Jesus Christ has come in the flesh. Jesus Christ is the Son of GOD. Jesus Christ is GOD.

JWs claim this verse is talking about GOD the Father: Rev. 1:8 "I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."

They also (falsely) claim that this verse is talking about GOD the Father: Rev. 22:13 "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." (See v.12).

Now, the Almighty is the Alpha and the Omega in Rev. 1:8. That same Alpha and Omega calls Himself the First and the Last in Rev. 22:13. It is now clear that the Almighty is the First and the Last.

Now, JWs admit that the "First and the Last" in Rev. 2:8 is Jesus Christ.

Does this not mean Jesus Christ is GOD? Can there be two "Firsts" and two "Lasts"?

If there can be, then that exposes another false JW doctrine: that Jesus was created.

How can GOD be the First and Jesus is the First too? Isn't this equality with GOD?

Note: Jesus doesn't say He is the First to be resurrected to immortal. HE IS THE FIRST!

How did you arrive at the conclusion that Jesus was talking about being the first to be resurrected to immortality in Rev. 1:17-18? Did Jesus say in that text that He is the first to be resurrected to immortality? sad

Isa. 44:6 reserves the title "First and Last" to Jehovah. Yet, Rev. 2:8 calls Jesus Christ the First and the Last. What does that mean?

If He is the First to be resurrected to immortality, He is the Last to do what?

Hmmmmmmmm but there are hierarchical stuff in the Bible. Why are we not subjecting to the stated hierarchy status? The head of Jesus is God , the head of the congregation is Christ, the head of woman is the man. This is part of the deep things of God that the spirit made us discern, why can we not leave it that way?

We encounter problems and jump into wrong conclusions when we think we can fully comprehend the relationship in the GODhead, which is a Mystery.

The GODhead is made up of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Each is self-existent and eternal. The three are equal and of the same substance. If you remove anyone, the GODhead ceases to exist.Yet, there are not three gods: there is one GOD. Just like time that is made of the past, present and future. Yet there are three times: there is just time.

But the JWs are caught in a dilemma. They claim the Holy Spirit is a force. The Bible says GOD sent Jesus Christ. The Bible also says GOD and His Spirit sent Jesus.(Isa. 48:16). Now, if GOD sent Christ, and GOD and His Spirit sent Christ, it only means the Holy Spirit is GOD. The JWs are now faced with disagreeing with the Bible or refuting their doctrine that the Holy Spirit is a force.

The Bible proves Trinity.

"Who is to come" cannot be a sentence. It can either be a question or a relative dependent clause describing somebody.

Who is the person Rev. 1:8 says is to come?

Joh 17:3This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.

1Jo 5:20 But we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us insight so that we may gain the knowledge of the one who is true. And we are in union with the one who is true, by means of his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and life everlasting.

1 Jn. 5:20 reads "And we know that the Son of GOD is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true GOD, and eternal life.

Jesus then calls Himself the eternal life in Jn. 14:6. Jesus is the true GOD!
