Why being mischievous? Go and see the number of federal government institutions present in just Kaduna state as if to say it's the only state in Nigeria that should have such juicy agencies? Those institutions affect the growth of a the state. For your information, Kaduna state is like Lagos of the north. Is people like the OP that encourages the leader we have presently to continue with lopsided political appointment and favour a region/religion to the detriment of other regions.
