Go to the irev portal, pick your ward or local government or even few polling units around your area to confirm Burying your head in the sand(playing the ostrich) wont do you any good Parachoko: Pastor Giwa have the freedom to say whatever he wants, freedom of speech is part of his right.
Some pastors prophecy that Asiwaju will lose the 2023 Presidential Election
Some Nairalanders said Asiwaju will not be declared as the Winner of the 2023 Presidential Election because he didn't have up to 25% in Abuja.
Anybody can say whatever they want, it won't stop Buhari from handing over to Asiwaju on May 29 2023. |

Politics › Re: Obi Not Eligible To Contest 2023 Presidential Election by DMerciful(m): 8:20am On Mar 06, 2023 |
Loool....now that irev is showing Obi winning...una don dey shift goal poast ALMUSTAQIM: OBI: NOT ELIGIBLE TO CONTEST FEB. 25TH 2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.
*According to Section 77 (2&3) of the electoral act 2022, Peter Obi is not a member of Labour party. As a result,he is not qualified to contest the February 25,2023 presidential election. Section 77 (2) says every political party must have/maintain a register of its member in soft and hard copy. 77(3) says each party SHALL MAKE THAT REGISTER AVAILABLE TO INEC NOT LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE FIXED FOR PRIMARIES, CONGRESSES OR CONVENTION.*
*PDP screened all presidential candidates on April 29th,2022. Peter Obi participated in that screening and was cleared. Obi even displayed his provisional clearance on social media. He resigned from PDP on Thursday April 26th,2022 to join Labour party on April 27th,2022. Labour party conducted her presidential primary on May 30th, 2022 and it produced Obi after Prof. Pat Utomi voluntary withdrawal for Obi.*
*According to the section 77(3), Labour party ought to have submitted the party register to INEC 30 days before the presidential primary. By calculation, 30 days to May,30th,2022 was April 30,2022. As at April 30th,2022 when labour party had submitted the party register to INEC, Peter Obi was a member of PDP. So, Obi name was not part of those in the party comprehensive register that was submitted to INEC. The question is, can a candidate who is not a valid member of a political party contest for presidential election? Can a political party nominate non member to participate in presidential election? The tribunal will be of fireworks and shall be interesting in days to come.* |

Tinubu will be removed....just have patience. You can decide to be blind but not everyone is blind Throwback: Obi zombies claimed Atiku rigged them in Akwa-Ibom and Bayelsa, and claimed that Tinubu almost scored zero in Lagos.
Atiku cummers claim they were rigged out by both Obi and Tinubu.
The truth lies in the fact that before the election started, Tinubu had already secured a victory from his political structures that remained steadfast, while other candidates were prostituting themselves across different political parties
Atiku struggled to defeat Tinubu in the Northern states he won except for Adamawa that was a big gap. Obi did not have any significant votes in the Muslim North.
Both losers should console themselves and heal. |

You're arguing what you want to hear but hang on...Tinubu will surely be removed ElSudani: 25% of 24 states is what the constitution says. And the fct would qualify as a state for the purpose of the election. Meaning 23 states plus the FCT would qualify as meeting the requirements. |

Tinubu will not be president. The court will overturn it donyfrank: We will believe Late Pres. Yaradua, Pres. Jonathan and to an extent Pres. Politics › Re: Tinubu Must Score 25% In FCT To Be Declared Winner -Former Attorney General Says by DMerciful(m): 7:59pm On Mar 05, 2023 |
The president is the gov of FCT since FCT has no state govt. To preside over FCT as gov through the FCT minister he norminates, he must win 25% to show some people there want him ElSudani: Meaning that the votes of the people living in Abuja are more weighty than the rest of Nigeria? |
Politics › Re: Tinubu Must Score 25% In FCT To Be Declared Winner -Former Attorney General Says by DMerciful(m): 7:57pm On Mar 05, 2023 |
You're displaying ignorance. 2nd rerun is just majority votes only TechGallery: So in an election between A and B. If A wins all the 36 States but did not have 25% in FCT, A cannot be declared winner because A doesn't have 25% in FCT? The law must be daft to reason this way. If such happens, B will just continue winning FCT and ensure A doesn't meet the 25% required in FCT. That means the whole system will end in stalemate forever. The only logical sense the law can portray is what INEC has done. If you have 25% in 23 states, the FCT can be used as your 24th state if you have the required 25% there. So simple! |

Is it that you have block head or refused to use it. The 3rd position is based on altered results. Zico5: The truth Obidients fail to understand is that no matter how they try Peter Obi can never be declared the president. The political parties have polling units results from their field agents. Citizens have results of their own polling units because they waited for counting. Tjey can compare with what is uploaded. Why are we chewing yams as if they contain bones? 0monnak0da: The state level compilation is the place to point out any disagreements with ward and LGa figures You said they have results from polling unit It is like you do not follow your own logic |

Supreme Court is final not because they're infallible, they're infallible because they're final Ofcourse, in that case we'd accept the outcome even if we don't agree with it. Then prepare for 2027. However, when the court process moves through the Supreme Court, i expect it to improve our jurisprudence. For instance, we'd know where the court stands regarding FCT 25% argument 0monnak0da: If you don't accept it what are your options after court if that doesn't favour you? Even if you are right it might not work out in Obi's favour |
Politics › Re: Results From INEC Irev Shows OBI Won Obi-akpor, Rivers Sate by DMerciful(m): 4:54pm On Mar 05, 2023 |
State level compilation is just adding of local govt compilation. The alterations were done at ward collation and local government collation. Security agents were used to intimidate agents, they were forced to sign altered results...some were bribed. It is fir these reasons the electoral act was amended to transmit results as a check to manual collation. If it were uploaded in real time as promised, it would be impossible to alter manual collation. Why do you think electronic transmission was celebrated when the bill was signed in 2022? 0monnak0da: I think he did very well within the law Many people abusing him do not know the law There was compilation at state level Let us take this same Rivers state That state level compilation is where objections should have been raised Did that happen? |

We are not really focusing on the outcome. If Obi lost in a credible and transparent process,we'd accept it easily. Winning or losing is the output of a process, the process determines the outcome. If the process is compromised, the outcome changes. Our intention is to make the court see where the processes were compromised. Its arithmetic, if you have your polling unit results and you add them and also add the results of your opponents, you'll know who won. Its just arithmetic 0monnak0da: let us keep it civil I have zero tolerance for rubbish Obi did not win this election and did not come second |
