Hello House,please i need advice. I created two express entry profiles,one with my wife as principal applicant as her last name is different from mine. I did this principally because my crs was 395 and hers was 432 in anticipation for invitation from ontario before they stopped sending nominations. Now like 80% of our funds are in her account with a fixed deposit certificate attached and all,but her NOC-1121 isn't in saskachawan and i wanted us to apply to this province,but mine NOC-2232 is there,can i use this FD certificate in her maiden name and also present our marriage certificate to back this up? Then present the remaining 20% from my own account bank statement? I want to start getting all documents ready for te saskachawan PNP

I think even if you get a gift deed, you mentioned not for long. This will not work, as CiC can ask for proof of fund at any point. The money needs to be in your account until you get your PPR request. Mayb other experts in the house can help you shed more light on this.

For Saskatchewan the money needs to be in your account for atleast 3 months. After that they might still request for proof of funds.
Hopefully others can provide more detail answer to your questions.

Hello House. I need advice on how to go about Gift Deeds. I have about 1million naira and i have a family of 3(me,wiffy and son[1yr old]). Whats required for me is about 3.5- 4 million for Cad$20,000 and my Sister is willing to lend me the balance but not for a long time or rather when i need it,and i need to make it look like its a gift not to be collected back. Do you have sufficient funds in your account? Because with the rate at which the dollar fluctuates you just won't know how much is been charged. So if your balance in your account is low,try to make it in excess and try again. Also,if there is some information that is not correct you won't get to the part for you to make payment,the misinformation will be highlighted

I just applied to job bank after creating my EE profile last week,but its still showing pending for Job bank in my EE profile after cic has sent me a message that i have been accepted into the pool of candidates. Is there anything else i need to do in job bank?Like putting a CV?Also i noticed in the place of experience,it refused me to change it from NO WORK EXPERIENCE!

I think i have seen where i made the mistake. In the place of work history i made a mistake in the NOC which is different from her NOC. I am having difficulty changing it,what do i do? Do i delete the profile and create another one?

Hello House,i just finished filling and submitting the express entry form, and the message i get is Profile Ineligible. Did i make a mistake somewhere? Or is it because i have not registered with the job bank? And there is an EE application number. What do i do?

Thanks people. I will go ahead submitting her EE profile,its just that her NOC isn't needed in Saskachawan which is almost like the most friendly province. i need advice about other provinces not requiring job offer. Thanks.

Hello Doggys,with your wife's scores you stand a better chance of getting a PNP.And since her Job experience is needed in Canada ,there really is no need to worry yourself about opening a separate entry with you as PA.
There is no relationship between your Qualifications and Work Experience as far as Canada's EE is considered.Don't fret.
So ,please concentrate on your wife's profile and scout for Provinces that do NOT need job offers .It is almost impossible to get a Job offer from Nigeria ,so you may have to strike out British Columbia out of your PNP list.

I need help please. I asked earlier if my wife with ECA done in Geology can apply into the express entry with expeerience as an Administrative Officer with NOC 1221. I have filled out the EE profile but am yet to submit it. With her a the PA, we have a much higher score of 425 than with me a mechanical engineer a scoreof 395. I also want to try creating a second profile with me as PA and look out for PNPs. I checked out BC province and they talked about getting a job offer,how possible is this without one been in canada at least?Please i need your help as soon as possible as all this is really head cracking. Someone said to me that my wifes profile could fly for ITA,but might not fly for PR because the experience is different from the educational training. Thanks

hello house. two questions please. can a family with two different job skills create two profiles, with husband as principal applicant as one application and the wife as principal applicant for the second? Other question is, my international passport expires in about a months time, can i enter the express entry pool now and when i renew the passport i do an update? As after my 3rd ielts i had LRSW 8877. Can't waste this result and all the money spent so far writing tests.

My brother, it is quite unfortunate you have to re-write the Ielts exam. The reduction in your speaking test could be as a result of a more abstract topic in part 2 & 3 than the first sitting. I urge you not to feel distraughted, most ppl get it right the 3rd time. However, tell your wife to put you through the listening and speaking. God help you if she has been complaining you dont listen well to her..Lol. Reduce your vernacular to each other and encourage better grammar.
Lastly, i encourage you to go to edx.com-Uni of queensland ielts class(speaking), it will be a huge boost to your speaking techniques, for example, how to respond using reasons and examples. Your only regret will be that you did not discover it prior to taking the exam.

Second ielts result is out.L7.5R7.5W7.5S5.5. I tire for british council oo. In my first ielts my speaking was 6.5,don't know if i can combine both. Evaluation from wes for me and my wife are ready. Her own scores are okay L9R7.5W7S7. Just that she doesn't have work experience

Your degree and eca shouldn't be a problem. However, your job description on ref letter should closely match the NOC code for ME technologist

First off, you can only apply to a province when they announce that their Provincial nomination programme is open. Depending on the province, some may require licensing which i would rather you avoid for now till you get there. My advice is that you check Saskatchewan again and ensure you choose the Mechanical Engineering Technologists(NOC 2232) as it does not require licensing unlike Mechanical Engineering that requires licensing. Open an account on the SINP Application portal and fill your details and attach all required docs such that, at anytime they open it, you just submit, before it gets filled(people are speculating it may open in March). Regarding Ontario, except you know it won't pain you if they don't take you, i don't encourage people to apply for the Ontario thing. They have been contacting people to apply since last year June and i'm yet to see anyone who they have nominated. They have only 1000 spaces, do you think if they have been attending to them since then, they wont have gotten the 1000? Lot's of people actually want to go to Ontario and i believe the competition will be high but then, it's still your decision as it might work, but that is based on you scoring over 400 in your crs

She has no professional work experience. Afrer nysc she started importing cosmetics from the UK and shes doing well there. She studied Geology

$1500 is little price to pay for a Canadian PR and not when you stand a good chance of being nominated. If your CRS score is >400 but <440, I strongly advice you give it a shot.

Your wife got a good ielts score, what's her work exp and level of education like. You may consider making her the primary applicant.

Good morning house. Please which province can i,a mechanical engineer with experience in automobile repairs apply to? And do i need to get a letter from the engineering professional body? I see saskatchewan as the only friendly province to international people. Someone suggested nova scotia but their requirements are pretty much. I was hoping for alberta but they require one having at least one year experience there and i've already gotten a letter of no objection from that province. Don't know if the ontario $1500 is worth the trial?

Hello house. Please for all those planning to register for the ielts exam in Nigeria and the use of Mastercard is more than 52,000,please you can pay through bank draft as that's what i did early this year when i got a response from the bank that the 210 dollars was about 70,000 against 52,000.

371 is a low CRS but it doesn't mean no hope. You just have some work to do and it's called PROVINCIAL NOMINATION. If you get it, you get additional 600 points on your EE profile. And you get Invited To Apply for Permanent Residence.

Everyone should please note ONLY TWO PROVINCES IN CANADA (SASKATCHEWAN & NOVA SCOTIA) OFFER NOMINATION WITHOUT A JOB OFFER FROM A CANADIAN EMPLOYER. The others do require. Ontario doesn't but require CRS 400 minimum.

See the documents you need for SASKATCHEWAN Provincial Nomination (http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/sinp). You will require less for NOVA SCOTIA. The two programs are currently not open and it gives you the opportunity to get all the documents ready. DON'T be scared. I got mine ready within a month and it included me, my wife and two children, like 60 pages. I applied this January when it opened a closed in two days!

Please carefully look at it. I believe it's simple and I'll try to answers some questions. Goodluck!

I applied for ECA through wes for my wife dec,31,2015 and sent a scanned copy of her certificate to her sis in canada and sje has sent it to wes,but the application status is still showing awaiting required documents,though she's yet to send the transcript from her school, olabisi onobanjo university. What do we do? As we need the report to apply for alberta pnp opening jan 26th. I want to ask if any one has applied for this "letter of no objection " as i applied from Association of professional engineers and geoscientist in alberta but i did not get a mail from them that they have seen my application or something. Hello house,i tried registering for ielts yesterday(saturday) and i got an insufficient fund response from my bank,and i got to see the charge for the exam is 57200 against the 52000 on their site. Please can anyone confirm this ?
