Are these things necessary for one to drive on Bolt? I just did my first inspection on bolt after I was blocked . Now to upload the inspection on my driver portal, I didn’t see any place that indicates inspection report. Please how can I upload my inspection report
Add vehicle.

While filling up your vehicle information, you'll see where to as inspection report toward the end.

They should just avoid driving today. Traffic everywhere. Lagos on lockdown. I read robbers are busy making life more difficult for commuters on Eko bridge.
Seems to be a daily activity on that bridge. It's actually getting out of hands.

Witnessed robbery on marina bridge inward apongbon last week. (the area I marked blue) @5:30pm, and About 100metres ahead of me.

They parked their car on the other side of the bridge, crossed over and rubbed people in traffic for about 2mins, Went back to their car and drove off.

Many people abandoned their cars and ran away.

Thanks sir.

So the 50/50 means the fare might increase and it might not if on bolt, right?
Yes.
It can give you the actual fare. It can give you only the estimate from Marina to Tejuosho. And it can equally give you anything in between.

Even after changing the destination at every stop, It can still give you anything that pleases it.

Thank you sir. But if the trip had proceeded without you asking him to update it, would the fare have been the same or less? Sorry for my wahala.
If on uber, it'll be the same.

But on Bolt, it's 50/50.

In the last 2 years received probably over 500 calls over this process.

A lot of drivers call me and ask: "what is Police Character Certificate and why should they get it?" Well, you can use other app's registration as evidence. If you want to avoid the hassle of going to the police office issuing PCC as a first time e-taxi signee, I can guide you through an alternative process.

You can reach me on my number 08085404500.

The bolded speaks volume.

You don't seems to know, some people can't live a day without coming here to read and get a word from me and a few other person. It's not addiction rather a sense of living.

gringrin

You crack my up men.

Listen live your life to the benefit of people around you o and try not to follow those who believe and always say "business is business", there's more to life than that.

Haven't you heard Prohpet T.B Joshua is dead? A man who preached few hours ago and the next thing, he dropped dead just like that! That tells you life is short so you have to create an impact while you have the chance and that time and change is now. Not later, not tomorrow nor next tomorrow but now. Live it like it's your last. May his soul find eternity!

So my brother leave me ooo make i live my life because no one knows tomorrow.
Another epistle. And the only message he's trying to pass here is that everyone have a freedom of speech.

Same thing I'm talking about.

Comrades.
I think we should give Felicity001 days of activity on this thread. Say once a week, or once a fortnight.

His tales here are too long and mentally draining to cope with.

Someone would just want to breeze in and out of the thread for 5mins, and his long epistles won't allow you.

Why will a sane person use over 2000words to make a single point?

Yesterday, I took this two ladies from GIGM park at Ajah (close to Abraham Adesanya intersection) to an Estate off Ogombo road (well at least that’s what the bolt app displayed)

On our way, as I approached Abraham Adesanya, I checked Gmap to double check I was taking the right turn then I saw ‘you have arrived’ huh. For a Sec I was confused (but there is no estate for this intersection now, abi which kind wahala be this) then I took the turn. Just before raising an alarm I decided to check on the map myself with their estate name, (buzz!) na still same location

Then I asked the riders where they’re going to, they explained it’s deep inside ogombo and not here, that it must have been a glitch in the map or something.

So to the reason I am sharing this. I drove like 10min from Abraham Adesanya and like 6min off Ogombo road (note there are no traffic along this route). We got to their destination just before ending the trip, I saw 15min to trip completion. So I asked these ladies to change their destination to a landmark I picked up as we were approaching, them no wan gree o! Saying it’s the first time they will be experiencing this. That no driver as ever complained of their address or anything. I tried educating them on how the bolt algorithm works with Kilometers and time (them no gree listen o)

One of them come cap it all with the fact that they have never paid more than #600 for such trips, I was like what?? 20min of uninterrupted driving for #600? Stop playing with me ( you’ve been reaping a lot of drivers off their sweat it ends today grin)

Well With so much persuasion, they changed destination to the landmark, trip ended #1700. They were shocked! They frowned o but I made sure I took all my money (wetin concern me). After taking 2 more trips my ratings dropped, I know say na them

My Point is a lot of drivers especially we the new drivers, I not inclusive though (much thanks to this forum for this) still don’t understand how the algorithm works and in turn lose money, then complain of taking to many #500 trips undecided
Just end the trip.
It changes nothing.

Bros festac on a Saturday without a single request for 2hrs? On Bolthuh? Nbanu!

Ok how about the one that happened at Ajah/Sangotedo area if i can remember vividly I was just a trip to hit the weekend bonus and Bolt started giving me 83min PU, 120min PU and so on... These request kept coming in like i was the only driver in the whole of island... This has happened severely.

This is more reason I don't border chasing their bonis again.
You should be more concerned if it happened to you within surulere, Yaba, Lekki 1, V.I and Ikoyi.
Not those places you mentioned bro.

If you don't have a better understanding of the map of Lagos State using Google map, you can't survive Indrive.

can I ask what you benefit by this? Will the fake test not also cost money? When test results come out in 15 minutes it's not like you are saving time. And you wonder why they make it so hard for nigerians to get visas huh
People resort to that when their result comes up positive, but they must travel.

I've helped few with this. Till date they never had any physical symptoms.

Your illustrations do not follow. For a house, there is a rug, to dust your feet. Where do you want a rider to dust his feet before entering yout vehicle? or does the app state that riders shouldn't order a ride when their feet is dusty? It is what it is...there are good days and there are rainy days, so it is our duty to find a way around it and not that of the rider, except for riders who would intentionally place their muddy feet on the rug instead of the carpet, your argument does not hold water.

Someone was fast enough to think outside the box and provided a solution in form of placing papers on the floor before picking up riders, which should go a long way in reducing the mud or dust as the case may be.

Stop acting like you are doing riders a favour by driving on the plaform, I quite agree there are excess that are to be curbed but this is not one of it.
What I did to the floor of my car.

I've got no difficulties cleaning up with just a rag.
