esp as INEC is not cooperating. Nigeria is too big to prove polling unit by polling unit, there is not time
Mynd44:
I think right now, both Obi and Atiku knows they didn't win the popular vote so they want the court to declare that President Tinibu was not qualified.

And judging from the range of things the petitioners have thrown, it is a fishing expedition in the hopes that one of them will stick.
Politics › Re: Are You Expecting Any Surprises At The Supreme Court Today? by DMerciful(m): 8:52am On Oct 26, 2023
Why are you obsessed with Obi? Is he the only one in court?
richeeyo:
The Question should be, Does Obi really think he won the election, with their violent attitude towards every other tribe during the election.
Politics › Re: Abdulrasheed Bawa Released From SSS Detention by DMerciful(m): 7:19am On Oct 26, 2023
Voluntary slave! Why did the government not prosecute him in court?
FreeStuffsNG:
Wow!! That is a huge relief to his wife, children, parents and whole family .

It took him so long to cooperate with the authorities. I hope he has come clean on everything because DSS will not leave him completely free like that.
God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

So they should blame Tinubu then

You blamed Buhari then, not Emefielelele. In fact you celebrated Emefielelele until we kicked up his ass in jail
Politics › Re: Unlike PEPT, Why Are Obidients Not Trending Tomorrow's Supreme Court Judgement? by DMerciful(m): 10:24pm On Oct 25, 2023
Because we know what they wanna do and we're ready for them. If they do anyhow, there would be no governance in the next 3yrs!
bennybuhari:
Obidients really made a lot of noise about the Tribunal ruling on the 2023 presidential election. We keep hearing things like 'All Eyes On The Judiciary' and so on.

Why are they not talking about tomorrow's final ruling by the Supreme Court tomorrow. They are somehow silent about it
Politics › Re: Advice To Ibo Brothers by DMerciful(m): 10:19pm On Oct 25, 2023
That means you don't know the Igbos. Any policy that targets the Igbos always fail.

Are you new in Nigeria? If 20 pounds policy failed after surviving a 3yrs civil war, is it when we're with our full strength?
Khyrvxjzy:
it is not the economy that caused the naira to fall. its a deliberate attempt to devalue naira so that importation can stop

ibos should find legitimate business and be doing, stop selling fraud fake things

Falana also said the same thing

Unfuntunately the truth is Tinubu don't have enemies, he works with whoever can deliver

Bagudu was one of top Abacha Money Laundry boys, yet Tinubu made him Minister of Budget and National Planning

All former Governors are already roaming Abuja

Why do you hate anything Igbo? Did the affected your family ancenstrally?
LeoDeKing:
Something is wrong with the constitution.

I still don't understand why one state was split into 5 and the constitution recognises them as states.

That constitution is very wrong for recognising those 5 unproductive villages as states. They should all be combined to form a single state. angry

Family › Re: My Wife Constantly Denies Me Sex by DMerciful(m): 12:42am On Oct 25, 2023
You showed too much weakness like the marriage survival means a lot to you, thats why. Tell her if she's not ready to perform her conjugal duties, you'll have to seek for divorce.

You married a woman that doesn't love you. Why did you get her pregnant for the second time when you have unresolved issues?
Ogalanyaidi:
I have been married for a little under 2 years. During out courtship, my wife and I were very intimate. Later on, she became pregnant and we welcomed a child but since then, our sex live has never recovered till date. My wife is currently pregnant but the denial didn't start today.

She does everything possible to prevent us from having sex, from laying our child on our bed instead of the court to cleaning or watching movies in the lounge room whenever I am in the room, she will then reenter the bedroom when i am asleep. The last time, she said that I don't do enough to get her arose and that if I want sex I have to earn it. She suggested that I have to start in the morning by being nice to her so when it's night, I would have been able to get her arose.

I work an average of two shifts everyday, and sleep at home maybe 3 nights a week so I can pay our mortgage and other bills as she barely works due to having to look after our child.

These are fake esp the letter to Balogun
reddingtonblack:
Ignorance can not negate existence of fact, browse CSU letters over time, and FBI letter address to former IG Tafa balogun.

Let Atiku post one clearance he got from jefferson corrupton case or OBJ deposition
Politics › Re: CSU Cert; Can A Deposition Done In An Office, Admissible In Court? by DMerciful(m): 4:17pm On Oct 24, 2023
Nobody has cleared Tinubu. You don't even know the criminal drug baron you're defending
reddingtonblack:
Is Peter obi spending stones or is Atiku not throwing money around, or you think it is sand he spends everytime he contest and hire SANS simultaneously

Do you know Atiku as being contesting elections since 1993 ... was Atiku not major sponspor of PDP/OBJ in 99/03 election.

What as Atiku done to clear is name in the william jefferson case ?

Its public knowledge that CSU & FBI on diffirent occasions have cleared Tinubu of alleged crimes, BUT which institution/person as risk to come out to vouch or clear Atiku's name in any corruption case.

Politics › Re: Atiku: US Court Turns Down Request For FBI, CIA, To Release Documents On Tinubu by DMerciful(m): 1:27pm On Oct 24, 2023
Fake news! The court only declined the expedite request. Normal release on Oct 30th will still go on.

How come you say Tinubu is clean yet happy his records are hidden?
LeoDeKing:
Atiku chasing shadows while pitobi rodents cheer him up. Maybe Tinubu has given bullion van to amelica.

So Atiku is no longer contesting results of the election but Tinubu's records? If the records turn out against Tinubu and he gets disqualified, Atiku is hoping to be sworn in as president because he came second shey? Dey play.

Meanwhile, handle mops are still everywhere screaming that the agulu packaged fraud who came third is the winner of the election. No explanation, no evidence, nothing nothing, he just won. A typical ipob illiterate believes life starts and end in alaigbo. After rigging in alaigbo, he feels that is the end.

No wonder, declaring sit at home, killing and burning property in alaigbo, he thinks the zoo is falling.

He has been throwing money around and he sponsored Bubu who decided to return the favor by helping him to compromise inec
reddingtonblack:
Do you "SUPPORT" your own enemies moves or "BLOCK" ??

How come only Tinubu get get away with everything?

Tinubu bought INEC, CSU, judiciary, and the almighty FBI, naa only Tinubu get money for these world

So why is Tinubu trying to block FBI from releasing his records? You don't know the monumental criminal that you're defending
reddingtonblack:
If its that feasible, go n do it

pick someones certificate and claim it as your own let see how long you can get away with it.
Politics › Re: CSU Cert; Can A Deposition Done In An Office, Admissible In Court? by DMerciful(m): 9:19am On Oct 24, 2023
That was not the practice of CSU. He got a rogue insider to stamp it however, that was not what was presented to INEC
Pakute:
Tinubu's diploma was certified by CSU.

If you did not graduate, if you stole someone's identity, if you don't have the details like student number to request replacement
reddingtonblack:
You graduated with a 2'1 and you know/remember you graduated what will make you go and forge a certificate that carries same 2'1.

whats the motive huh make it make sense
Politics › Re: CSU Cert; Can A Deposition Done In An Office, Admissible In Court? by DMerciful(m): 7:30am On Oct 24, 2023
Why were you focusing on the location where it was done? Oral deposition has more probate value than affidavit. Besides, the argument is not whether he graduated from CSU but whther the certificate he presented to INEC was issued by CSU. Clearly, it was not!
Pakute:
Is the CSU affividavit a technicality ?
Politics › Re: Atiku's Lawyer Is Not Smart At All by DMerciful(m): 6:08am On Oct 24, 2023
If the Supreme Court wants to do justice, there's enough evidence to do it. If they don't wanna do justice, if you like bring the issuer of the certificate like NYSC was brought to Enugu tribunal, they'd still look for loophole
oyichi:
there are two point of defense that tinubu's lawyers are trying to put up, the venue of the deposition and the idea that the deponent should be in court for cross examination, for the venue of the deposition, he argued that it lack merit because it was not done in a court, atiku's lawyer is supposed to counter it by telling the judges that the venue was ordered by the judge that presided over the case and that tinubu's lawyers were there and didn't object to it, as for the registrar to come for cross examination, there is no need for that because tinubu's lawyers in the US has already cross examined the registrar and it's all there in the deposition, right now, if that dull lawyer atiku is parading can not be smart enough to face olanikpekun, then atiku should sponsor the csu registrar to come here to testify or he should just pack up because those two points will determine the case
Politics › Re: CSU Cert; Can A Deposition Done In An Office, Admissible In Court? by DMerciful(m): 5:54am On Oct 24, 2023
If you say Tinubu did not forge the certificate he presented to INEC, why are you looking for technicality?
Pakute:
There are two letters before the Supreme Court, one is an affidavit from a court, authenticating Tinubu's certificate and the other is a deposition done in Atiku's lawyer 's office, Angela Liu.
I should think a court affidavit is more admissible than an office deposition that was done without the presence of any judicial officer.
Politics › Re: Tinubu: What Transpired In Supreme Court Today by DMerciful(m): 5:00pm On Oct 23, 2023
If Nigeria had instituted the P&ID case in Nigerian courts, Nigeria would have lost!

Nigerian courts are courts of technicalities
Mynd44:
I said this earlier and someone was arguing with me. If you cannot call the desponent to testify in court, it is mere hearsay as it is assumed that the respondent didn't have a chance to ask questions thereby not defended his/herself. The deposition itself is merely a waste of time if it was not in open court.

As for this
forgery being a criminal offence have to be proved beyond any doubt else you are just playing around
Politics › Re: There Are Conflicting Letters From CSU On Tinubu’s Certificate - Justice Okoro by DMerciful(m): 1:46pm On Oct 23, 2023
Forgery in this case is not a criminal case because its election petition which is a civil case. Proving beyond reasonable doubt is not necessary in civil case. The Supreme Court is trying to hide under technicality
Iamgrey5:
He is saying there's reasonable doubt to dismiss ATIKU'S case.
