Hello family
I’d be delivering in few weeks and would like to know how to get back my good tummy size after delivery.
Not myths pls-Pls suggest tips and tricks that worked for you. I heard the old tale of hot water massage gives tummy wrinkles? Who testified to this? I’m a disciplined eater and can do a few exercises but need to know what has worked for you Mums to get back in shape.
Thank you

I'm almost 14 weeks postpartum, my tummy is not as flat as it was before pregnancy, but I've been able to achieve some measure of flatness so far by:
-tying my tummy consistently (these days I tie mostly at night, I wear a girdle during the day).
-making effort to lose some baby fat (I reduced excessive consumption of sugary stuff and carbohydrates).
-drinking a traditional Igbo herb called 'Aju Mbaise'.
-exercise: I do mild sit-ups and crunches every other day.
-someone said consumption of lime, also Apple Cider Vinegar helped her, another said taking Fenugreek did.

For some retaining a flat tummy after birth is hereditary with little or no effort.
And for a tummy getting wrinkled due to hot water massage, it could be true. My tummy is slightly wrinkled, my tummy was massaged with hot water for about 2 weeks after childbirth.

UnknownT:
This name has two different meanings 1. The one that came when things were in abundance 2. The one that came during mourning Which one is yours? It's not an "if you know you know" something

There's also another version, a child born during festivity / celebration.

Hmmm... Chaiiii... U see ehnnn, in dis life pikin cannot be wiser dan Hin papa n mama. I just remembered those days wen we had only my daughter, i'v never been a fan of leaving a baby only in a room cos of wetin So, my hubby decided to bring her own bed to our room. But my daughter, being a monitoring n spiritual family planning decided dt never will she sleep on her bed. Ok, my hubby n I decided to put her in the middle. That is how my daughter will now stretch one kind village stretch to check if we r in our left n right positions. If oga decides to come to my side n madam stretches leg n dinnor feel her daddy's skin Na to open eye n me as a sharp ishan woman wee shook breast inside her mouth while me n hubby is doing our ministry under blanket. So far there's breast dts my daughter's only consolation. One night like dt as hubby n I were watching late night movie I told my hubby dt I wantu chop one mouth. My hubby was like U KNOW OUR DAUGHTER CAN JUST APPEAR LIKE BREEZE OOOO... I was like mbanu, ayaf knock her down wth breast milk. That was how urs truly climbed on mountain to intercede ooo right in d parlor. I jst heard wen my daughter crying softly n getting closer to d door. If u see d way I use press up Jack myself Comot from my hubby's body ehnnnn... I had to quickly dash off to her so dt she wee not see wer her daddy went to hide like Adam. Throughout that week, I was just explaining to my daughter that I was killing mosquitoes on daddy's body n she too innocently nodded. We have never ever made that mistake again and now she sleeps deeper.

This got me laughing out loud!
Tuale momma! You deserve some accolades indeed.

Come and teach me small 'bad thing' nah.

I've been to Obudu Cattle ranch in September 2017, with my then fiance (now husband). It was an interesting trip, though we didn't sleep over in any of their lodges, but we had a lot of fun, went to a lot of places on the ranch compared to OP. OP went to just a few places.
