So you endorse these results? You lack personal integrity! lhordspy: Wike my man. Agreement is agreement
Among all these happenings. You will notice APC left cry-baby Amaechi to his fate. APC at the national level is acting nonchalant at moment like it is none of their business. No statement issued, no comment about River election, nothing nothing. APC just throwaway face . Their only focus is on Bauchi and Adamawa state election at the moment. Amaechi played himself.
During the presidential campaign/election, Wike's PDP and Magnus Abe of SDP were all over the place campaigning, mobilising and showing public support for Tinubu. Ameachi and his candidate, Tonye cole were quiet and forming neutral.
What goes around, comes around. They should carry their cross by themselves. |

She wont win. Insofar she is Igbo! Ceoangelcee: I think the Igbo people still have a good shot at this presidency of a thing if they can field a candidate like Prof. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala. . With her vast knowledge of economies and her experience at the world stage, we can be certain she has all it takes. Wikipedia currently quotes her age to be 69 which makes her much younger than the incumbent president. . She is known for her neutral stance in ethno-religious commentaries and she has worked with several Nigerian presidents and world leaders. . . In my opinion, most Nigerians will vote for this woman if she ever runs for office. |

Why has Lagos indigenes never been governors in Ekiti, Osun, Oyo, Ondo or Ogun? There is nothing like SW in the constitution, its just an informal description. If Yorubas built Lagos, why have they not replicated it elsewhere? Nigerians built Lagos 100% so Lagos belongs to all Nigerians equally Iamzik: Hahahaha it doesn't work that way kiddo
Ebonyi man cannot contest for Anambra state governor but you want to come all the way from South east to claim right with south westerners.
Some dreams cannot come true but keep dreaming All south western states are one and you can contest for any position interstate as long as you pally eith the locals.
You people came with all manner of propaganda about developing Lagos, Lagos is no man land, you want to conquer Lagos yada yada and you think that yoruba people will just watch and fold their hands? Go back and conquer south east from unknown gun men who impose sit at home on your parents every Monday |

Even Yorubas that looked like Igbos and other SS people were attacked by thugs and you're here justifying a babaric act thats not befitting of a 21st century society. When you say respect your host, how can you call Nigerians strangers in Nigeria? Are there no Yorubas that voted for Gbadebo in the over 300k votes? So other Nigerians should vote based on your dictates? If this country falls apart, its on you guys LordIsaac: Good. Respect for one's host, humility and peace, are indispensable for harmonious coexistence. |

Igbos are peaceful and that is why no matter your provocation in Lagos, Yorubas will not be attacked in SS/SE! If you think you can control the great Igbos, you've got another think coming LordIsaac: No. I want them to be humble and peaceful. |

If you say no Lagosian want to be governed from Anambra, i can agree with you but same right Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Osun has in Lagos, all Nigerians have equally Iamzik: We don't want your number to reduce. We want more of you to come and pay tax in Lagos. Bring in your containers and pay us tax. Please go and bring all your brother's from the East.
But when it comes to election, mind your business. No Yoruba man wants to be governor of Anambra. You cannot dictate who become governor in Lagos no matter how many of you migrate here.
A word is enough for the wise |

You want Igbos to be subservient? LordIsaac: Be humble and respect your host simple. It was Newton that said "to every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction." It counteracts logic that just like that, your hitherto welcoming host suddenly becomes inhospitable. Check yourself first, before you try to determine how you should be treated! |

You hate Igbos but trying to disguise. You have no problem with Tinubu and his mu-mu ticket but only Obi. Did Sanwo-Olu not go to church? Wainey: This is not about an igbo thing. During the APC primaries, I rooted for Amaechi, Umahi or Osinbajo.
Amaechi and Umahi are igbos but Obi was using religious and tribal sentiments to achieve his aim, knowing fully well that this country is under a tribal tension, him just come scatter everything. Its not about igbo, it's about the way he campaign |

Why do you guys always worry about Obi and Igbos? ChiefJusticeFuc: Unlike Kwankwaso , who was only interested in securing Kano state and use it as a launch pad to birth a future northern party using his NNPP, Obi will drift away from his new base and latch onto another party. My guess is the APC.
Come 2027, Kwankwaso will come out smoking ; before Tinubu's tern ends , more northern governors elected under the APC will defect to ANPP.
Kwankwaso did not leave anyone in doubt that he wasn't interested in the vacant contested position as he never did any serious campaign outside Kano.
Kwankwaso only entered the race to secure Kano from APC and from there use it as his base to take over the north before 2027 elections.
Obi will not have a ready party like LP willing to offer him the party ticket on a platter of gold, neither will his LP be around anymore.
So its only fair to say Obi will have to move to a new party as he is incapable of building one afresh especially in his SE zone were most veteran politicians are not expected to line behind.
So which party will obi be drifting to ? |

Lagos belongs to all Nigerians equally because Nigeria resources was used to develop Lagos Never4getU: Yes we agreed with u 100% but u must not lose sleep, people who census can't count in Lagos must not be seen stretching Lagos infrastructure investment. They should vacate roads network of Lagos State only for the yorubas to enjoy their thing.
Yorubaland isn't known tribalism for centuries but since the igbo think our hospitality is stupidity hence need to prove our rwsolve to claim ownership of what is rightly ours. |

If Yorubas cannot didferentiate Igbos from SS, how will Hausa-Fulanis differentiate SS from Igbos if there's war? Most likely you're not originally from Lagos because original Lagosians are oppressed juat as much LegendHero: You Iyanmili are funny people.
Who tell you Lagos depends on Federal Allocation? With respect to federal allocation, what census does is that it help the FG to reallocate funds to the state. So if you leaving Lagos to your land means 20% drop in the allocation value, Lagos don't give a damn.
We are even happy for that. Just make sure after you pack your bag to the East for the census, make sure you just remain there and never come back. Tsefini. |

That's insensible not all Yoruba voted for Tinubu or sanwo olu not all Igbo voted for Obi or GRV, do not judge people without knowing there stance and if she's making sense about something why not support her instead of attack her. You have no sincerity here. After all the tribalistic comments and bigotry you displayed, you feel you've won so pushing for reconciliation. Those who pelt others with pebbles, asked for rocks in return. You've got it coming alright IyaebeTheGreat: The tribal bigotry going on in this forum especially in the politics section is too much, you should allow people the freedom to support whoever they want and not insult them for doing otherwise. We all can't have one voice for now but we must be very civil on how we go about it. Please stop and learn to post things that are progressive. Elections are almost over, we must learn to move ahead irrespective of whoever has won. The court is there to attend to all aggrieved parties. Let calmness be restored once again on this forum.
