I want to appreciate the effort of all those who have been working tirelessly and selflessly to post job vacancies even the GNLD scammers , I just got a job with Nigerian Turkish international College with favourable condition of service . Destiny they said can only be delayed but not denied from the bottom of my heart I say God thank you for the previous ones and the one you gave me now be thou exalted now and forever more Amen , just tap from this prayers and believe God for yours, it neither comes from from North, South nor east and west but it comes from God Almighty.

if you are Christian which i think u are, dont forget to pay your tithe and dont forget to help the needy-and do it with all your heart.GOD bless you,and make your blessing permanent, and it wont just be permanent it will improve from time to time at GOD's speed.ONE LOVE

Recovering a hard drive is a bit like getting back a stolen car—you'll be happy to have your files back, but the results could be messy. No data recovery program will return your files to you in exactly the condition you originally kept them.

Well said maam, well said ,but it depends on various factors

Twitter is a key part of any social media marketing campaign.
However, you don’t have to have a blog in order to make money through Twitter.
In fact, some people have even made careers out of the money they make with Twitter, but you don’t have to be a social media wonderkind in order to mimic their success. All it takes is some creativity and the determination to carry it out.
There are several ways that you can make money through the social network without trying to sell your own products or services.
Twitter is a powerful platform unto itself, not just a conduit for marketing another site. You can create a Twitter account around a profitable niche — making money online, online education, online health care services or motherhood, for example — and if a large number of followers interested in that niche. Then you can tweet links to interesting content from around the web, offering your followers something of value without ever having to create content yourself.
So the question is "how do you make money"? The same way you do on a blog: Selling advertising, sponsored links, and affiliate marketing. Here are a few that can help you make money on Twitter:
1. Croudsourcing.
Crowdsourcing is the practice of soliciting ideas and contributions from a large group or community. It’s been a marketing darling for years, especially when it comes to social media.
With Twitter, crowdsourcing is an effective way to bring in contributions from your followers (new and old) in order to fund your business or idea. This is especially useful in tandem with something like Kickstarter.
Crowdsourcing can make you plenty of money, or at least capital, but only if it is done correctly. Read up on plenty of successful case studies before attempting to start your first project.
2. Mylikes
MyLikes is an extensive ad platform can be used on Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, and your blog. You get to choose ads from thousands of advertisers, and you get to schedule the time the advertisement will be tweeted from your account. You can earn as much as $0.42 per click, and you can get a payout weekly.
3. Sell products.
This seems like a no-brainer, but some businesses actually forget that people won’t buy anything if they don’t see a call-to-action.
Now, when it comes to *how* you sell products on Twitter, the conversation becomes a little more old school. One of the most effective strategies is to use promotions and discounts to spur spending.
Some businesses have found plenty of success in “daily deals” and other basic marketing practices that fit well with Twitter. Just make sure that you’re not overwhelming your Twitter . Read more at WWW.mylinktowealth.com

What do you guys think of Fidelity's new look.

According to Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Fidelity Bank, Mr. Nnamdi Okonkwo , " the deep blue colour reminds the financial institution of its rich, solid background as a bank"
... the green " stands for fertility, growth and progress to the future, while the white line at the middle stands for safety, purity and a guiding light"

Personally, I think it looks like crap, especially when you consider its aimed at the youth.

I'm sure some of out there could come up with something better

I wouldn't say u are wrong sir,neither will I say u are right,but can u give a meaning to facebooks logo

please I need advice, I was given a contract to develop a website for a small rising company, I am good with HTML especially HTML5, I'm still at an amateur level with PHP, and I know how to use third party website developing softwares (wordpress in particular ).
the challenge is that I have a window of about a month to get this up and running. if I decide to use WordPress, I finish it within this time convinently. my partner strongly suggests HTML5 coupled with python.
if we go by his way, we may loose time and the the website appearance might not be as fantastic as what we would have gotten if we used WordPress, and if we use WordPress, I'm aware of its disadvantages.

my problem now is I need advice which to use to get a very professional website and at the same time meet up with time, as well as having a fantastic website appearance.

I'm aware I can can edit the WordPress to suit me since I know about coding, and WordPress is an opensourced software

What will be the various functions of the site ?

Kangol99:
Whether you have decided to start your first venture, or you’ve been running a company for a while now, you ought to take note of certain traits that all accomplished entrepreneurs share.

Long-term success, after all, is not due to luck or circumstance but is the product of hard work and dedication by the entrepreneur. Those who always seem to be ahead of the game, starting and growing successful start-ups that are sold for profit, or building small businesses into empires, all share a few specific qualities that everyone can learn and benefit from.

1. Passionate.

This might seem like an obvious trait, but you would be surprised by how many entrepreneurs start companies because they want to “get rich” but do not necessarily believe in the idea or love the product. You don’t have to be a “type A” personality to run a prosperous enterprise, or a workaholic who gives up every other aspect of his or her life. However, running a business is hard work, which is made less burdensome if you love what you do. The hours you put in to develop a start-up won’t feel like a chore you resent if running the company gives you purpose.

2. Motivated.

Managing a start-up often means you are one of only a small number of employees -- if not the only employee. There will be no boss standing over you making sure things get done, no deadlines set by outside forces to spur you on and no immediate consequences if you decide to go see a movie instead of getting work done. However, while there may be no consequences -- such as losing your job -- there may still be repercussions. Your company will only be as successful as you make it, and that requires a firm commitment to producing quality work in a timely manner. Procrastination should be a foreign concept for you. As an entrepreneur, you must be driven to succeed, and that drive must come from inside yourself, not outside forces.

3. Calculated.

Before you do anything, sit down and plan your day, your week and for the current quarter, your company goals. Define what "success" means to you and do not use generalizations. Specify that in 90 days your business should “sell 10,000 units per week,” “have more than 100,000 daily visitors to the website” or “have a valuation of more than $1 million.” Create short-term plans with actionable tasks to help you reach smaller milestones along your start-up journey. You cannot build a highly profitable company overnight, so these should be your stair- steps on the path to reaching your long-term goals. Calculated entrepreneurs reverse-engineer success instead of wait for it to simply happen.

4. Educated.

The most accomplished people never reach a point where they believe they have all the answers. They cultivate a network of peers with different specializations they can bounce ideas off of. They read articles and books on a regular basis to stay on top of emerging trends and industry best practices. They attend conferences, events and workshops to learn new skills and hone old ones. Take Bill Gates, for example. He's one of the most renowned entrepreneurs in our country -- and also an unashamedly voracious reader. Some estimates put his pace at about a book a week -- and his selections range from general business to history, to closer looks at subjects he finds interesting. While you don’t necessarily have to match his pace, his example is one all entrepreneurs should emulate. No matter how successful you or your business become, never assume you know everything, and always seek out opinions and ideas that challenge what you already know.

5. Tenacious.

Whether you call it tenacity or stubbornness, all successful entrepreneurs refuse to call it quits. Every start-up will hit the occasional bump in the road -- times when things do not go as planned, or outright fail. These are the times when the most brilliant business people separate themselves from the rest of the pack. Smart entrepreneurs know that every failure and missed opportunity is a chance to learn something and grow, both personally and professionally. Instead of agonizing over mistakes, they analyze what went wrong, then put plans and policies in place to avoid repeats of those mistakes. They ignore naysayers who suggest it might be time to throw in the towel; they thrive in the face of adversity.

Entrepreneurship comes with few guarantees. In fact, only about 50 percent of all businesses survive the first five years. You can stack the odds in your favor, however, by studying those who tend to beat the odds. Soon enough, you will cultivate the same traits they possess, the ones that allow them to find success over and over again.
