Not at all. Recall i also wanted him back in the team under Rohr.

I guess we just wantu blame someone and he easily fits. Which is laughable.

Make Tourney no bad and then we begin to voice out concerns about Eguavoen's inconsistency/inability/etc then.
somebody here just said he ready about him coming

This Ighalo blame is getting too much. Does he have such gigantic influence on any list that once he says he's available, its 300% sure that he will make the list?

This kine energy supposed to be reserved for Ahmed Musa, in all fairness then.

Okay lets blame Ighalo. But we are not even sharing the blame with those that invited him aka the Team Handlers. I'm not understanding atall. Is the final say not with them?
Is it now you dey noticehuh

How many Euros and World Cup did Vardy go for before he retired?

If you bloom late, you will naturally only have one AFCON and World Cup in you....sometimes, none sef.

If he had respected himself and rejected invitation, we would have been talking about him right now, but in a much more positive light.
As I said earlier, it is well, let's move on

Remember Rohr and Pinnick were the ones pushing and asking him to come back. Maybe he would have said no but I do not think we should hammer him too much for accepting the call.

It is like a foreign-born rejecting the request to represent the country. I doubt if Eguavoen reached out to Mikel to join the team, Mikel will turn down the request.

It is a call to serve the country.

The blame should go to those who pulled him out of retirement. Not Ighalo accepting the call for his assistance.

People have the right to feel angry with the situation but let us ease on the guy. He is a devoted servant.

So pathetic
What do u expect from a country where the president have been in power since 1975 and despite he is sickening and senile now he still keep rigging and intimidating opponents when it is time for election and wicked France does not care as long as their economic interests is served.
That's Why the English speaking wanted out,

Was he forced? He should have simply declined like V.Moses
Who does not know Rohr as a confused and fearful man? Not willing to take risks

Read V. Moses response it shows more of an unselfish player insisting that upcoming young folks should be given the chance and more so we have more upcoming CFs than anywhere else on the pitch. Like Safagirl said...Ighalo was simply selfish and probably wanted use the super eagles features push for a move to western Europe
OK sir humble, it is well, let's look forward to a beautiful outing with the surprise our strikeforce will bring on board, be virtually unknown

And that is how he will continue to receive insults and threats, since he decided he will not stay one place.

His name is not Lionel Messi, he cannot decide to retire and unretire anyhow, especially when there are others who would have appreciated this opportunity and used it so much more.

Una dey pity Ighalo wey don go all the tournaments finish, what of the players behind him that could have done so much more with this opportunity but did not get it?

This is akin to all those old men in civil service that refuse to retire, meanwhile younger people are waiting for jobs. We are already carrying Musa, what was the need for Ighalo? They should have tossed a coin on which one of them would go for this tournament.
He had only went to one Afton, and World Cup, correct me if am wrong,

all same, I blame Eohr for still insisting on him, If Rohr would had reached decision, and let him be, we won't be here talking about him,

it is well,

Please, let us ease on Ighalo. The guy just wanted to serve his country. I do not think he planned to cause the team any problem. We can criticize Ighalo on a number of things, but we cannot criticize his commitment to the success of the team.

He is naturally a good guy and would not cause Nigerians pains. Even Eguavoen said he is protecting Ighalo from going into a battle with the club. That will tell you his commitment.

Please, guys, Ighalo is still our main man.
from Afcon18 to worldcup18, he had been insulted, even receive threats,

Even without some of us finding out the true intentions of things, he had been insulted left right, and center here,

NFA just said they won't report the terrorist club to FIFA. That taking that line isn't good for club and player.. What a weak organisation setting bad precedence. Now more clubs will have balls next time to hold Nigerian players ransome/hostage.

I understand they're trying to protect the player's interest, but sometimes eehnn, you need to be hash ooh so that these people won't try it again. They will think twice before stepping on your toe. Now we just made it easy for them (due to incompetence) to flex small yansh wey come dey shake.

Before the day is over, I just want to say Thunder from Sango and Amadioha should fire that oponu shameless agbaya Ighalo

If he had just respected his old self and rejected the invitation, stayed retired, we would have had space to invite a proper striker. He could have even told us since that he would not be able to make it, yet, the best he could do was throw a silly tantrum at his club when they wouldn't release him. Shebi they could have replaced him since that time when we replaced Dennis, Osimhen and Balogun?

Thunder will also fire Gernot Rohr, because if that German vulcanizer had added Dessers name to the 40-man list, we would have had a ready replacement a long time ago.

But most of all, Thunder will Specifically Fire Odion Jude Ighalo for wasting space.
My lady sufre sufre oooo,

Looking at our woes from the positive angle, at least now, opponents may not know how to approach games with our forward line.

No Osimhen, no Dennis, no Ighalo, dem no even know who fit dey forward line. None of the potential CFs are known, so, now, they're as confused as we are.
correct and I hope Austin play his card very well
