However, just as in Hausa or Igboland, every citizen has a home state where his forebears come from or state of origin. We are broke so keeping money is what we need right now. We don't need someone who thinks Buhari isn't wasting enough money. Also, development can and probably should be private sector driven. All the govt needs to do is create an enabling environment. Like providing power, security, etc. The talented people of Nigeria who are all over the world will take it from there.
