Politics › Re: Why Gov Sanwoolu Will Win His Reelection Convincingly by DMerciful(m): 10:16am On Mar 08, 2023 |
Ambode was termed the best governor until he was denied helinues: First good term deserves another.
Currently in Nigeria, Gov Sanwoolu is the best governor, undisputed so why should he be denied his reelection?
Presidential election in the state is totally different from governorship election in the state. Reasonable number of those who voted in the presidential results won't bother to vote in the governorship election most especially those that their candidate lose.
When you consider the appointments made by state governors, ordinary that is certain votes, not to talk of being the incumbent, having the power and resources to use in his favour..
https://www.nairaland.com/7179128/non-indigenes-voters-lagos-state
When I created the thread in the above link, majority of the people who came on the thread did not understand the meaning. There are measures to cross check the influence of non indigenes in any state in Nigeria most especially when it comes to election, history is something not to be easily forgotten .
If you add all the votes the mushroom parties received in Lagos state and add it to Tinubu's votes , the margin would have made different. Most of those party don't have candidate in the Guber election so they are open for best offers.
Lagosians are not blind nor deaf, they can feel and experience why Gov Sanwoolu should be reelected. We are all proud of bragging about Lagos even outside Nigeria, if those who have been managing it have not been doing the right thing, we wouldn't be proud of her.
Gov Sanwoolu reelection is unshakable, sealed and signed.
God bless Lagos state God bless SW states God bless Nigeria |

If you're not Awori, you're not from Lagos. Yorubas are calling Lagos their heritage because of Nigeria. Why don't you claim Yorubas in Benin Republic? helinues: True I am not but proudly Omoluwabi which Lagos is part of our land. We have both the bread and knife |
Politics › Re: The Way Some People Are So Much Concerned About Lagos Guber Poll by DMerciful(m): 7:37am On Mar 08, 2023 |
You're not from Lagos. Most Yorubas claiming Lagos are not originally from Lagos helinues: Imagine this same people channelling all the energy they are using about Lagos Guber poll and use same to tackle so many issues affecting their region, things would have been more better there without them relocating enmass from their region to other regions just to see for greener pastures.
Which kind of mindset is some people thinking they have solutions to others problems but are just clueless to solve theirs.

Politics › Re: Igbos In Lagos Are Not The Only Foreigners In Yoruba Land - Respect The Host by DMerciful(m): 12:23am On Mar 08, 2023 |
Yorubas are immigrants to Lagos..they only came earlier akingangan: Igbos in Lagos are not the only foreigners in Yoruba land but seem to be the only ones that want to overrun the city of the hospitable Omoluwabi people.
Lagos is a Yoruba land for all of recorded history before it became a major hub for trade and commerce during the colonial period. Today, Lagos is a diverse city with a blend of various ethnic groups, cultures, and languages. The Yoruba language and culture still have a significant influence on the city's identity and way of life.
If not for colonialism, Yoruba land originally stretches from parts of Delta State to Togo, Benin, and parts of Ghana where you have the Ewe people.
Trying to overrun another people's land will make people angry and can lead to social unrest.

Obidients have the to elect and fire without fear or favor. Defecting means your reelection is dead bigsmoke2: LP needs to ensure stringent measures are put in place such that whoever emerges as it candidates are worthy in character and also competent , Before being presented to the masses for voting else the party will take a nose dive and in no time become what its currently fighting against. The way GRV is frolicking with ex convict bode George I see him defecting back to PDP once he gets what he wants. He is just an opportunist riding on the LP buzz to try and seize power. he will Go back to PDP trenches where he came from. |

Tinubu will be removed by the court. Obi's stolen mandate must be returned foleskay: Lol. Sawoolu APC brain don dey reset.
I'm enjoying this Obidients movement, its making governors in d south sit up and realize that its no longer business as usual. I wish this movement spread over to the north too. They need this movement most, but it seems the youths there have been conquered with religion so they are docile.
Tinubu sef go know say He gats to work hard or else the southern youths will boot him out after four years
I'm enjoying this re awakening |

Rigging in the SE is an indictment on INEC and not LP. If they'd transmitted the results from polling units to IREV, rigging wont be easy. You see why worst case a rerun will be ordered and best case Obi declared the winner because he actually won achymmania: You'll all be amazed at the level of rigging that happened in the southeast.
