This your question will confuse anybody are you the dependant to your spouse on study permit

The children is under 5 will be on VV, 5 and above will be study permit.

You as the applicant to the spouse on study permit is applying for work permit

The name of your spouse on work permit is what you fill

The house address in Canada is required

Relationship is Marriage .

Remember Marriage certificate must be uploaded, wedding pics is also added advantage

I am still in Nigeria, applying for study permit with my family. Open work permit for spouse and study permit for my child older than 5, and visit visa for child less than 5.

Bobomaigida:
1- Are there options there to choose, if not put same details as PA.
2- work permit
3- The name/address of the PA, since it is assumed that you are already established in Canada and inviting spouse and kids

I am about to submit my application but my children's passports are not ready, what can I upload in place of the passports, and is it possible to upload the passports through web form when it is ready? Also my passport will be expiring soon, through I am expecting the renewed one by next month, can I upload the renewed one through web form as well?

Note - We have done medicals and we use their NPC birth certificate for medicals.

Hi everyone, please I have a question as regards claiming point for work experience.

I know a minimum of 1,560 hours at 30hours/week for 12months is considered 1year work experience.

My question is can someone claim additional years of experience based on number of hours worked if one has an overlapping job, especially someone in tech working remotely full-time for 2 companies?

Has anyone done this before? If yes, how do I go about it? Thanks.

The pay is by hand. Technically, I pay myself at the end of the month because I pay other people working there too.

One more thing please, can I ask to be given employment letter for this purpose?

It was in NOC A, B, 0
You were paid for the job
The job was part time/full time
Check if this is a registered business too.

Check to see if NOC 6211 suits what you did.

Good day Senior, I have been following this thread for a while and I need your input on work experience. I worked in a family friend's retail store while still looking for job for few years. The store had sales boys and all that I do was to manage everything about the store including finances. I was not given any employment letter whatsoever, they just assisted me just to have something going on for me while I search for job.
I was being given 25k monthly, which I take once I have paid all the sales boys.

Please, my question is can I claim work experience for this?

Good day everyone on this thread. I want to be part of the success story from thread... However, at the moment I am short of funds to pursue this. I fully understand the consequences of waiting too long as immigration rules do change. My questions now are;
- Is it advisable to secure loan for this immigration process?
-How long can it take someone to repay the loan considering the amount of money involve, under favourable condition?
I need urgent and serious advise on this subject.

NOTE: I have done IELTS (10 points), I have Masters degree, and I can claim maximum points in age.
