Basically, from ur write-up, u have VERY HIGH ASTIGMATISM. They did an Eye Pressure test (IOP), a Visual Field Assessment and Auto-Refraction for glasses. That value frm AutoRef is quite high and maybe uncomfortable, what I would have suggested is for them to start u with smth smaller that u can adjust and be comfortable with.

he went straight for refraction, and tested a variety of lenses on me...he figured out the ones he was testing were too low
so he took me to a machine i had to look through...the machine had an image of a house on a farmland..

the doctor exclamated when he saw the results from the machine(he did it three times to be sure).
he said my lenses were "special lenses" and that my eye were really not so good.

i took a peek into my file and i saw something like this

right-planol 5.00DC X 15degree
left -planol 5.00 DC X 165degree


the doctor said something like OBLIQUE ASTIGMATISM...

the doctors there, after looking into my eyes with this device that brings light and measurement,
they were amazed, they kept on calling other doctors to see and recheck if they had been wrong...
i asked them what went wrong, and they said my readings were way beyond normal,
they explained to me that every normal person had like a reading of 0.2,0.3 but mine was about 0.9...
they kept telling me to come back, which i did,...i did other tests with various machines

one machine that spits a liquid into the eye...
the machine with the farmland and a house
another one where i had to press a button for every red dot i see...

after a lot of coming back and forth, i went to the refraction room where they recommended glasses, but here is the thing,
the person that was to give the recommended glasses said he could not give me because they were very high and i would not be able to handle them as a first timer(i have never used glasses)...

on another accasion, i went to LAUTECH in ogbomosho,osun state for another eye test and it was the same story over and over...someone even recommended surgery...

but up till now, they did not give me another alternative yet they refused to give me glasses...

SO PLEASE I NEED YOUR OPINIONS AND WHAT YOU PROPOSE I SHOULD DO...

why i said i wanna be a breeder is of many reasons,of course you know the answer to that..
i dnt want to be a breeder now coz i aint got no single tyme at all until i finish up my masters,befre i settle down,getting the dough aint a problem,am gonna import import 6 breeds of species i crave for to start with,right now am till gaining knowledge of this biz..like i said i wont ave any tymnd will be goin back to skul early nxt year,jux wanna spend tyme with my pupsnd odas nd it will be xo easy for me to import them here coz i will be schooling in an European continent..
when those dog mature or litter,my parent re gonna take care of that.....

"jux" instead of "just"
"re" instead of "are"
"nd" instead of "and"

well. cesar milan's DOG PSYCHOLOGY CENTRE is quite huge, and has-
- a lot of green areas
- a lot of cages,
-spaces for horses and llamas(they help with the training)
-swimming pools,
-dog training grounds,
-dog play grounds,
-human play grounds,
-race tracks
-it is not surrounded by buildings as it is in the mountain sides, so it is far away from noise, pollution, and further human contact,
- with a lot of spaces to walk the dogs

most importantly, the dog psychology center is for rehabilitation, putting less emphasis on commercialisation...

lol..okay...so i had 8 cats...
cats are really fun to watch and be with....

as stated above...you need the food,water(clean water, they know when water is dirty and would not drink)
as for the scratch post, what i did was that i bought some knitting wool and rolled it severally around a plank...a flat plank, they all used that ...all of them...

as for potty training, get a biscuit or indomie carton, cut it into two horizontally, lay about two layers of nylon and pour fine sand on it,cats are very clean animals and so they would naturally want to hide their poo with sand, google how to potty train them but place the boxes in dark areas of the house and always make sure they know where it is....ur house would be cleaner and less smellier that way...

as for food...i know we were wrong but that is what we could afford...we mixed geisha with anything and they eat it up...some times we buy liver from the abbatoir and with play with them...u see the way they jump to get the meat..lol...real fun....we also give them milk...only the old ones though...cus milk can cause diarrhea in kittens.

as for toys...heres what i did...i got some feathers...painted them...glued them together ..tied them to a string and attached the string to a stick....boy...they could pursue the fathers for a whole day..we end up getting tired...lol...

am writing too much,,,,its a new kitten so please tell people not to make noise around it...cus that would makeit a fearful cat,and trust me..u dont want a fearful cat...also..if you have young children..they would have tendencies to want to keep playing with the cats,,,believe me...thats not good....you have to monitor them....

well...i named my female boerboel MEREDITH GREY..(GREY for short)...this was because i was really obsessed with the seasonal movie, GREYS ANATOMY at that time and when we got her, she was all grey but she grew up to be black tho....and like MEREDITH GREY in the movie...my dog is really cool...she sticks by us...very obedient...can be mean to strangers buh always ready to please, she thinks she the "daddys girl"..lol

my other dog was named BOZZO...you can imagine how stubborn he is right now...

msMonyei: Well guess u have read about pitbulls but u'll never really know about them until u own one. Rudeboy has never injured any human,he barks and scares intruders away and prefers to fight with other dogs. Yes he could be kept as a pet if u take care of him. He is friendly, and for those who think I should keep him, I lost a brown female pitbull last month and it won't be nice to cross him with other breeds, I only have a rott and female alsatian for now. Thanks for the comments though.

Yes..rudeboy is friendly...and prefers to fight with only dogs(even though i do not understand this)...anyways..a new owner...a new environment can change your dogs temperament, the fact that your dog fights at all makes all the "lovey dovey rudeboy"issue null...your dog is cool with you because i believe it grew up with you....

Try to understand what we are saying....ok...so someone gets ur dog...all he has to do is lock it up...cus a new owner is a stranger and rudeboy does not like strangers....and caging up a dog is not healthy...so please what would you advise a new owner of a 3 yr old pitbull to do...

bluenubian: u people that are saying pitt are more dangerous dont know shit, i have a pitt, believe me he is harmless, the only reason people think pitts are dangerous is becos people breed them for fighting, however, rottweillers are bigger and badder, they are watch dogs while pitts can be a house pet. there is no way u can have a rottweiller in ur house unless its still a puppy, but my pitt sleeps with me in my bed every night

Hmm...i do not mean to spoil your advert but i just want to say selling a 3 YEAR OLD PITBULL is actually more dangerous than you think cus these breeds are known for their loyalty...they stick with one person or family..and you said he does not like strangers which is a good security quality buh not so good on the new owners and please remember that a bite from a pitbull cannot be compared to those of other breeds due to their locked jaw system(once they bite you..they dont release)....my opinion though.....

And please potential buyers...you have to have a very good reason to buy this dog....it cannot be a pet and please do not have small children around.....a pitbull is a waiting timebomb(all dogs are ,,but relatively compared..the pitbull tops the list)


and yes...your pit is beautiful and looks healthy..welldone
