@dhtml  n ur a real arse mate, step to u ?? U r a real CLOWN ,  the fact of the matter is dat u r a HACK pure and simple. U dont fool me,  period ! Im tired of seeing hacks  like u trying to pass of as IT professional whether web design or web development, by d way have u finally decided whether u r a web designer or developer ?? Cuz u seem to be confused !

It is because of hacks like this, that Nigerian web designers & developer are getting a bad rep. When some one shud read a post by this ignoramus , like flastSQL (wot d bleep mate, havent u heard about RDBMS ? try proposing a flatSQL solution to Interswitch and lets c wat they will say) after reading his post, thinking he is actually a professional then decides to vist his website (pictures below) and viola they land on this poorly designed website. Wot wud be their impression of DHTML dat here is the guy who talks like a pro,  even has his personal arse lickers like ogzille , be ? ( who has also deceives himself dat he is webdesigner, @ogzille ders ntin dat can convince me from wot ive seen of ur works dat ur a web designer, take it or leave it! ) Of course how wont they  think Nigerian web masters suck !!

Another I find disturbing about this DHTML clown is his attitude towards clients, they way he talks about being clients being ignorant, doesnt care as long as the cash keeps coming in ,  Not only are people like these a danger to this profession but wot of up and coming webmasters ?? Will they start to emulate the same useless characteristics being shown by these hacks.

We r not mates mate !!!  it would be an insult to my pedigree and to the people that I've worked with to come down to ur level and start mentioning some of projects ive been involved in, but just to give u a measure of my capability try building a hangman game in PL/SQL if u can (which I sincerely doubt) or perharps carry out a data migration that takes into consideration up to 10 new business rules in PL/SQL as well. U produce each script under 1hour mate !!!  I dont wont even to go in OOP languages or Enterpise Applications cuz aint u worth it MATE. U r a HACK !!

Now nairalanders, MR PROFESSIONAL here has the nerve to chat pure unfounded bollocks about my web design when if u view his website on IE the website disintegrates totally, its not even compatible on IE, and also since his online chat engine uses javascript, his tacky script is nowhere to be found on the website. @Dualcore One thing wrong with our scenario is that since the galaxy tab runs on the Android platform, Google Chrome for Android which has just been launched will most likely be installed on the tablet. Therefore Dangote should be able to view trident.com.ng easily and enjoy the jquery effects. Another thing is that Dangote would be using be an iPad which I think would be more plausible in your scenario (I dunno why he would choose to go for the galaxy tab, I use an iPad which is the best tablet in the market today, I dont think he would settle for less ). The iPad supports Jquery easily, no problemo.

I noticed that by your comments on the Jquery effects being used by the image slider on the home page that you consider that particular Jquery effects to be a way to dazzle ignorant clients. Trident Systems is a innovative IT company, have a look at the services they offer (u shud see their office), would you say that a group of IT professionals comprising of Software Analysts, Software Developers, QA Testers and IT Network Consultants are ignorant ? I dont tink so mate or perhaps u knw better than them.

Perhaps if you had the chance to navigate to one of the pages on the trident.com.ng, lets say http://trident.com.ng/iHUB.html you would notice the following features that were actually specified by them :

1. As you scroll down the menu follows you.

2. When you have reached the bottom of the page a pop-up banner slides in from the bottom right of the page to prompt the user to use the contact form if they are interested in the solution.

3. A tabbed content pane is used to display the four different subsections of that particular page without the browser having to reload every time the user clicks on one of the tabs.

4. The contact form pops up on the same page that the user is currently browsing on.


All these were done using Jquery (if you know of an alternative way to build these features , please enlighten me), so in addition to creating cool animations, Jquery is also about making websites more interactive and intuitive to use. Jquery isnt for fun it has become a standard in web design. Flash is already on the demise, u shud see works that are done using HTML5 and Jquery. So that is why Im still biting the Jquery candy hard !!

Cuz d way I see it the OP has a solid point and I posted my work to prove to her that there are Nigerian based web designers that are actually worth their salt !!! Which I now know i've proven to her as evident by her response. But then again when one checks your website out http://.net , the OP does have a point mate.

It aint childish to showcase ur work, cuz u learn from ur critics and it fosters competition which at the end of the day raises the bar for all of us !!

I would suggest you have a look at this mobile recharge website   http://www.mobilerechargeng.com,  they allow their registered users to use their Interswitch Verve Debit Cards to purchase airtime through the website. Heres on outline of the steps:

1. Register for free as a member.
2. Log in to your account
3. You are then redirected to the shopping cart page, here you can update the quantity to purchase, or add extra voucher types.
4. Click Buy Vouchers
5. You then select a payment method, and click make payment.
6. The system then redirects you to a secure interswitch module where you enter your card details and click pay. Please note that there is no extra bank charge, you are only charged for the cost of the voucher.
7. Once completed, your pin will be displayed and a copy sent to your email address.
8. You can load your pin now or send it to a friend.

So it would seem that Interswitch already has an agreement with the mobile networks operators that allows them to purchase airtime straight from the mobile networks operators through its online payment gateway . I would suggest you get in contact with Interswitch to find out more. Also endeavour to ask them whether its possible to send the voucher to the customers mobile phone directly instead of their email or even directly topup the customers mobile phones.

simply create another folder in your web directory (you can call it anything you like), upload the pdf file to that we bfolder and use the HTML syntax that yawatide has posted above.
