Few days ago, I saw a topic...saying that Buhari rejected an offer,for Nigeria to join the Islamic union.

It's. not proposing budget that matters, it's the execution... Is of no need making multiple pages of project without executing them.I have never for once witnessed in Nigeria where at least 30% of budget is actualized.. Nigerians need to wake up, it's high time we begin to question this people on what and what they do with our money. IT'S HIGH TIME!!!
