Pearl1910: This right here is the reason we do what we do. U were motivated to test the waters after seeing the possibility. If others are doing it, so can u. Only u know if you can continue like that or not, but at least you have experienced and seen it can be done. Not possibility bro. This's something I've done Severally in the past. Ask if I can frequent this fit? The answer is NO. Besides, no one is against you motivating people. Just apply discretion while doing that. This shouldn't be difficult for you to understand. |

Raw2: Since August 2020, have you or any driver you know ever received an official survey about your opinions from LASG?
My dashboard and rent is a choice. Just like poverty is a choice. If you choose to live in Ikorodu while having a lower dashboard, what's up with scrutinizing my dashboard?
Everyone can make 200k weekly if they Choose to. It's a matter of choice. It's easy money for me because I'm honest to myself and my dreams. I realized that I can't achieve the extraordinary with myself if I condemn my work ethics to what's obtainable out there.
If I choose to upgrade my skill set and strategy, how am I responsible for your decision of maintaining low earnings?
If LASG can see the database, it therefore means they can see low earners and wondering why they are wasting space. I ain't disputing your facts bro. With what you've been posting here, they won't really need to contact drivers anymore. We're not really against your motive for posting dashboard here. We just want you to make it available to only the drivers. Not the general public. |

Raw2: Ehailing companies are mandated to provide their database to the government. What are you concealing? After obtaining the database, they'll surely try to hear wilder opinions of the drivers before making a decision. But with these your dashboards and rents you pay in Lekki. They may not need drivers opinions to make decisions again. Cos they'll assume that it's an easy money for the drivers. |

Raw2: Are all drivers equal? You think all drivers get weekly bonuses? If all drivers are equally, then they wont even see what to pay Lasg. I just told you that I made more than their commissions from bonuses, which simply shows that they were surving from the commissions of those that don't meet the bonus targets/terms. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by donfortune48(m): 10:30pm On Jul 06, 2021 |
Raw2: Its not wrong.
Bolt charges 20% per trip. Lasg owns 10% per trip. Out of that 20%, the govt owns half, 10%.
600m monthly is 300m to lasg govt.
"All operators of e-hailing taxi service must pay the state government 10 per cent service tax on each transaction paid by passengers to the operators" Shollywendy1 is right bro. Make your research again. You should even know this with just common sense. (no insult). Last year when I was quite active, anytime I checked my bonus earning at the end of the week, I always notice that my bonus earned that week is even more than Bolt's commission for that week. And they equally rolled out bonuses for riders. If you do plus and minus of the bonuses bolt gives its riders and drivers every week, you'll know that they don't even taking in up to 50% of their 20% commission in a week. If they pay Lasg govt 10% it simply means they're operating at a loss. I still remember clearly that they only pay 10% of the 20%. 20naira PA trip and the 25m annual fee. |

Raw2: How would you like to contact 10,000 drivers? Even if you do as an official, they (drivers) will try and find a way to conceal the actual figures, so you don't inflate their taxes. If they ever contact us and we complain about the low fares, the stress, the hours online that deny us good time with our family and friends, the heavy repairs and insults from riders, they won't met our heavy taxes on us. Even though they have the Chart of our earnings from Bolt's server. |

deedee44: You had to turn the mid-semester test to last semester exam
As a result of all the valid points you made
I yield Statistics is nothing but numbers. Even with what's on papers, you need to contact the users (Drivers) to know what's truly obtainable. Someone can easily access here and obtain something reasonable. If you want to post earnings, you're; but say what comes with it. If it takes you an hr to make 2k, it implies that it'll take you 100hrs to make 200k. That's averagely 14hrs/7days online. And this is exclusive of the time spent setting our or going home after turning off the app. It's also exclusive of the time spent for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These can bring the average hrs per day to 15 or 16hrs. This is not a small fit to achieve. If you post, also post the average amount spent fixing you car per month. (J have my record of every 1naira I spent on my car for the 2yrs I've been driving). Minus the commissions, minus the money on fuel; so that any novice seeing the dashboard will have a clear knowledge of what's obtainable. I decided to test myself yesterday, left home 6:30 am, closed 6:30pm and was on my bed @7:30pm. And I made 26k net ( after commission). That's 12hrs online. But I'll be misleading a lot of people if I post only the dashboard without saying what comes with it. |

deedee44: Permit me to partake in this mid-semester test lol.
1. We stands for those who are against posting of earnings on dashboard.
2. No advantage, everybody has equal rights.
3. Just one reason.. to avoid encouraging government agencies to tax us out of job. No matter how high the tax is, high earners will comfortably pay it but it will be appropriate (my opinion) if the high earners put the fringe drivers into consideration. There are some who make just 25k weekly but if we give government impression that everybody makes close to 200k weekly they might start duplicating their taxes till the 25k guys won't have any reasonable amount to take home after tax.
Conclusion, just a suggestion.. To motivate others, you can invite them to a platform where you're sure it's only the right people you're motivating, or simply tell the house how much you made without posting dashboard, I personally will believe without seeing your dashboard. That way some lazy drivers will be motivated and there will be no concrete data to get government motivated.
Whichever way, personally I don't care much about posting or not posting, but if I am to choose, I will choose not posting based on the above reason I'm sure he won't read this in good fate. Kindly expect some handsome attack.

Raw2: 1. In clear unadulterated pontifications, define "we". Who they are. What they stand for.
2. State clearly what advantages "we" holds, over the rest of "us" that makes it imperative for their collective opinions to hold sway over the rest of "us" on a public forum.
3. What are the "reasons" that have been deemed a constant, and therefore, impervious to change? You're 2 Raw for diplomacy. |

The info is that “ bolt said they are aware drivers swipe arrive before you get to destination so that your paid waiting will increase and that they will start penalizing drivers from today. It’s Q&A time you can join if you free I only arrive outside pickup location when I don't want to embark on the ride. |

Raw2: 10 trips 14 hrs.
Started by 5:30am
Spent 2 hours on one island to ikeja trip.
Spent another 2 hrs 46 mins on another island to mainland trip
Those two trips took almost 5 hrs.
Today I'm yet to start driving. Therefore, in the first 36 hrs of this new week, I've worked for 14 hrs and rested for 22hrs and counting. I've rested more than I've worked. Talk to me about burnout again.
Everything na strategy. You're doing well my brother. Shah don't think we hate you or envious of your earnings bro. Just try to see reasons with us why we actually want you to stop displaying the earnings here. It wasn't out of any ill intensions. Thumbs up. |

Even if you don't mind the traffic coming out in the morning, please mind the traffic going home in the evening.
